My wife and I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems you might encounter. The owner (Nick) and his employee (Val) did a great job replacing our sewer line. They are very professional, very nice guys and very easy to work with. Nick always kept us informed during the job and they were always on time. When I first talked to him about the job he was not only very professional but extremely informative as well. He showed up exactly when he said he would for the estimate and got back to me right away with the bid. The price was very fair and the work top notch. If I could give them more yelp stars I would.

I needed to have a handheld shower installed in a bathtub for my elderly mother, and Joven came out very quickly and did a fantastic job. He was very polite and accommodating, and great at communication via text... even sending me a photo of the finished job since I couldn't be there. I would highly recommend him. We contacted multiple plumbers via yelp because our garbage disposal was broken. Bader was the only one who not only gave quotes upfront (as we requested) prior to trying to make an appointment, but ALSO gave us things to try FIRST before setting up an appointment that ended up in us fixing (i.e. resetting) the garbage disposal. That type of honesty is worth any price and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Although we did not avail of his services this time, we will definitely be going to Bader for any future needs and recommending him to others.

Harry Clark has done various plumbing and heating projects for us for many years. Just recently they installed a new very efficient furnace in our home. Their bid was the most competitive and the estimator did an outstanding job of explaining the options. The crew arrived timely and was very professional. The job leader explained the project steps and timeline thoroughly. Throughout the job the crew was friendly and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We are delighted with the result: a quiet, efficient furnace that heats our home better by far than our last furnace! Harry Clark does a great job!

The water heater ball valve was leaking so I called Chung Wah Plumbing.  The guy who answered the phone asked me if I wanted a morning or afternoon service call.  I opted for afternoon so the guy said they would be out after 1PM.  

At 2:20PM the two plumbers showed up.  There was an older plumber and a young plumber.  The young guy had good communication skills and the older plumber was hard to understand.  I showed them the leaking ball valve at the water heater and they went back to their truck to get their tools and supplies.  I told them they had to shut off the water in front of the house so that was the first thing they did.

It wasn't a difficult job so it didn't take long for the two of them to remove the old ball valve and install the new one.  I have copper pipes in my seventy four year old house so the plumbers had to unsolder the leaking valve and sweat (solder) the new one in.  After installing the new ball valve, they turned the water back on and I checked the pipes and ball valve for leaks.  I saw no leaks.  I told them I was satisfied and they packed up their tools and supplies and left.  

The two guys did a beautiful, professional job.  I was charged $100 for the job which I gladly paid.

If I have any more plumbing problems, I will definitely call Chung Wah again.

We have an old house and had to have a hot water line moved so we could replace our broken dishwasher. I called and they were kind and fast. Fernando arrived the next day, knew exactly what to do and very efficiently got everything done super great, and he was super friendly too. Very happy to have found a great plumber going forward!

Edgar Amaya has done a few jobs at my place, from a sink installation that was botched by another plumber, to a water line to my icemaker while he was doing that job, to a hot water heater replacement.  Edgar is trustworthy, on-time, and his prices are fair.  I wish good plumbers were cheaper, but take it from me - if you cheap out on the first job, you'll regret it later.

I found out about Edgar from a plumbing supply place in Berkeley on San Pablo (can't recall the name offhand) when I was asking for help finding a part for my made-in-Oakland bathroom sink part from sunrisespecialty.com/sun… .  I needed help fixing the initial botched installation too, and Edgar did the job right.

And like all good plumbers, he's got a sense of humor. ;-)

Joyous day- our household no longer leaks!

We first asked Zayah over to replace a pair of showerheads that were installed forty years ago and completely stuck on. He took care of us rapidly and efficiently, then took a look at the seven sinks we had that all were leaking. Based on his advice, we ordered appropriate faucets for all of them and asked him back.

That's where his work began. Our plumbing was a DISASTER. We had drains that fell apart when touched and handles that broke when turned. Significant time spent cutting out old drains, replacing angle stops, and having to go out to the local hardware store for necessary parts. (Such as the unexpectedly new drain. We'd already planned to replace four of the others and were prepared for those. Sigh.)

Zayah was amazing and worked us into his schedule as he could, especially given the expected and unexpected needs of our project. His rates are phenomenal and his work ethic top notch. We can't recommend his work enough!

Freddy was prompt and efficient. They charge a flat fee for a type of job, so I was happy to know up front what it would cost. Freddy knew exactly what he was doing. I was happy and grateful!

I had a very simple, but annoying problem with a locked-up single lever shower valve. I called Alansi's late in the day, and Jasmine from the office took my information, then 30 minutes later Moe, the plumber called to ask what the issue was. I was able to give him the make and age of the shower valve (from 10 years ago). He arrived the next morning first thing with a replacement (he researched it - the original was discontinued) and he was here less than an hour carefully replacing it. The old valve was definitely broken. He was expert at trimming out some tile around the old valve, replacing the valve with the new one, and was professional and friendly throughout. The bill was exactly what he predicted it would be the evening before, and of course he was careful to explain then that it was an estimate that might change once he got into the job. I'm grateful for Moe and Jasmine and having a new go-to plumber for all my needs!

We had a hot water pressure issue and tried to get our old plumber, who will remain unmentioned. Good for us he cancelled twice because we were able to try someone new, Heise's Plumbing.  Dave to the rescue.  He came out and told me what the problem was.  He worked with me on coordinating with the tenant to schedule the fix.  He sent out a plumber and now the hot water pressure is fixed.  We will be using Heise's Plumbing again.

F&A is fantastic. We had a garbage disposal that was leaking he installed a new one and prices were reasonable. This was back in March/April when he css as me to our house he was using full COVID-19 protections he wore mask and booties over his shoes. We felt very safe during the height of shelter in place having him in our home. Good worker and a good guy.

Best price of the licensed plumbers. Was very responsive and a good communicator. Installled a new Rheem Performance Platinum water heater that is hotter and faster to supply said water. My old one had a blanket. This one is insulated internally. Great upgrade. Best warranty and the work was done professionally. Lastly the old heater was leaking badly and was running out of the garage. STK even cleaned that up.
