Best Heater Installation in San Francisco CA
Fearghal was recommended by our realtor to do some supplemental electrical work at our home.
We were pleased with his work--He was reliable and easy to work with. He and his crew estimated that the job would take two days, and they finished in two.
I would definitely recommend Fearghal for electrical set up and repairs.

I wanted 4 recessed lights installed into my master bedroom that had easy attic access.
---------- I had 4 recessed lights installed in our family room 3 years ago by Mr. Sparkey and was pleased. So I called Mr. Sparkey again for a quote on the master BR and their price had DOUBLED. After showing them the invoice from the initial work and checking to see if they'd give me a more reasonable quote, I sent them on their way. They don't care about customer service. They're just out to make a buck. I would NOT do business with MR. SPARKEY.
---------- Enter into the picture .... Redwood Electric. After reading their reviews, they came out and did the work in 1/3rd of the price and half the time. Jothi and his crew were honest, communicative, professional, friendly, fairly priced. He did a great job! I was so excited that before they left, I scheduled them to return for more recessed lighting work in our Living Room.
---------- Hands down, I highly recommend REDWOOD ELECTRIC for electrical work.

John was excellent. I contacted him after a TaskRabbit botched a simple electrical job, which knocked out power to my entire kitchen. John answered my call and told me he could come over within a few hours. He kept me updated on his status via text message (which I greatly appreciated) and arrived right on time.
John was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the wiring in the kitchen. He also checked our smoke detectors and provided some advice for fixing our NEST thermostat.
Next time I'll skip TaskRabbit and shoot John a text directly.

Wayne was really helpful and easy to work with. There was a slight delay in communication due to the Thanksgiving holiday, but they fit my job in right away after that. I had them replace some old halogen can lights with new LED lights. Wayne did the legwork in recommending a light and then finding a new one when I clarified my preferences. Nathan did everything with a mask on and did a great job cleaning up the drywall mess. As an added bonus, I was happy to support a black-owned business.

Edgar is very nice! He is very reasonable. He did the recess lightings on 3 of our rooms. He was fast and efficient! Would total recommend him!

Jaime's power came by to give a estimate price is reasonable. He comes by with his assistant give you a quote once you agree on the price they will work on the project ASAP. Very reliable honest hard working person local in San Pablo if you need someone to help with light fixtures. Jaime help me convert my old 4pin CFL lights to new LED can lights. Looks great !

We have used Service Champions for a year and are very pleased with their service. We joined their $96/year club where you get a turkey, an annual furnace inspection and priority service.
Last week we had their service, which included cleaning the filter and an infrared camera inspection. Yesterday, the heat went out and we called them. They got a serviceman here within a few hours (it was a cold day, and I suspect they got lots of calls that day). He found a blown fuse on the furnace, probably due to the previous tech moving a piece during the inspection, that caused a short and eventually a blown fuse. He fixed it right away and soon we were back to our toasty home.
We were pleased to not have to wait until at least the next day, as I suspect most other HVAC companies would require.

Scott from Reyff Electric came to my house to provide a bid on fixing an electrical issue that had stumped a number of of other electricians. He quickly assessed the problem and even provided me a temporary solution. He was courteous and took the time to explain the situation. He seems to be passionate about what he does.

Everyone I have been in contact with at BV electric (Boris, Miro, Vesna) have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Miro came to our house today to install a new, dedicated line for our new washer and dryer and he did a great job for something that definitely was not easy. I will use them again and again and again. Thanks BV

Eric has done several projects for us, we've been happy with the results, and we'll keep calling him for electrical needs. He's rewired our bathroom, put in lights in our basement hall and garden, installed a level 2 EV charger for our new electric car in our garage, and done all the work for a garden office room we built (on a tight budget). Our tenants also had some problems with their hall light and he repaired it right away. We've got an old building. He's very future-oriented, so I trust him to do work that doesn't get in the way of future projects we have to do on our house

Mikhail was kind, courteous, and quick. He even found a fuse box that we didnt know existed! He first fixed the fuse then started working on a ceiling light that hasn't been fixed in years, so he did the wiring and told me just to by a light fixture of your choice and he will come back!
He's great! I recommen!

Referral: Our handyman (Mike at ReasonableMike's) referred us to HH for our renovation: conversion of large shower to bath/shower, relocating gas and water for W/D, and converting an oversize one bedroom to two bedrooms. From the first email received by Dispatcher Hero, Megan, it was clear that HH placed strong emphasis on responsiveness and attentiveness to customer service. Additionally, the creative and skilled problem-solving executed by the HH crew were appreciated; those were effective skills to fuse the old with the new in our construction project. All this at a fair price.
Shout Outs to Heroes:
Larry the Leader's thirty plus years of contractor experience fused with a customer service orientation fueled his keen ability to hear and synthesize my convoluted ideas and articulate them in a common-sense, straightforward concept. After an initial estimate visit, Larry returned to the flat to remeasure certain items as I had changed my mind about a couple of items. With patience and graciousness, he spent half an hour on the phone talking through those changes, clarifying my ideas, and offering suggestions. Further, he made the permit process seamless.
The Project: Daily, promptly at 7:15 am, HH's Roberto, Guillermo, jr., and Sergio arrived, ready to start at 7:30 am. Sergio the Facilitator ensured the project stayed on track: coordinating the crew, including an outside refinishing floor contractor and a fabricator for countertops; maintaining an open door cellphone policy; supplying materials in timely manner; and providing enhancement suggestions to finish off the project, Roberto, the Handyman Whisperer, seamlessly moved from tiling bathroom floor and shower ,hanging doors, rerouting gas and plumbing, and hanging mirrors. Whenever I asked him something, he replied: Whatever you want...no problem. Guillermo, Jr., as Righthand Hero, provided efficient and conscientious efforts in wall work and electrical rewiring. In final stages of the project, Guillermo, Sr., the 'sage Hero,' arrived to assist Roberto with 'finishing and polishing part. During last week , everyone came, including Jesus, to finish the job within the deadline.
As other reviews have mentioned, Handyman Heroes is a bit of a misnomer in that the crew will take on larger, more involved projects like mine (5 weeks) in addition to smaller projects. This is not my first rodeo in home projects but certainly my most positive. I have already referred them to my neighbor. And, when I am ready for the next project, without a doubt, I would reach out to HH again.
Thanks again to Larry, Megan, Sergio, Roberto, Guillermo, Jr., and Guillermo, Sr., and Jesus.

Oswaldo was great from beginning to end. He responded promptly to my initial reach out and came out to do an initial assessment of the problem. He was then able to come back a week later and do the job quickly and on time.
A few things stood out in my experience with Oswaldo:
- He spoke plainly and offered me a straightforward solution without trying to upsell me. I worked with a previous electrician where he overexplained to me the intricacies of electrical work and pretty much said my whole house needed to be redone.
- His work looked very professional and he even used some leftover material to patch a hole in my garage without me asking.
In conclusion, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or call him up again.

Beware of this Company - they are unmitigated cheats. They always sell you repairs you do not need and then grossly overcharge for it. They are extremely slick conmen who present a look of professionalism. Recently, they told me my water heater was about to collapse and needed immediate replacement. I double checked their quote with Home Depot and they were about $1000 higher! Moreover, when Home Depot took the old heater out, it still had many years of good use left! Beware these cheats - use Home Depot instead.

Professional, prompt, and painless customer experience. Darwin was terrific and pricing was fair. The outlet replacement got our dishwasher and garbage disposal back up and running! Thank you SO SO much!

I waited a year to write this review because I was very mad at the time and wanted to cool down. -Still mad.. I should have read the negative review on Yelp, since I can identify with most of them. There are many examples of maleficence, I am just going to list a couple here. First the travel time, they charged me 1/2 an hour each time they showed up. This was with a crew of three, about $140 each day that went to pay for them sitting in a car for a 18 min commute. They seemed to have no schedule as to when they would show up. They showed up the first 3 days, then maybe once a week after that, we never knew when they would show up. When we would call them up and ask why the crew was not here, the excuse was always that they had an emergency to deal with and they apparently had a lot of those. They also did a lot of work I did not ask for. For example I asked them to cut the electrical wires for a part of our house we were demolishing, then they spent all day removing all the wires in that location, even though I made it quite clear room was being demolished and to cut the wires only. We ended up firing Sid, and having to hire a 2nd electrician to finish the job. I would not recommend. They also made holes way bigger than they needed too, since I was the one patching them.

RB Electric is a wonderful family electrical business - hire them!
My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and we needed all new electrical. Our house is very old, from 1926 so it's cloth and tube.
We spoke with several companies and decided to go with RB Electic. The owner, Rigo, came out and walked us through what we needed. He is a pleasure to work with - clearly an expert at his craft and eager to provide a really good experience for us. We found his prices to be reasonable given the complexity of the work.
Rigo and his crew showed up on time and were ready to get started. Our job took an entire day and he had all of the materials (boxes, switches, etc) ready to go with him. They removed all of the old electrical and replaced it with new wiring and the correct boxes for the oven and fan hood. They worked very hard all day long and ask me a few questions along the way to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.
I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years. Rigo and his crew are by far the best electricians I've ever worked with and we'll be hiring them again in the future. I highly recommend getting a quote from RB Electric and considering them for your electrical needs.

Installed new fire alarm system for the entire building per new City code. Byington Electric is very professional, efficient and well organized. A pleasure to do business with. I have used them in the past and I have never been disappointed!

At first, they seemed to be all right. The man who came out identified a bad GFI and said they would have to order one, which should arrive in a day or two, at which time they'd call me. I never got a call back and had to keep calling the main office, which said they hadn't heard anything yet from the man working on my job, who hadn't been reporting in, but they'd call me when they heard something. Later, they told me he'd been sick, which I'm not sure if I believe. After more calls and complaints, I got them to come out and replace the GFI about a week after the initial call.
