I'm giving 2.5 stars bases on Yelp's description of the stars.  I will recommend to folks where cost is not an issue.

Gist: $540 ($490 with Military Discount) to replace a Pressure Reducing Valve.  The job took 1 hr from knock on the door to payment.  So that is 85.00 for the part and $405/hr labor (w/ fuel & prorated business costs).  

Call for quote before replacing PRV if you have the following:  Jack hammer sound when flushing any toilet or running any faucet.  I took the steps to clear a water hammer but the problem continued.

Your guy was great, he had the problem diagnosed as I was describing it. I'm guessing because he had the new part in his car that this is a fairly common issue.

Is this the first time you have replaced a PRV valve in the new residential Alamo Ranch Area?  No, probably not.   Valve was 8 inch below the surface and easily accessible.

He knew this was a quick job but I didn't. I asked how long it takes on average and he said I don't know, we have to dig.  I asked him how much that part normally runs and he said he didn't know because you don't buy from Home Depot.

Average cost w/ labor online in 350.  Add the 350 plus the 65.00 you charge for the visit without service, that is 415.  It was worth it, at that point, to spend the 75$ just to have it done now.   Again, I didn't know the cause before you came out, otherwise I would have compared quotes.

I would prefer that in the future you ask a fair price for jobs you have a good understanding of, not the I don't know, maybe it could cost 1 to 3 hour price.   That is the difference between 2.5 (ok) and 5 stars (great).

One day we walked into the office and our carpet was saturated. I immediately started looking for plumbers and messaged a few, but decided to go with Andre's because they were prompt in responding, kind and accommodating to our situation. They came the same day! Turns out we had a slow leak in the wall between the master bath and office, that had been leaking for awhile. I think the first tech was Nick. He did a great job. Well not too long after, our AC went out because our P-trap got clogged, so my husband had to drain the AC pan. He wasn't able to reattach the pipes under the sink. So we called Andres and Joaquin called back and said he had availability the next day in the morning! He called about 30 mins before he showed up and finished the job fast! He was very communicative the whole time, explaining what he did. He was kind and professional and gave us some info on how to fix it if it gets clogged again or we could just call them back directly if we had any issues! Even recommended an AC tech! But to be honest we will probably just call Andres again! Highly recommend 12/10! Best prices you will find! Very fair! professional and prompt service! This small upstart company replied quickly. When they arrived they acted courteous and professional.  They evaluated the issue and gave me the best possible recommendation.  I had initially asked for a more expensive solution, and they were honest and knowledgeable, if I ever have issues again i will make sure that they are the primary candidate. I recommend them 100%.

Very quick to respond to my inquiry which happened to be very late afternoon on a Friday!  I am very impressed with their transparency and promptness such that I will move forward using them for my plumbing issue.

Brad is AWESOME! He is incredibly reliable, polite, and clean. He is cheaper than most plumbers I have found in Austin and much more professional in terms of his communication and demeanor. At $115/hour he is a bargain and seems to really know what he is doing. He has worked on our kitchen sink, our toilets, and installed a new hot water heater. I recommend him most highly.

I had a major issue on a Friday night at about 9 o'clock that came to light on Saturday morning around 7 AM with my water supply to my home being completely dead. After calling around to more than a dozen companies Adam from PlumbSmart. Adam was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to help me with my small water emergency. Even though the trouble it turned out to be was not his area of expertise he was resourceful enough to team me up with providers who could professionally solve my issue; he even followed up with me over the next 2 day to make sure I was completely taken care of. Scheduled an appointment to replace my broken garbage disposal.  Tsanko was very prompt and polite.  He recommended a variety of garbage disposals at different price points over the phone and installed the one I requested.

During the installation he was very quiet and he was able to finish without any fuss or mess.  I now have a sink that drains properly with a new garbage disposal.  Thank you!

My water softener went belly up and water was leaking all over my floor. I tried calling a few plumbers and couldn't get anyone to answer - People's Choice answered on my first try and Dave was able to help me quickly bypass the softener so that we wouldn't have to go without water. He gave me some helpful advice and I did some research, but in the end, I was so pleased with his quick response and helpfulness, that I decided to go through him to get the softener replaced. I'm glad I did. Dave is friendly, quick, and knowledgable. I will be using him again should the need arise.

I was absolutely impressed by this company, from the customer service to the value- it was impeccable. They seem like they take pride in representing the company and it shows. Both appointments arrived right on time, even though there was a window, they were there right at 9 and so kind and professional. I never felt pressured or upsold and received very detailed, helpful information on making a decision for something that has become necessary. I would recommend to anybody.

These guys are professional and courteous. The work they did for me (replaced a small piece of leaking copper pipe) was satisfactory. The only problem I have with them is the price. When they told me it would cost just under $400 for a job that took less than an hour and required very little materials, I couldn't help but feel like I was overcharged. I think the problem may be that they use flat-rate menu pricing instead of actually considering the amount of work and materials needed for a particular job. That may be beneficial to the customer in some cases, but in mine, I ended up feeling overcharged.

I will likely use them again, but if I get the same overcharged feeling next time, I will likely resume my search for a plumbing company I'd want to have on speed-dial.

Jaime Santana did an excellent job with broken water pipes repair at St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church in Manor, where I am the pastor. After the winter storm of February 2021, the water pipes of all of our buildings were damaged. Mr. Santana assessed the situation, explained what was required, and finished the repairs in a timely manner. He also ensured that all faucets/toilets/water outlets were properly working, and did the appropriate repairs when needed. I highly recommend Santana Plumbing Company LLC.

Had been trying to get a plumber out for over a week to no avail. Outside spigot was leaking and making a mess of our exterior wall. EZ Flow came out 2 hours after I called them, and began work immediately after giving a reasonable quote. Stuck to the quote and finished the work in no time. Would definitely hire them for any  plumbing issues. Fast, friendly, good work, reasonable prices. Great company from my experience.

Excellent work from Gilbert on short notice replacing my garbage disposal. He came over and looked at my disposal to make sure it was broken before he told me what disposal to purchase (a less expensive one to save me some $). He did all this before he charged me a penny. Installation was done the next day and was quick and well done. Will be using his services again.

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

Very professional and for a great price. Arrived at estimated time given. Tech gave explaination of the problem in a way that I could understand and fixed it in a timely manner. When I called to see about getting someone, the lady was very friendly and helpful and very understanding. You dont find that any where any more. I will recommend them to my family and friends. NOT a good experience, at all. sprang a leak after the recent freeze and called Elite after the leak detection service found the source. Simple cap replacement behind some drywall which was already partially removed to expose the affected area was required. Plumber shows up (an hour late according to dispatch and text with no call) and has his apprentice take a look. I go upstairs and my wife comes up telling me that this guy wants $400. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. To remove a less than 1 sq foot portion of drywall, cut a pipe and add a cap. I go down to tell him to get out and his reasoning for the insane price is that he had to cut drywall and take insulation out. I snapped back that took him all of 4 minutes and he suddenly recalculated the job at $240 which is STILL too much. If I hadn't waited a week I would have kicked him out. The best part of all of this? This guy didn't even have the cap that he needed to do the job. I gave him a spare that I had on hand!!! Otherwise he was about to try to leave to pick up a part. So if you want a late, dishonest plumber to show up and try to rip your wife off, then call these guys.

When the owner of the company has to constantly reply to poor reviews it's pretty clear that the focus off the company is off. Worry more about the services you provide and your employees and maybe the bad reviews start to clear up.

Purchased and had a new AC unit installed in my 91-year-old mother's house.  Since installation, she's experienced failure after failure after failure.  Jon Wayne manager committed to making things right, but later said there's nothing we can do.  They refuse to do anything about replacing this lemon.     New AC units simply don't have a series of failures like this.

They quoted my plumbing to be $3000 for 40ft of pipe work to be done and they only did 5 feet of pipe and my wife didn't check because we have a baby and I was at work so they made her sign without telling her they changed the plan, and still charged us $3000. Watch out for these scammers
They charged me for 35 ft and only did 5ft of pipe, I did not get my money back.
