Bob was prompt and inexpensive.  Most importantly, though, Bob got the job done.  Our bathroom sink was clogged and after many hours trying to snake it ourselves, we decided to call in a professional.  The last plumber we called charge $135 an hour (minimum).  When I called Bob, he told me he could be over in 20 minutes (it was a Saturday).  Since I'd just left my house, we set something up for Tuesday morning.  When I asked Bob how much he charged, he told me $75.  An hour? I asked.  No, just $75.  Bob promptly arrived on Tuesday morning and used some machine to drill through our clog.  I'll call Bob EVERY time we have a sewer/clog issue--definitely worth the money!

As a property owner one of the most upsetting  sights is to look down into a sink and see it filled with dirty water because of a clogged drain.  Eric at Halverson Sewer Service is your salvation.  We have been using him for at least ten years and he has always come through for us.  He has a great sink side manner reassuring you that all will be well soon and the problem isn't all that is unusual or serious.  Just what you need to hear as you envision the possibility of major pipe replacement.  Eric is prompt, competent, courteous, and his fees are reasonable.  He also likes dogs which is a big plus in our household.  I highly recommend Halverson Sewer Service.

Woke up to our sewer line backing up at 7am.  By noon Cardinal had Alex out to clean out the roots and, after two hours of the auger doing its thing, had our lines completely cleared out.  To be safe we had him run the camera down the lines to make sure there weren't any breaks in the line and it all came back clean.

It would be easy to take advantage when there is no heat in the middle of a cold Minnesota winter or suddenly you find your hot water heater has failed........they simply respond like professionals.

Awesome company to deal with! Had them come out and hook my refrigerator, stove, plumbing lines, and fix my toilet. They did all this in a couple hours and did a unbelievable job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Brian did some home warranty covered plumbing fixes related to water lines connected to my boiler.  Work was completed satisfactorily. No cost to me other than what I had to pay to the warranty company for a service call.

Needed to have our water heater replaced. It was dated, starting to rust on the bottom, and wasn't providing adequate hot water. Without hesitation, we called Hessian Plumbing as we have used their services before and had been very satisfied. Mike and his team are awesome! He was able to work with our schedule and quickly set up an appointment to have John come to our home to replace the water heater. John arrived within the stated time frame. He was courteous, very nice, professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what needed to be done; and took great care in protecting our floors and carpet while taking out the old water heater and bringing in the new one. In the end, Hessian's price was fair--exactly as quoted, no hidden costs. We highly recommend them!

True professionals, the sales crew doesn't try and sell you what you don't need! Used them three times and won't go anywhere else!

I called and requested a quote for a new water heater as my old one was done working. I spoke with Mike and after sending him a few pictures of my existing water heater set-up an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Everything went well, it took an hour and a half overall to remove the old heater and install the new one.  Paul the plumber was efficient and answered my questions as he worked. The price I was charged was the same as I was quoted (cost plus permit).

My parents who are in their 70's had contacted them because their air wasn't working. They came out and looked at it and then left my parents tried contacting them and no answer! So we had called a different company to come out and when they did they found out that they ripped the entire control panel off ( which they could get a lot of money for) and now my parents have to come up with thousands of dollars to replace what they had stolen!! I can promise you this will catch up to them and when it does there will be no more all climate control company!! BE CAREFUL AND DON'T LET ANY EMPLOYEE TOUCH ANYTHING OF YOURS! The BBB WILL NOT BACK THEM UP SO THAT TELLS YOU SOMETHING RIGHT THERE!!!!!

If you are looking to be scammed by Pedro at Do It Right Plumbing this is the place for you! You get to pay $89 for him to come out to tell you what is wrong and then give you an outrageous quote and not be able to break down to costs. But wait, there's more... if you decide not to use Pedro, he will kindly call the Hopkins inspector and report you for not having plumbing up to code. Basically, a childless vindictive move that was NOT taken well by the inspector! In fact, it turns out that Pedro and Do It Right Plumbing engages is phone solicitation to scam people to their company. I actually called a different company and got redirected to his. Total Scam DO NOT USE PEDRO TOTAL SCAM!!!

My heat pump was not working.  They came but did not fix the problem.  Yet, I still had to pay for the useless service.  

Avoid them at all costs.
