Established in 1993.
I and my former business partner started this business when we got tired of seeing clients paying for services that were underperformed & over billed. We felt we had a better way so we opened our doors as Real Maintenance Services providing a variety of professional services at an affordable rate. We felt that everyone deserves a home they can be proud of at a price point that's reasonable & affordable. In 1997 I decided to expand my knowledge base by including the multi-housing market to my portfolio. I managed a few properties and was the maintenance director for a bakers dozen of them. This gave me a renewed passion for my work. This helped me decide to reopen as MDA Services. At MDA Services I focus on service more than anything. Especially services for seniors, veterans and front line workers such as first responders. To these people I say thank you for leading the way. As a show of gratitude I offer a discount.

Over the years I came to realize that it's not where you live but how you live.  This revelation has stuck with me and has made its way into my business plan as where my main focus is on service and not profit. We all have our little piece of heaven. I believe that it shouldn't cost a king's ransom.
