Be leery of the work they do. They used too small of a blade for my issue and my sewer backed up again 5 days later.  The techs were friendly, but also dented my walls and left marks in my stairway.

We needed help with a clogged toilet fast and Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing were fantastic! They were quick and explained the problem thoroughly. They were great to work with!

This company is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with!  What I like best is his honesty, you don't have to be worried he's trying to scam you.  Not to mention he is actually excellent at his job.  I would recommend Mission Plumbing to everyone!

Bill and crew did and exceptional job on adding a utility sink, adding a proper water drain for our washer  and moving pipes around in our basement ceiling to make it look neater. We have used plenty of plumbers over time and were never completely happy until now. We have found our go to plumber.

We experienced a furnace failure at our house in Hugo while we were out of town, resulting in frozen pipes.  Dan Simmer arrived promptly and quickly pressure-tested our plumbing system, identifying several leaks.  They were quickly repaired and we have had no further trouble.  I was happy with both the service and the price.

About 5 years ago I had sewage backing up in my basement.  Rotor Rooter told me my only option was to completely replace the line from the house to the street, at a cost of $30,000.  I called the city of Minneapolis and they gave me a list of companies authorized to dig up the street for sewage work.  I picked Cichy's off that list.  

Cichy's told me there were two bad sections of pipe, one on my lawn and one in the street, with an estimate of $5,000 to fix it.  When they dug up my lawn one of the guys told me a tree near the hole was unstable and I should get it checked out.  Before I was able to have someone look at the tree it fell over, fortunately not causing any damage.  I called Cichys and they got a tree company out there to remove it the same day. No charge for the tree. And in the end they charged me $4,500, $500 less than the estimate.

Last week I had a small amount of sewage in the basement.  I called Cichys again.  They came out and snaked out a line.  Since it took less than an hour it was their minimum charge of $150.  A few days later there was more sewage.  They came out, snaked out a different line and ran a camera down the lines to look for problems.  They didn't charge me for this visit even though I had only paid the minimum the first time they were out.  

They are fast, professional and honest.  If they are busy they will offer to refer you to another plumber.  They call right back if they are busy.  Highly recommended.

their customer service/receptionist sucks; i bought a washer/dryer from best buy and apparently these guys deliver and install, well so far they called and left a message: we are calling to confirm your delivery on Monday. So I call them back to find out what time, at first the lady says she doesn't see our appointment, so she asks where we bought it, etc. She finally finds our appointment and says 9am-1pm. I'm like what? we don't even get an option? She goes they will be there around 9am, thats why we called to confirm with you.

however, the guys that came to install the washer and dryer were pretty cool; very polite and helpful

I had a quote from another plumber to install a new water softening system in our home. This is a system I purchased myself. All that I wanted was a plumber to install it. Recently, we did the same for my 81-year-old mother. Her installation was $350 from a plumber. I have a quote from another plumber in town for $425. McQuillan provided a quote of $1550 for this installation. I told them that was outrageous, and they had no explanation for why they are 4-5x as expensive as others. The only good thing is that McQuillan did not charge me to come out and give me a quote.

The serviceman was here fixing our furnace within an hour of my service call! He was very professional, friendly, and thoroughly explained the details of the problem and what he was doing to fix it. Our furnace was repaired quickly and we are now warm again, thanks to Mark at B&D!

Same review as the other 2 ladies . Had not even came out to my home and was so rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer with HSA home warranty for 2 years this was my very first time using there services. I called on Saturday 11-11-17 to put in a services request for leaking pipes . I was unaware of how the warranty works since this was my first experience with them after no return call for several hours on Saturday I decided to call Devine's Plumbing myself I did not get an answer I left 2 messages on Saturday for a return call ? No return calls so I waited to call them back on Sunday again no answer. I left 2 more messages for them to return my call ? At this point I decided to call HSA to inform them that no one had called to set up an appointment with me regarding the leaks ? The customer serv. rep explain to me the process that since it was the weekend I would have to wait 48 business hours for someone to return my call. So I waited all day Monday 11-13-17 again no call I decided to call again once I was home from work which was around 5:15pm No answer I again left a message for someone to return my call NOTHING. So I decided to call this morning around 6:30am and someone answer the phone at this point I was just happy to hear a live person I explain to him what has been going on since Saturday and that I was very frustrated that no one had return my calls and schedule an appointment to do repairs ? The man was so rude and disrespectful he told me he was frustrated because I was calling his phone at 6:30am ? . I explained to him I was not expecting a live person to answer I simply wanted to leave another message he in return told me he did call me yesterday and left 2 message I ask him what number did he call ? He loudly stated THE NUMBER HSA GAVE ME I ask him what number was that ? He said he did not know because he was not at home. I checked my voicemail and no messages were ever left from Devine's Plumbing I called HSA to explain what happen and I did not think it would be a good idea to send him to my home and my service request was cancelled and a new work order was created.

kitchen sink clogged. clog was in line approximately 25 feet from main line. repairman used snake to clear, took about 45 minutes. the charge was $435.
repairman professional but this cost was so excessive I'll not use these people again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone for any plumbing work.

Gary Dwallibee came to my home on February 28, 2012 to diagnose my washing machine. He determined the problem to be the pump and proceeded to take twenty minutes to open the washing machine door--charge: $89.95. Gary called later that day to inform me the estimate to repair my washing machine was almost $300. This did not include the $89.95 I had already paid. He told me he would call to schedule service when the part came in. Thinking this estimate to be a wee bit high, I began to call around. I found a reputable repair shop that completed the repair for less than $150.

I called Aabbott Ferraro to indicate that I had the problem solved--service no longer needed. The woman that took my call was very friendly. However, less than an hour later, Gary Dwallible called me, and he was fuming. Indignantly, Gary lectured me on cost of doing business, restocking fees and commitments. I apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused, and explained that I was not in a in a financial position to absorb a more than $200 overcharge. I indicated to Gary that the $89.95 I had already paid, for what should have a 5 minute visit, should more than cover any expenses incurred. In a huff,  Gary demanded that I never call Aabbott Ferraro again. I am not sure if he thought this was ever a real possibility, or he was just venting at a former customer.

This person came to my house after hours when my water heater stopped working. He shined a flashlight on the water heater, said it had water in the pan and that his insurance wouldn't let him touch it.  He wouldn't answer my questions directly and kept asking me irrelevant things.  He even had to borrow my flashlight, as he hadn't brought one! He said he would have to replace the water heater, maybe in a couple days. On the way out of the basement, he stopped by and wiggled the pressure tank and said I'd need a new one of those, too. His bill for telling me he couldn't touch the water heater was $195.  I called another plumbing company the next morning. They were able to get the water heater running in 10 minutes. It does need replacing, but at least I have hot water until I can get a new one. The quote from the second plumber was HALF of Colin's Plumbing, and he was so much more professional and helpful.
