Fast and Efficient! I had a water heater go out. He was their in a flash. Replaced the old one. I was pleasantly surprised with low low cost, especially since it was a Saturday.

White Bear Plumbing is awesome!!!  We've used them twice now and I'll never use anyone else!  The first time, we had a pipe leak from our bathroom down to our kitchen. They fixed it quickly. They're honest and super trustworthy. I had to go to work and they stayed to fix it and locked up my house afterwards. This time we had a sewer back up in our basement. I called them and they came out the next morning. Always with a smile on their faces and super friendly!!  I'd recommend them to everyone!!!!  No need to go anywhere else for your plumbing needs!

We're recent transplants to MN, as well as first time homeowners, and I feel we have locked in our plumbing service for as long as we have pipes and water running through them :)

From my initial call to the service itself. ENP was very honest and open about my options for installing a new water heater on the phone, very personable. The service appointment was also exceptional - everyone wore masks the entire time and were very courteous. All surfaces were wiped down with alcohol cleaning solution when they were done and they left my basement area cleaner than when they arrived (maybe an Erik Nelson Cleaning service is next??).

Even though installation itself threw them some curveballs, they tackled them without issue, and everything has been up and working great since then. I can finally take a full bath and the hot water keeps coming! I remembered a few other random plumbing things (clogged drain, and a question about some condensation) and even though I am sure my install had taken longer than anticipated, they made time to address those issues and answer my questions too!

I had a major leak with my cold water piping upstairs that caused a leak into my downstairs bathroom. I needed to shut off the water in the house to eliminate   further damage. I placed a call to request service and got  an immediate response, with somebody out to the house that afternoon. The issue was in a tricky spot, but Bruce took great care. He was a true professional. I felt like his only client. I would absolutely use this service and request Bruce again!

Chris is PHENOMENAL!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Cindy is great at keeping you updated on the day and the timing window and is so flexible if things need to change! Chris is upfront about what needs to be done, doesn't over sell or over charge, and explains what he is doing as he does it. As a first time homeowner in an old house, I am SO glad I found Chris to help me with projects both big and small!

Jerry Anderson helped our family out with many plumbing jobs over the years in the Kenwood area.  He is about as trustworthy as they come!  He does a great job and may humor you in the process.

Needed a drain unclogged on a Sunday afternoon. Ken's Sewer Service was thorough, very professional, and reasonably priced. Did not overcharge me even though it was a Sunday. Will definitely use them again if I have any more plumbing mishaps!

Called for leaky faucet (that I thought I could do myself). Dave came out within a couple of days, and had it repaired quickly. Also taught me a thing or two - which I really appreciate. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable, friendly.

We used LaBrash Plumbing to install washer/dryer hookups into our kitchen. They also were accommodating when our bill was more than our estimate. My husband loves the work that was done and I love having my laundry upstairs! Thank you!

I recently found out that had a gas leak in one of my pipes and didn't know a plumber to call.  I happened to be out walking in my neighborhood that day and came upon a plumber getting into his truck after completing a job and he was on his way home.  I stopped him in the street to see if he might be able to take a look at my gas leak and he was kind enough to do it.  He fixed the leak and lit all of the pilot lights on all of my gas appliances (without me asking) and could not have been a nicer guy.  This is a family owned business, and I am so impressed with the service that I received, that I will always contact them for my plumbing needs.  And I have referred them to others.

I woke up on a Wednesday morning, walked down through my basement to leave for work and came upon a mess. Our sewer line backed up, as a new home owner, I searched for an answer on why our floor drain was backing up. Unfortunately, from my findings, it was the main sewer line. I searched yelp, for different plumbers, based on reviews and price, made a list and called around. Augie was on my list, not only was he the most economical for our budget, but was able to come out that day. Super nice guy, who knows what he is doing. He was unable to fix the issue completely, due to previous owners neglect in cleaning out the lines, under the giant trees they had planted...let's just say genius!

Anyhow, Augie worked with me and recommended a company to come and dig the line outside to fix the problem. His recommendations also checked out. I ended up working with the recommendation after calling around and reviewing the city of Minneapolis list, they were recommended on there too.  I am completely satisfied with Augie and Ouverson and will take their advice in the future to make sure lines are cleaned out regularly and do an inspection when buying a house. It would have saved us a lot of money!

Highly recommend working with Augie, he will be our guy for our yearly cleaning in the future, since we have some giant trees sitting onto of our sewer lines!

This is a long time coming but better late than never.  
I had a long-standing plumbing issue that I had no choice but to ignore because of the perceived financial burden and the inconvenience in my home this would cause.  When the time came and I was feeling financially able I looked to Yelp and found Justen Plumbing.  I can't begin to properly describe the experience I had.  Mike was an absolute professional.  He inspected the problem and resolved it in 1/2 a day and even had time to install a new kitchen faucet of which I had not prepared him to do.  When all was said and done the cost for the work was significantly lower than I had expected which was a complete and utter relief.  As a result I had him install a kitchen sink faucet for which I had not prepared him to do.  This was an exciting result for me.  I highly recommend Justen Plumbing.  You'll be happy you took the advice.

Was terrible, from not showing up first day to being late .. He knew I had a home warranty, they were the ones that found him.  He knew the rules.
This process took over a month to get resolved, He finally came out to the house and told me I had 3 leaks under my kitchen sink.  After numerous attempts from myself and the home warranty to get the $$ for fixing the problems he finally came back with a cost of:
$717 for the kitchen faucet (I told him no, I bought one myself and had it installed)
$225.00 garbage disposal
$184.00 old garbage disposal (I could of thrown this away myself after looking at the invoice)
$115.00 piping repair.
The day the problems were corrected he told me to pay bill in full and that he wasn't dealing with the home warranty company and that if I didn't pay him he was charging me an additional $160 per hour. I paid him as I wanted them out of my house.  All this took place while I had the home warranty on the phone explaining to him they would be issuing him a check that very day!  But Jason from Big River Plumbing, didn't care! my after thought were I should of called the police and had them removed from my property.  
Then Jason had the nerve to send me an email thanking me for their business and wished me a 'blessed' day.. Really?!?!?

Save your headaches! this problem took over a month to get resolved.  Don't use them for any projects!!!

Our furnace went out they sent out a tech ( very nice guy) we were charged after hours price of $148.50. Was not able to repair and they didn't have the part. Received call from them with an estimate was told it would be 187.50, this is more then the after hours cost.  Called them to see why and was to.d that we were given a deal ( this was not the case when I first called told after hours is 148.50 and during business hours $140.00 of course they tried to back peddle and the girl told me it is $156.00 for our truck to pull in your driveway and $148.00 per hour for labor but the tech did not charge us.  Look around because I have talked to 3 different people at this place and have been given 3 different responses. They charge differently to fit their agenda

Our boiler died on a Saturday night, on one of the coldest weeks of the year.  Bonfe was able to get a technician to our place 9am on Sunday to see if they could restart it.  Unfortunately, our 35-year-old boiler had fought its last fight, and ultimately needed to be replaced.  Altin N. was extremely helpful in explaining our options, and was able to work with us to find a new boiler within our budget.  He was also able to schedule installation for the following morning so that we would not be without heat for long.  
Steve R, did the installation of the boiler.  He did a wonderful job, and was pleasant and professional throughout the process.  Perhaps most importantly, he left the basement CLEANER than it had been when he arrived.  
Thank you Bonfe for getting all this work scheduled and completed so quickly!  We have been extremely satisfied with your service every time we've had to use it.

I called Bonfe on a Sunday morning when our main drain backed up and flooded half our basement.

They said they'd be out that day, and then called us later and pushed us to Monday. When they came on Monday, the technician wasn't able to do the job/clear the drain because he didn't have the right blade. (Who shows up with the wrong equipment?) So then he said we needed an intensive cleaning because it needed this special blade and said he couldn't fit us in until two days later, and we couldn't use the shower, bathroom, nothing. AND the cost of the intensive cleaning was $2K.

The next day, desperate and running up to the grocery store to use their restroom, I called a local guy to see if he could fit us in. He could, came and cleared the drain, and it cost $200. I told him about the quote from Bonfe and he said the big-box plumbers do this all the time. Over charge for people who are in a bind, use smaller blades than the size of the pipe so tree roots grow back quicker and you have to call them back more frequently.

So shady. Do not use them. Stay away.

Please don't use their service! It's terrible! They don't even deserve a star. I had an appointment with them to fix gas leak from 2pm to 5pm. But nobody showed up. I called them and they said a technician will call me back shortly. I had to wait for another hour but nobody call me! I called them again and they kept saying a technician will call you. Seriously?? I waited for another 30 min and finally they called me back. All that technician told me was they have to reschedule my appointment to 3 days later. OMG... They don't even respect their customer at all. So  if you consider to call them for a service, please DO NOT!

Don't bother.  They won't return your call, won't write down your information, and can't fix what they _do_ work on.  The wife runs the office, and simply oversees a vast stack of paper work, all hand written, with no organization.  I gave them my cell phone number, and they lost it several times, so they call the landline, and expect you to be home.  But they won't leave messages on your machine!
