Best Water Heater Installation in Sacramento CA
Refreshing experience with Brandon. It's rare to feel like a tradesmen actually cares about people and isn't there to take all your money. I had some leaking faucet issues I wanted to get diagnosed and Brandon came out first thing the next day, on time. He was really nice with a positive attitude. He educated me the whole time he was testing. My fixes were apparently very easy for me to fix, and he showed me how. He told me how much he could charge me to replace everything, but told me I could really just do this on my own. Really appreciated him being honest and saving me $150. He didn't even want to take any money for driving out to my house. What a guy. I would recommend Better B to anyone that has plumbing issues.

I have never written a review but the service Darrel provided was so excellent that I wanted to let others know about this company. The company was responsive immediately to my phone call and I was set up with an appointment. Karen, the person taking the call, was helpful and made sure I was kept up to date on the arrival time. Darrel was professional and was able to complete the work in a short time. There was a glitch with the Yelp coupon but the company took the responsibility upon itself to make it right even though I told them I would pay the full price and get it settled later. I could not have asked for a better experience especially when things go awry. I will definitely use VanGo Rooter again and again

Very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Would use their services again 100% for my tankless water heater and plumbing needs.

My toilet overflowed at 5am...I gave Miracle Works a call a little after 7am and Charles was kind and helpful over the phone. I needed the work done the same day and he did what he could to accommodate me and my family. When he arrived later in the afternoon as promised, he explained my options and got to work. He did a great job, all while being professional and personable. His Office Manager Mary was a great help as well. Thank you to both!

We recently purchased a home and the main pipe had a crack and needed to be repaired. Not only did we use US Trenchless for our inspection but we also used them for the repair! They were neat, on time and efficient with their work. They showed me the new repair and how it was leveled and done efficiently. If I ever need any plumbing done, I will definitely be giving them a call! 100% recommend! Oh, and P.S. they didn't leave my yard looking crazy!!

We had a bit of a nightmare plumbing situation that was not easy to solve. This company gave us the most amazing service and put in so much time and effort to see the job through. Their prices are very reasonable and we will definitely use them again.
We highly recommend L & M plumbing in Woodland California for any of your plumbing needs. We are especially grateful to Leo, who was very professional and determined to fix our problem. It's great to know that we have a local plumbing service that we can depend on.

I called Ted on a Tuesday evening as I noticed my water heater was on its way out (16 years in service). I will admit I was somewhat skeptical since I am a handyman and typically save on labor for home repairs, but plumbing is not something I dabble too much in and when it comes to this replacement I wanted someone who knows what they are doing. I am glad I chose to go with Ted as he was not only very reasonably priced, but also very thorough and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He came the very next day and replaced the water heater and I couldn't be happier with his work. I would recommend anyone in the area to use his service and now I have a plumber to call for all future jobs I may need.

Again, have to concur with everyone else's response about this company. I called about having a leak in the bathroom near the toilet. They pleasantly answered the phone, sent someone out the same day, he fixed it on the spot, and now I can sleep at night! Thank you Greer plumbing!

Have called Erik a few times over the years and he is always quick and reliable. Honest and will charge less than a quote if he over estimated. Collegial and professional. Is always our go to first call in plumbing issues.

I gave the company a 5 star review because they offered a discount if we did. Paul was an excellent plumber and I have no issue with his work, I thought the $350.00 for changing out the flapper unit in a toilet was excessive since I had the entire thing dismantled before he arrived. The only reason I couldn't finish the job is I have arthritis in my thumbs and couldn't get the water line free (I installed this unit originally years ago). Not a hard fix and doesn't take a lot of time. I think they should reserve these ridiculous fees for the hard stuff. Just disappointed.

Not only quick service, but quality service. I called, and he was on his way within minutes. Tony was knowledgeable, accommodating, and was willing to help us work within a budget. In short, he felt like family. We only have one toilet and he made sure it was working for us.
We will be putting in a new toilet ASAP, and we will be calling AJ Plescia Plumbing to have Tony come out and install it.
I would refer Tony to anyone and everyone ! Definitely make him your first call.

Googled what was wrong with a pipe under my kitchen sink. I diagnosed the problem with the information I read. When I called Stilwell, I explained with the utmost confidence what was wrong with the pipe. When Joe came out to my home, he took one look at the pipe which I thought had an issue and told me it was something different. Basically, he showed me what I thought I saw was a non-issue. I felt completely foolish for having him come out and wasting his time. However, he was very understanding and explained what it was versus what I saw. He saved me a few hundred dollars to which I am very grateful.
Give him a call, you will not be disappointed.

These guys just came out to hook up our kitchen sink and appliances after a counter top install. They were so nice and efficient! Clearly extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that customer service is important to them. I will definitely be calling Figs for any future plumbing related needs!

Doug showed up at the end of a busy, hectic day to help me with my mini crisis. He was on time, respectful of my home and his invoice was very fair. I would highly recommend this one man business and I will definitely be using him again.
Thank you Doug!!

We have now used detail plumbing multiple times. Olly is excellent. When we needed help he was very prompt in his response and solved some problems for us quickly and with high quality. Great service and would highly recommend detail plumbing!

They came out as promised. The tech and his apprentice were very friendly. When they were finished, as they were walking out the door the tech remarked that he forgot to replace the access panel to the attic space (location of the malfunctioning water heater) . I told him not to worry, that I would replace it. What he didn't tell me was that he also left the light on (which was very difficult to get to and stayed on for 1.5 days) and that he left a mess on the laundry room floor (directly beneath the access panel). My biggest problem, and the reason I would not recommend them, is that their proposed price was way out of line - over $3,400 to replace a water heater. I guess they thought someone who lived in a nice house should pay that kind of price.

It's so great to feel confident in who you select to work on your house. This is what it was like for me working with Ken. He was knowledgeable and focused on helping me solve my plumbing problems whike at the same time being cost effective. In fact, I don't think he made much of a profit at all. Ken and his staff were professional, on time and definitely knew what they were doing and even did more than what they had too. I have found my Go To Plumber.

Update on 8/1/23:
Zak (Plumbing Manager) gave us a call this morning after reading our review. He asked us to summarize our experience and apologized. He also refunded us half of the cost of the refrigerator water line installation, which we were not expecting and did not request. He also offered to come out and inspect our plumbing again before we consider replacing our water lines to make sure we feel comfortable with the details and cost of that job. He was very pleasant to speak with, and we are very grateful that he reached out. Thank you, Zak!

We have used Bell Brothers for the past 5 years with no issues and great customer service. However, we recently used Bell Brothers to install a water line for a new refrigerator. The job cost over $700. Unfortunately, the technician installed a very short line (about 1 foot was sticking out from our wall) which was not nearly long enough to connect to the refrigerator. This caused a lot of confusion/frustration with the refrigerator delivery guys who could not install the beverage center/ice maker. We ended up having to replace the line with a 10-foot line which was quite a pain because the line runs under a cabinet and behind our dishwasher. During that job, we joined the Bell Brothers membership club which comes with a plumbing inspection.
During the plumbing inspection, both a technician and a supervisor came to our house and essentially told us that our water heater needed to be replaced immediately (we knew it was old but were told during our last inspection that we could keep using it) and we needed over $15k worth of work done to replace our water lines (we also knew this because we live in an older home but were told last time that it wasn't an emergency). We moved forward on the water heater replacement the next day. The technician that was sent out for that job ended up getting upset because the supervisor from the previous day did not take measurements of our water heater closet. Because of this, the technician broke the new water heater trying to wedge it in the closet because it was too big for the space. He had to leave and get a smaller tank, so the job ended up taking over 4 hours. We thanked the technician for completing the job because the supervisor had warned us that our water heater was a hazard and needed to be replaced. The technician then made a snide comment that it was the supervisor's job to convince us to replace it right away...which made us question the supervisor's integrity. Overall, this experience left a sour taste in our mouths, and we are not sure if the $15k pipe replacement is/is not an emergency (the supervisor told us to not let our own pets drink our water!). We will be getting a second opinion before going forward with that job.
