i have a 2bd 1ba and the lines were clogged up and called 10 or more plumbing companies who claimed 24/7 service but all said i have to wait til 10am, except vango who had their guy Conrad call me in 30 min to tell me he can make it in an hr or so, came in and in less than an hr it was all done and i was able to use my only bathroom. Conrad was great and professional and accpeted the coupon they have on yelp, and all of this was on a sunday night.

Rick came out at noon and installed a custom toilet fantastic job..... then 2 hours later I thought there was  a  little leak from underneath...... oops my bad....  we found that the toilet was fine which I knew that it was fine but I just didn't understand where the water was coming from..... turns out the sewer needed snaking again I mean brilliant they could have taken us for another hundred bucks but he didn't...... you're as awesome as you sounded as I was listening to all your conversations with my wife ......thanks Rick.

Charles is the go-to guy when you running into problems. friendly and professional at the same time very straightforward. I'm also amazed by how fast he responds to me and how quickly he got the problem solved. An easy 5 stars.

I used US Trenchless to do a camera inspection of the sewer line at a house under contract for a buyer/client.  The technician was prompt and courteous.  The inspection report helped close the deal-- and the cost was very reasonable.

Wow, these guys are great! I needed a toilet reset and I had originally called another company that said I needed to replace the toilet flange and because of the way the old one was it would cost me $1000+. So I had zoom drain come out as a second opinion and the dude they sent out was very confident that I just needed to do an extra wax ring and it would only cost $170. So compared to the previous estimate I had got, that sounded great! They came with a fully stocked truck and he was able to complete the job within an hour. Excellent experience!

We found Precision Plumbing to remove our old water softener and install a new unit. It was technically challenging, but they were able to figure out a good configuration that saved space. Unfortunately there were some leaks that we encountered along the way, but they were very prompt in returning to fix them, no questions asked.  Very thorough and professional and we appreciate their hard work.

Ted was awesome. We had an emergency hot water heater issue, so I requested a Yelp quote. Ted responded very quickly, and he was very up front about his very reasonable installation and removal rates. We got a couple other quotes but Ted's was the best. He was able to show up the next day and did the work quickly and professionally. He left the area clean and tidy and even took the old water heater with him. I highly recommend Ted's Plumbing!!!

My husband and I bought our first home last year and needed quite a bit of plumbing and HVAC repairs. We also needed to replace our 26 year old water heater that gave us about 3 minutes of hot water at a time. After asking around with friends and family and getting several quotes for the water heater, we found Duck's through the SMUD Contractor Network and have been super happy with all of their work. They gave us the best quote for the water heater by far and helped us get a $2500 SMUD rebate that made the electric heat pump water heater a total no-brainer! They've also fixed quite a few plumbing and HVAC issues for us over the past year and are always courteous, professional and easy to work with. Alex is a class act and usually gets back to us right away. Can't recommend Ducks highly enough.

We had the plumbing backed up, called Greer Family Plumbing, and things were up and running pretty quickly.  Very reasonable rates and wonderful to work with.  Would definitely recommend them!!!

If you have a pool leak, do not call this company.  They  do not do the full job.  If your heater needs to be moved, they don't do that.  So what do they do?  Well, they claim to locate leaks, but I can't validate that claim.

That's what the say they do and they say they're the best.  Not so fast there Wet Willy.  After digging where they said the leak was, I did not find any signs of a leak.  No water, no wet dirt. Nothing that would indicate a leak.  So, I called them to come out and give it another try.  

The second crew said the leak was right where the first guy said it was.  Even after I told them there was no water where they said the leak was the told me water does strange things and isn't necessarily where the leak is.  WHAT???  Did I hear that right.  Sure did.  So, they gave me a crazy high bid to fix the leak and said I needed to get another contractor to do part of the job they don't do.  What the heck?

So I hired a guy to cut the concrete and dig where the leak was identified TWICE, and, you guessed it, no leak.  BOTH  technicians  from American Leak Defective FAILED to locate the leak.  BOTH OF THEM!  Major fail, TWICE.  

And they offer no guarantee unless you use them to do the repair at their extremely over priced rate.  Seriously, $1650 to repair a pipe they said was right there under a little concrete and less than 2 feet down.  Don't waste your money.  These guys failed twice and took my  $395 and spent less than 90 minutes total.  What a joke.  And I'm out the $395 and still looking for the leak. I'm also looking for a pool company to do the job right. I'll let you know who to call once this is over.

Thank you, your company did a repair for free for a church. The estimated cost was $10,000, which was so over priced. I still cannot believe companies try to over charge a CHURCH!!!!!, shame on you. I personally don't need any plumbing jobs for myself but If I do I'll be calling them. We as people need to stand up for small businesses because the high corporations are out of control and help small businesses start their business because they are about customers not profit

Great communication, on time, professional, and gave me guidance on what parts I could on my own prior to installing a new water heater.  I appreciated the attention to detail and you could tell they know what they were doing.

We have used Boyd plumbing exclusively since they did a tankless heater for us 2 years ago.  They are great!  Prompt, professional, competent and courteous.  I would have given five stars, but for me the price for service seems steep.  I imagine you could find cheaper plumbers, but for something important like this we stick with folks who know what they are doing.

We had a recent issue with an odor detected in my sink and near out plumbing exit lines. Better plumbing came out quickly and gave us an appointment to clean the lines for the subsequent Thursday. The tech ran one of the branches but not the sink. Initially impressed but the sink backed up less than a week later. We weren't able to reach them immediately and paid another service to clear the block. We contacted Better Plumbing to follow up on the sink line. Unfortunately the tech did not call or show to the follow up appointment but the owner followed up and rescheduled. Both the tech and the owner came by the next day to check the line and ensure everything was clear and working.

I appreciate the follow up and service from Ken (owner), hence the four stars. The technician's communication skills do not reflect the ethic of the business.
