I was very impressed with VanGo services. The price was competitive and they offer Saturday-Sunday service for no extra charge. Yes you read that right. I was lucky enough to get Eddie who was very professional, pleasant and patient. He made sure the job was done right. Folks, you can't go wrong here. We found our plumber!!! So happy!!! Just bought a house so finding the right experts to fix things now and partner with on our wants list in the future is important. Today Robert installed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, water circultation pump and fixed a leaky sink all in less than 3 hours!!! Wait...and he was quiet and clean!!! Charles explained everything very well during the initial estimating process and did not delay in getting the estimate back to me. Mary was super responsive and did a great job with communication and scheduling. Great job Miracle Works!!!

We had a storm drain that needed immediate attention due to the recent rains.  It hadn't been properly draining for some time.  Draintech not only took our call but came out within an hour to inspect and figure out what the problem was.  Kaelin was friendly, efficient and Covid safe! The the fee more than fair, especially given the exceptional response time and amount of work involved.  We highly recommend this company!

Our kitchen sink was totally clogged. Called in the morning and got an appointment the same day a couple of hours later. The work was excellent, Leo was friendly and knowledgeable, and the cost was very reasonable. Great experience!

Doug is the best plumbing contractor I have ever dealt with.
Our new house came with an in-law unit that once had a kitchen, but was removed prior to the sale. Why do people do that?
The sheetrock was left open, where the plumbing was removed from the walls. With one detailed phone call, Doug was able to diagnose what was needed to fix the place back up by asking lots of detailed questions.
He showed up at 7:30 on a Saturday with all the supplies needed to do the job. All of the following was accomplished in one long day.
Ran new water lines (soldered copper pipe) to kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and new runs for laundry.
Ran all 2 ABS drain lines from kitchen sink, bathroom sink and laundry room.
Ran new vents through roof for all.
Ran new 3/4 threaded gas lines for stove and dryer.

Doug is a real pro with all the right tools to do the job right the first time.

I also got Mac's name through SMUD's rebate contractor list.  How smart is SMUD to contact with such a great company!  I'm so glad I reached out to this company.  Professionalism from the time I made the call to the nice lady all the way to our quote.  

Steve knows all about HVAC, he is from EG and knows how darn hot it gets here.  We are from the Bay Area, where it gets cooler at night.  Steve explained the heat pump and SMUD rebate to us and how much more efficient our new system would be.  They have 24-month interest and payment free or $1,000 cash back a $500 coupon towards our new HVAC system and another $271 coupon.  Not to mention the $3,000 rebate from SMUD. So its a win-win for us.  If I didn't read all of the rebates SMUD has included in their bills, I wouldn't of known about it -- so thank you SMUD!  We did get pricing from another contractor, but they didn't offer the SMUD rebate and their price was higher.

I will write back after the work is done.  Steve made the call while he was here to set up the install, he said he was out about 3 weeks, which is understandable, he also offered to set up a MoveinCool for us in case it got too hot.  Very nice of him.

We had a plumbing issue and a scheduling error, home alone with 4 kids. I got a call from Ryan who wanted to make things right (that's rare today).
He came over personally first thing in the morning and cleared our problem. I appreciate honesty and integrity they have both. Life happens and It's about doing the right thing. Thank you -we appreciate you and we recommend you.

Pros: friendly service, fair prices, minimal machine runaround when called, usually fast appointment service, free estimates
Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

This is my go-to company for a/c, furnace and plumbing.  Did not expect a cooling angel by the name of Anthony to be able to resolve the issue as quickly, when my daughter found a leak in her a/c unit.  A part was needed,  but the wrong one was shipped!  Anthony was able to hunt the correct part down and install it the day he promised it would be fixed!!! Like I said a true cooling angel (especially with a heat wave) and an exemplary employee of Huft.

I found Mako on Yelp and received timely responses and a fair price. Jimmy showed up on time (early actually), knocked the job out and left a clean workspace behind. Thanks!

Did a fantastic job installing a new kitchen faucet and air gap. Needed someone on Saturday after being out of my kitchen all week. Zav & Arsen were available. Plan to use then on many more projects. They are very personable and professional.

Hall's Plumbing was able to fix my kitchen faucet problem and on a previous day cleared the blockage in my toilet lines promptly and with courteous and personable employees.

Came out quickly and did the job. We were even given advice to help with the problem! We will definitely use Elk Grove plumbing and drain again!

They come when they say they will and do what they say they will.  They are honest, reasonably priced and trustworthy-Not words I normally hear with plumbers! Dave and his team (James especially) always get the job done!! Great guys

Zero stars. Called for a $77 drain clean out. My main line was plugged. Guy came out and popped my clean out open and human waste and tp went shooting out. Then he looked for the city clean out, didn't find one. Before he even started working he starting saying I might need a hydro jet service. Seemed fishy.
    So he runs his little skinny snake with no tip out 75 feet and tells me he can't reach it and that the next thing to do was a $2400 hydro jet service! Wow. So to this plumber there are only 2 ways to clear a drain? He has so little experience or training, that all he knows is put very little effort into the snake and when that doesn't work it's time for a $2400 hydro jet. That's pricey. I don't have $2400 so he says he can give me 10% off. Still alot of money. I give him his 77 dollars and he leaves all the raw sewage for me to clean up and he is on his way.
I called Patrick at Bummer you need a plumber. He came out and fixed it with a 50 foot garden house, which is 25 feet less then the snake rooter hero used and said he couldn't reach it,and ten minutes time. I will never call another plumber. I absolutely will never call rooter hero again.

Lance was responsive initially and provided peace of mind when he identified our clogged kitchen/laundry drainage problem and recommended a solution to replace a portion of the line because the different-aging pipe materials was creating leaks. However, when he started work on Friday morning and left to go find a part, he didn't return. He didn't respond to any texts or calls when I was trying to just know if he was coming back that day or returning on Monday. I thought he would at least return to pour some enzyme down the drain to mitigate the problems from the clogging, but I guess he had already decided that he wasn't going to do this job without informing me.

All weekend, I was left with a clogged drain, unable to wash dishes or do laundry. I called Monday morning to see what time he would come in, and he told me he does not do sewer work and rushed out of the call, leaving me hanging.

Reading the other reviews, I'm sure he does great work, but I hope he does a better job communicating with his clients in the future. I would have liked to have known from the get-go that this was a job that he does not do, rather than see him start work, say that he needs to get a part to continue work, and then bail.

In the time of COVID, he wore a mask. 2 stars.

Fixed up my leaking bib and my shower diverter valve and did a great job. Would recommend.
