I have used Elk Grove Plumbing on numerous occasions, from getting toilet and kitchen sink clogs cleared, to having a garbage disposal installed, to assistance when we did a bath retrofit. Every single time I have called they have been super helpful. Their technicians are always friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. No need to ever shop around for a plumber, call Elk Grove Plumbing, you won't regret it.

This is the second time i have them fixing an issue and i am happy with their services.  Andy was very knowledgeable and explained clearly the different options and corresponding cost before proceeding.  Luckily, the first option (the least expensive) worked and my toilet is now working again.

I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

Advanced was quick to respond on our request to purchase a new heater and ac unit, sales person here on Friday and techs were here on Monday to install both units. Very pleased with the work that was done.   Ken was here to service our unit, which was too old and needed replacement.  He called Enrique, sales person, and Enrique was here within an hour and did a great job on explaining the unit needed.  On Monday the techs came and did the install, within 6 hours we had heating and air.   These techs explained the unit and thermostat to us before leaving.   Great job to all who were involved on this sale and install.

We were remodeling our house during the worst heat wave in years. Also was getting quotes for a new A/C unit as our old one kept us in the top 1% of least efficient energy users in the neighborhood. Another vendor came in, gave us a 2 hour sales presentation and quoted a system that was an unrealistic 4-ton system for our house. The Clarke & Rush rep, Mark, came to our house, spent half an hour in our house, came back the next day with a professional packet of information and quote for a split system consisting of a 3-ton unit for the main part of the house and a 1 tone ductless unit for a large add-on (that was always hot during the summer and cold in the winter).  Aside from being the best solution, the quote was $2000 less than the competitor. Then came the installation, which was complicated by the fact that we needed a new electrical panel added because our old one was much too small for our house. The electrical contractor retained by Clarke and Rush was amazing. It took him half a day for the install, which included new wiring through our incredibly hot attic. (This was also included in the cost.) The A/C installers , Dustin and Luke, also came that morning to start. By the next day the unit for the main part of he house was up and running and by mid-day, we were finally cool! Then the following day they had the additional unit done. They were professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves, helped us program the new system and best of all we now have a system that cools the entire house efficiently. We were so happy with their service and work, we used them for a plumbing problem as well, where Scott  properly fixed a clogged drain that another company failed to handle(watch out when a plumber says he can't guarantee it will unclog-then why am I paying you to be here?). I highly recommend Clarke and Rush and would definitely use them again. We are a happy family now!

Easy to schedule; easy to work with; good communication by office and field guys.  Was was competitive and appreciate the service packages they offer--anytime a company can take something off my plate, I'm a fan!

UNRELIABLE and INCONVENIENT! I called the company and scheduled an appointment to diagnose my broken dryer.  They gave me an hour window (11 AM - 12PM) and they never came!!! I tried calling them before I returned to work and went straight to voicemail.  I wish I was informed that they weren't going to make the time window they provided since I was taking time off of work.

Doesn't honor their warranty!

We used this company to fix my A/C around April 2014. Within 5 months same issue came up, knowing that they have a year warranty I called to have it take a look at. But they said they wouldn't honor their warranty using a loophole on their policy. Be aware of their work...

Lee's Air installed a new heater pan the day after it was quoted. The job was done quickly and I am more than satisfied.

TJ was a HUGE help and was very kind and responsive in helping us to install a dishwasher in our 1970s era house. It required him to do plumbing work, electrical work --basically a little bit of everything to get it installed. It was pretty clear right from the beginning that we had the right team on the job. I don't know how we would have managed to get it in otherwise without spending a fortune hiring different trades to do different parts of the job. TJ's rates were very reasonable and the quality of the work was stellar. SO glad we went with him!!

They list all types of hvac services on their page but don't work on hvac wall units. You get a 1 star for being another hvac company that only cares about the high profit   big hvac jobs.

Had a good response time for AC around a holiday weekend. Giovanni from Bonny was thorough, able to get parts and fix the problem in the same day.

On 8/4 I contacted Bell Brothers Plumbing regarding  needed repairs to my plumbing due to a kitchen remodel. I was told the earliest appointment would be 8/8.  Knowing it would be 3 days before I had water in my home I agreed but made very clear I would not be home until after 3:00 pm. Since bell brother can't efficiently schedule their staff you must accept a 4 hour window. The representative stated it would be no problem. Imagine my surprise this morning, while at work, I receive a text at 11:05 am that the technician from bell brothers would be arriving soon. I called and after speaking with a very rude young lady I spoke with Stephanie who identified herself as the call center manager. Stephanie was unconcerned I had been without water for 3 days, stated they don't schedule appointments after 3 pm. Funny they can't schedule after 3 but give a noon to 4pm time frame for arrival. Last time I checked 4pm was later than 3 pm. Please choose another plumbing company if at all possible. One that believes in the meaning of customer service
