Best Air Duct Installation in Sacramento CA
They were on-site within a few hours of being called. Made quick work of a clogged drain and even checked a few other places around the house for problem areas. Super professional, fast and courteous!

Wow! Fast affordable service when you really need it. Donna was able to diagnose most of my problem over the phone. She had a service tech onsite in a couple hours. Larry came out and, Surprise! Surprise! he had all the parts on his truck to fix my 38 year old AC. Another plus, Larry has 30 years experience, he did not spend a lot of time diagnosing the problem.

So happy with Elk Grove Plumbing. They are top flight in both work and customer service. Won't call anybody else with a plumbing issue in Elk Grove. They have been on time every call, did great work, and were very knowledgeable about every issue. Met several of their technicians/plumbers, and they have all been top notch. Can't say enough good things about them. You won't be disappointed.

We called Boden to help with a project at a clients home. It was a simple project, but an unexpected plumbing situation occurred, and they helped to contain it, and clean up a mess they really didn't have to. This company helped save the home from a lot of potential damage, and I'm super grateful that we had them on-site to help above and beyond what they were called on for.
Highly recommend.

I had a really bad leak. The guy came in and in 45 minutes he fixed it. My dad had worked on my house for two days, and couldn't do a thing. Cheap and fast!

Great service, fair prices and fantastic work!
We had a sewage emergency on a Saturday at 5pm! We are a family of six who couldn't use sinks, showers or toilets! I called all around and either got no answer or told the earliest they could do was Monday. When I called Advanced the receptionist was super friendly and she said that Chris could be out in 2 hours. Chris came out and was very professional. Our house was built in the 40s and there were no cleanouts. He called another guy out and they snaked the line almost to the street when they hit something solid. Unfortunately they could go no farther in the dark and he said he would have to come back in the morning. Guess what? They didn't charge me because they didn't fix the problem! I was amazed. He came back the next morning exactly when he said he would. He fixed the immediate issue (tree roots grown into the lines) and gave me four quotes (at my request) for other work that needed to be done. I have been quoted triple the price by other plumbers for smaller jobs than I paid for this emergency repair.
Needless to say we were pleased. We have since had two other areas fixed/ repaired by Advanced that we knew needed to be done. The work was quick and flawless and fairly priced. Hopefully we won't need anymore plumbing work anytime soon but if we do, we will call Advanced!

I've been holding off writing this review for a little while just to make sure it wasn't all too good to be true, and waiting for something to go wrong... but nothing has!
We bought our home this January, and the HVAC was garbage from the very first day. We went through the home warranty folks again and again to try and get our ancient p.o.s. up to par, and they sent incompetent people, 1 after the other.
Needless to say, we'd had enough! It was the hottest Summer since I could remember, and we were dying inside. The problem was... we couldn't afford to just drop the kind of money we needed to upgrade our 45 year old HVAC system.
After we put a call in to our lender (an honest man that we trusted) to bash the home warranty folks for their awful treatment of our situation, he gave us the name of someone he considered an honest, trustworthy person to help us out: Bryan, with Clark & Rush.
As a natural cynic, I was waiting for this guy to come over and try to sell us... but he never did. He listened to us drone on about our warranty problems; he evaluated our system and our needs; and provided us with an honest, fair, bank account friendly set of options to bring our archaic HVAC into the present.
Right away we trusted Bryan completely. We even gave him the keys to our place so they could install the system while we were out of town!
His team did an excellent, highly professional, job of removing our old system and installing the new one, complete with custom fabrication so that the air handler would work optimally within the existing cabinet restrictions. He even followed up with us several times to make sure we were completely happy with the product and its performance.
I cant say enough about Bryan, his team, and Clark & Rush... and I DO NOT hand out compliments easily!!
Thanks Bryan. We owe you one!!

I want to be clear, the installers who did the work did their best with the information provided.
That being said everything started with an estimate on a Saturday. I got a good feeling because the worker showed up on time to do the estimate and advised exactly what he was going to do. The plan was to run 30 foot of steel pipe from my kitchen to the outside of the house where I was going to set propane tanks. The work order advised a soffit connector will be used to connect the tank to the regulator etc.
When the estimate was complete it was approximately $1,000 to do the work that I was requesting. I was fine enough with the estimate and asked when the job would be completed. The tech made a call and said very likely Tuesday. but I don't know for sure call back on Monday.
Fair enough. I called on Monday and was only able to get a Thursday or Friday install. This was disappointing but not a huge deal we scheduled it for later in the week. I took the day off of work to be here to show where I wanted to line run and just make sure everything went well. I got a call the day of the install that the plumber called out sick and wouldn't be available. The man who called me advised the plumber who gave the estimate will be able to come out on Tuesday. I told them how I took the day off and this is inconvenient all I got was an apology and he will be out on Tuesday.
Again at this point I'm not too terribly upset however I was starting to get uneasy feelings. So Tuesday came around it's finally time to install. The plumber who arrived told me he had no notes that were significant from the initial estimate and that he would be able to do the job but he wasn't told about the basics or the more intricate parts of the job. He also advised me that he was not comfortable connecting to the propane tank. whereas the other installer was going to connect it for me and I figured it was part of the bid this man let me know he could not do that. He also said it would be ridiculous to run steel pipe and take all day to make the cuts instead he opted for a flexible hose which he had available. He said it took significantly less time and was a quality product. When I asked him if that change the estimate being as how the labor was so much less he told me no. The product was more expensive and the bid was well below what should have been asked etc etc. Kind of a lame excuse but I already agreed to the price and he was able to provide at least some of what the estimate was for. Again I don't fault the final plumber he was picking up the pieces from a bid that was written by someone else with the company.
I would never do business with these people again. Besides giving me incorrect dates and then canceling on me which was beyond their control I didn't get what I paid for and that's what's most disturbing also the fact that they used a much less labor-intensive product that doesn't seem to be as solid as steel pipe yet the estimate somehow remains the same. That's ridiculous. I have multiple plumbing needs from meeting a hose outlet on my deck. To fixing a leak at the fitting under my tub. I'll be sure to take my business somewhere else.
Update 6/6/19 : Michael from the company called unprompted and did a quality spot check I was impressed by that and modified my star count. If they do anything else to rectify the situation I'll update again.

I highly recommend this business for all of your appliance repair needs. My washing machine was broken and the gentleman I spoke with at this business scheduled me for a next day appointment! He came out and within an hour or two he had fixed my washing machine. Very fair priced, excellent service, totally recommend!

They were able to get us an appointment quickly, which was helpful, however, they charged $104 for the diagnostic and then quoted me an additional $574 to replace a part that cost me $20 at Lowes and took a few minutes and a YouTube video to replace on my own.
On top of that, I asked if I could have the part name or part number since I did pay $100 for the diagnostic, and they said the technician didn't write down the part type or part number so they didn't have it to give to me. I would not use this company again.

TJ is the guy to call when something breaks. He enjoys a challenge and has diagnosed and fixed our A/C on short notice. On another occasion he replaced an exterior water pipe in a hard-to-reach location that had developed a pinhole leak and was spraying my house. He is very knowledgeable, capable, experienced and happy to explain what he's doing, the problem he finds and the solution.

Updating my review, to 3 stars because a manager did call a second time and took efforts to makes things right. I will keep how they did that confidential, but I appreciated their care.

He displayed honesty and transparency throughout the process, explaining the issue and the steps needed to resolve it. His expertise and willingness to answer my questions were truly helpful.
