We needed furnace help - talked to another company, and they quoted us $4500.  They sounded legit so we were quite bummed.

But we decided to get a 2nd opinion the next day.  I asked my friend if they used anyone for HVAC help on their house and they recommended Comfort Master.

I called CM and they had a technician out at our place in a few hours.  Really nice guy and an expert.  He diagnosed the problem right away.  Said it was going to be an expensive fix of about $1000... which is a cool $3500 less than we were (wrongly?) quoted by the other company the day before.

They came right back and did the fix.  Heat is running great.  We'll call these guys everytime going forward for AC and Heat help.  Would recommend you do the same!

What can I say. If I could give 10 stars I would. I called them yesterday and they came out the next day to fix my hot water heater. I have been without hot water for the last 7 days dealing with a stupid home warranty. Lupe was my technician. Great guy very knowledgeable and fast. He answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend and use this company again. Also a big thank you to Tiffany for your excellent service. They have very good prices as well. Thanks a million

I've worked with many different property maintenance service companies here in Sonoma, from electricians to gate maintenance companies, tree trimmers, pool maintenance... and the folks at Boden Plumbing absolutely set the highest bar in terms of customer service and being absolute experts at what they do. I've used them for years for a couple of homes that we have here in Sonoma, and more often than not, they end up talking me out of expensive appliance replacement in favor of getting the most value out of the appliances we already have. They take the time to explain the reasons why they make their recommendations and are not afraid to educate the customer. They also are great about setting expectations for what it will cost when we do have to bite the bullet and replace an appliance. Again, service is top-notch, they're very responsive, and they come with my highest recommendation!

Awesome service provided by Cal! Our water heater recently started giving us trouble and prior to Cal someone else came by and looked at it and told us we need to replace the whole heater unit. We were a little stressed cause replacing a heater unit was very expensive. On top of that the guy prior to him that came took a fee for coming over but did nothing. That's when we decided it's best to get a second opinion and we got in touch with Cal. He came over and told us we just need to replace some parts and because our heater was under warranty the parts should be free. He even called the company himself to get our parts delivered. It was great we didn't pay anything except for the labor. Cal was very professionally, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wish we contacted him before anyone else. Could have saved ourselves money. In addition,  Cal didn't charge anything for coming over and looking at the problem, while the previous guy did. Do yourselves a favor and reach out to Cal for exceptional service.

Our attic needed new insulation and we needed a new HVAC system , so being new to NORCAL we looked into solar at the same time. After carefully talking with many companies I went with Clarke & Rush. That was in September when we first started looking at products and doing a house analysis. Its now the week before Christmas and I still don't have solar.
Very happy with the work in my attic and with the mini split installed, the rest has been an unprofessional joke. One excuse after another, lack of communication and follow through with work and promises. We've had 3 different installation dates cancelled. They even lied and told us they didnt have permits...we had the ok from the city for the work all ready. If it wasn't for the end of the the and the IRS rebates..... I would run quickly else where.
Working in a business that is customer service oriented......they failed from top to bottom.
Go else where and don't waste your time like we've been doing for 3 months.

Absolutely great customer service and workmanship from Michael Egan.  We contacted American Home Shield whom we have our home warranty with and they called Crystal Blue Plumbing to have our downstairs air conditioner repaired when it went out last week, they sent Michael Egan from Crystal Blue Plumbing to repair the air conditioner.  Crystal Blue was able to get us in the next morning, Michael came in and got us working very quickly.  

This week our upstairs air conditioner went out, so again I called our warranty company at 6pm and requested to have Crystal Blue come out.  They were so awesome, they came out at 9pm the SAME DAY!  Again they sent Michael Egan to do the repair and in no time he had our air fixed and going.  Michael was able to see what the problem was and was prepared to fix it immediately!  We absolutely would use Crystal Blue Plumbing again and highly recommend this company!

I dread dealing with appliance repairs but Jeremy made it pretty painless!  My 3 yr old Whirlpool fridge decided to stop keeping our food cold. What a stressful thing trying to get all your stuff in ice chests and begging neighbors to take your freezer goods because of course we had made a Costco trip and had a loaded freezer. I  called him about 5:00 pm and didn't expect to get anyone after leaving a message. He called me back within 2 minutes and asked many questions to try and pinpoint the problem. He even suggested a fix to try that would not cost me money- I thought that was a pretty good gesture! He came by the next afternoon and had the problem diagnosed and fixed with the hour  and it was exactly the problem he thought it was and the price was exactly as he said it would be. Nice guy and very professional and knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend Jeremy for your appliance repairs!

Our AC unit in our house broke. We were left basically dying in this hot Woodland heat! Called TJ late evening he was able to schedule me in for the following day. He was on time. He was able to replace and fix the part in no time! Got us back up and running that day! His prices are fair and reasonable. Much more than the other guys! He is honest, prompt, reliable! He does an excellent job! I will be calling him for further projects we have around the house! Thank you for your work and for getting us back up and running!

Their plumber Chris Z. visited my home when I suspected a leak, he was generally very helpful and inspected everything thoroughly and gave us some good advice. It was quick, helpful, and friendly service. I would call them again.

Today was a good day. during an a/c unit service, our technician Marcus R. filled us in on the telltale signs of our unit working harder than it's supposed to, background of traditional units and life expectancies. After that and seeing the pictures he took of his tests and observations, we ended up planning a replacement so as to not be caught in the heat/cold with a broken unit. We loved the professionalism and the knowledge Marc was speaking to us with. Then, just as quick, he arranged for a consultation from another member of the company to give us options for replacement of our a/c system. Overall it was a nice experience.

Unfortunately, we were so disappointed. They are way over-priced!!!
I found another local company that is a licensed contractor company with quality service and half the price. Where is the justification in charging so much? Save your money people by doing your research. I am so glad we did.
