Our shower in my parents' upstairs master bedroom started to leak into the downstairs kitchen, so we needed to find a plumber to fix it.  

Came on Yelp and found this company that was located in Elk Grove and sent out a Yelp message to them to see if they were available.  An employee texted me soon after and then called me to schedule an appointment.

On the day of the appointment, Lupe called to let us know when he would be arriving and showed up promptly at the scheduled time.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He was also patient and told us what he had found and how he was going to fix it.  He had a great sense of humor, which made the experience a fun one.

The repairs were done promptly and we haven't had any leaks since then!  Would definitely recommend Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain and especially Lupe to anyone who has issues with their plumbing.  Their company is licensed and has decades of experience.

Dan was able to come out to my home that same day I called.  They had to shuffle their schedule and did so to help me out.  My water heater went out and I had no hot water.  The technician Dan did an outstanding job and left the area spotless.  He was pleasant and helpful and got the job done perfectly.  I highly recommend Boden Plumbing as one of the best in the area.  I am just a customer and have no ties to this company otherwise.  My comments are honest.

I was very pleased with the service that C&R provide. They were early to their appointment. Zach was very professional and knowledgable . He informed what he found and made recommendations . He was patient with explaining different procedures and there cost. I felt comfortable with their service and costs.

I had a great experience with Kevin. He was very polite and efficient. My hot water heater went out and they were able to get it fixed. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to call the water heater company myself to order the part that needed to be replaced.

I called Jeremy for repairing my dryer. He came to my house in an hour. Super quick, efficient and detailed service.

They've now fixed two things in our house for us: our air conditioner unit and our spare bathroom toilet.  Both times they answered my call immediately, scheduled appointments based on my flexibility, and successfully repaired our issues.  

I don't really think that we were over charged.  The price seemed fair to me and to my husband.  They told us to watch the spare bathroom toilet carefully because if it started to leak again, they would come out (for free) to fix it again.

Brian came out and was super professional.  I had a ton of questions and he was patient, informative and friendly.

I really appreciated the work that TJ did for me, which included investigating a fan that stopped working, investigating the smoke alarms that were going off, and investigating the light bulbs acting funny. He hurt his leg/back so he wasn't able to go into the attic, but he was very knowledgable and got a lot done in a short hour. The cost was $110, which seemed reasonable.

Rashad was so knowledgeable and professional, and explained things to me in a way that I could easily understand. He was super friendly and this was just a wonderful experience. I'll definitely come back! Thank you!

As part of a maintenance membership, we had our air conditioner serviced, maintenance and cleaned.
The technician ,John Lopez, was professional and courteous. He was thorough in explaining everything that he was doing, and explaining what our options were as far as any recommended repairs.
His customer service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend John.

I am not one to write reviews, but when you get taken advantage of, you can either take it or comment on it. In June of 2015 we had a technician from Bell Brothers change out a faulty thermostat. The service call fee was fair and even discounted with a coupon. But the markup on the thermostat was OUTRAGEOUS. The charge was one dollar less than $400. By comparison a very quick look on the internet showed the exact same thermostat retailing for $92.65 to $112. This is a FOURFOLD markup over the Retail price as found commonly. Their comment was that they guarantee it for ONE year. Big Deal! The manufacturer has a FIVE year warranty on the product. So just be aware of the price gouging before you use their services.
