I've been using On The Ritz Plumbing for years now. I WILL CALL NO OTHER PLUMBER!  Brek is great! On time! Always does a perfect job. He is conscientious, friendly and always explains things in non plumber language. He has done a couple of remodels for us and all his work is above and beyond. Give him a call. We've had Brek out before for some install & repairs, so he was our first call for the plumbing part of our kitchen countertop remodel, with new sink, faucet & disposal, and new angle-stops & drains. Before he even came out, he helped us along the way with great advice & suggestions looking towards the finished product. When the kitchen was ready for the plumbing work, Brek came out and put in the new faucet, disposal, water lines & drains; he also had time to fix a slow-flushing toilet! The sink, drain pipes, plumbing & new valves all look fantastic, as Brek did his usual thorough job, leaving us with a clean, professional-looking finished project. We highly recommend him for all plumbing jobs, big and small!

We recently had a water heater go out so we searched for reviews on local plumbers and decided to go with On The Ritz.  Brek not only did a great job but gave us pros and cons on our options and we always felt like he had our best interest in mind.   We will no longer have to search for a reputable plumber in the future.  When you find someone honest, professional, personable and on time....you stick with them.

Brek saved our plumbing.  After a disasterous install of a tankless water heater, we found Brek, who not only fixed it, but ended up replumbing our entire 1940's house, all at a very affordable price.  We then hired him to plumb the gas to our outdoor kitchen and fire pit.  He responds quickly (though read his note about being a family man and not taking evening/weekend emergency calls) and always does quality work professionally and affordably.  We recommend him to everyone.

Have had Brek out for two jobs.  Prompt, thorough, honest work.  Put in a gas line for our conversion to a gas stove and helped with our shower remodel, excellent work both times!

Working with Brek was a pleasure. His office gave me a specific appointment time, and not a huge window of time that I had to wait for him. He contacted me the morning of the appointment to confirm when I could expect him, and when he became aware that a previous appointment was going to run over, he let me know in ample time so I could know when exactly to expect him, and then he called en route to let me know he was on his way. sounds simple but it is very thoughtful. When he arrived, he was careful not to track mess through the house and was very professional and wore a jumpsuit under the house that he took off to avoid carrying dirt on his clothes. Again, very professional and considerate. he was thorough and was genuinely concerned that the work be conscientiously done, and we were very satisfied with his work.   Thank you!

I am in the building industry and understand a lot of different trades and what makes for excellent service and what is just cheap labor charging you too much.
Brek is smart, tidy and a great communicator. All three are rare in any human being, let alone a plumber. If you can stand it, don't ever call an emergency 24 hour operation, you will pay double for half the service. Call Brek.
The equation is simple: Brek does a great job and so he stays busy enough to fill a standard work day/week, he isn't some new inexperienced plumber filling a swing shift to help clear your drain at 9pm at night.
All plumbers are really expensive, but Brek is very competitive and made me very happy I waited for him instead of a 24 hour operation. My extensive pipe clearing and video inspection was half of what the other guys would have been. I feel pretty good about that.

Had Brek over today to replace a toilet in hallway bath. He was so helpful in the process of choosing a toilet and sent me some links with options that he knows are good. We decided on one and Brek took care of everything. He's very professional and personable and I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing needs. Thanks to On the Ritz Plumbing!

Great plumber!  He has done numerous jobs for me, from a water heater consultation to a broken sprinkler to a leaky toilet.  I have recommended him to my parents and to other good friends.  He was professional, communicates everything he is going to do and how much it will cost, and has a great sense of humor!  5+ stars!!

I moved to a new house and needed some plumbing work done so I called On the Ritz Plumbing and have been really really impressed by the work he did! Not only did he fix our problem in the most affordable way possible, but he did extra stuff (like fix a clogged sink that I forgot to put on my to do list.) Highly recommend!

I used Brek again and I am very pleased with his work. He replaced my water heater and my garbage disposal. I love that he guarantees his work and when he set the temperature on the water heater told me he would come out and change it for us if we weren't completely satisfied. He also guarantees his work for a year if it's something he did. I am so happy to have found a plumber I trust.

Ha; never thought I'd care enough to post a review of a plumber. But the other reviewers were spot on: Brek is a great guy, and a great plumber. The only downside is that he is so good that he's booked 2-3 weeks in advance (at least he was when we used him last month). But if you can wait, he's worth waiting for. I just hope he doesn't become so popular that he has to either hire a helper (there can be only one Brek!) or raise his prices (or both). Not that he's that cheap, but what plumber is? At least he's still reasonably priced, and he tells you upfront what it's going to cost. He does excellent work, and isn't satisfied until it's 100% perfect. Highly recommended.

Brek is fantastic - he knows what he's doing, is great at explaining it, and gets it done quickly and affordably. Plus he's a really nice guy. We have our official plumber for life!

I am a general contractor in the granite bay, and serving surrounding area. I have gone through a few plumbing company.........I have to say he is amazing. The knowledge is unbelievable. If this could have been a ten star,.count me in. I never want to use another company. And I have not.
