We contacted Ezequiel to come and check our water heater because we weren't able to keep the pilot light lit. He was out in a matter of hours and fixed it for us. His cost was very inexpensive and beat all other quotes. He's a real nice and trustworthy guy and has experience in all different fix it projects. We will definitely call on him again in the future if needed!

I have called this plumber twice and had a very good experience both times. My sink faucet started to leak and I called Ascent. Johnny came on time, was clean and very organized. He was friendly and very competent. He listened to me explain the problem and found a very good solution. I was very glad I had called him.

Very professional service. I was able to have my septic tank pumped the same day I called. Jason came out and went over and beyond what he needed to do. So if you've had the misfortune of reading my reviews, you already know it takes a LOT to get me riled up enough to vent, good or bad. Well, I'm happy to report this is one of the GOOD ones. Last week I came home from a long... long day at work, to no hot water. Now, I know a little about water heaters, I'm no plumber, but I've done more plumbing than I want to. So I go through all the troubleshooting, long story short I have a spec water heater... made for Home Depot by the manufacturer, but with an oddball gas control valve.

More long short, I'm getting conflicting troubleshooting signals.  Three days of beatin' my head on the wall, fifty freakin calls to everybody and their brother, the gas valve is discontinued, no exact replacement, new one is two weeks out, blah pull my hair out blah. Trust me, ice cold showers are way overrated.

I wind up calling local outfits, first plumber wants to sell me a whole new unit.. of course. 1300 bucks. Next one doesn't show up for two days in a row. I call this outfit, prob because priority rang a bell for me.

Tino shows up in an hour. AN HOUR. I couldn't get anyone to show up in a day, even the used car salesman, er, plumber took his time. I start in on all my troubleshooting, Tino says, let's try this... swaps out the burner assembly (took him 15 minutes, took me an hour and two beers) fires it up, it's like a booster rocket. A hundred bucks and I'm doing the happy dance. I was already taking the world's longest hot shower before Tino even got back to his shop, I guarantee.

I'm glad I had them come out, I won't be playing joe plumber again anytime soon... because now, I DON'T NEED TO!

This was our 2nd time using Generations.  Andrew did a great job installing our new shower valve and trim.  Contacted them through Yelp and he responded right away on a Sunday!!  Communication is solid with them!!  Highly recommended!!

Dan has been my go to plumber several times the past several years.  Doesn't matter what the job is, big or small Dan gets it done very professionally and reasonably priced.  Yesterday he installed new EGranite sink, faucet and garbage disposal.  Awesome job.  I recommend Winder Plumbing to anyone  looking for  a professional plumber.   Don't hesitate call Dan.

Actually found Jeff (RR) via referral from NextDoor.  Over text I sent photos of the bathtub leak, and answered a few questions.  He and his team were able to assess that it was most likely the faucet handle cartridges that needed to be replaced so they ordered it ahead of time before the appointment.  Turns out they were RIGHT!  The leak is gone and Jeff was able to confirm the wood damage for the tub frame didn't have any mold issues, which has put us at ease.  Phew!  

Jeff was friendly, timely, and just good at his craft.  I highly recommend RR for your plumbing needs!

I noticed water in our basement this morning and discovered a leak in the pipes connecting our water heater. I called four different companies, three of which weren't available today. After calling Bad Drains, they showed up and fixed the problem in less than two hours after the initial phone call. Both the manager Raeann and the technician David were professional, kind and helpful. The service was very timely and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

These guys are very honest. We had a large leak from our sprinkler so we had to turn our water off. Mike came to our home first thing in the morning the following day and he was even early. Him and his colleague took a look around the house and suggested we get a sprinkler guy to do the repair using pvc so the pipes don't corrode again and because it'll be much cheaper since their focus is mainly on larger plumbing issues. Of course they were right. We won't hesitate to use them if we have plumbing issues in our home. They are very honest stand up guys.

We used Robert's handyman services for the first time today, and we can honestly say that it won't be the last.  Robert replied to our email request promptly to scheduled a date and time that would work for us, called to confirm our appointment time this morning, and arrived on time. He has a professional demeanor without being stuffy, and he's personable, knowledgeable, and helpful.  He was very good about double checking how we wanted work done before proceeding and asking our opinion when done. Tree roots in my front drain to sewer. They dug and dug for hours and finally fixed the issue almost half way under a sidewalk 3 to 4 feet deep. Quality work and eased my worries.

Thanks guys for taking care of my water heating problem. You came so quickly & took care of the flood & heater is such a timely manner.  I give you a five star but if site would allow I would give a 10/10. You guys were awesome in replacing my heater I know it was not your job to take care of flood but you helped us without an extra charge. And your repair/replacement fee was affordable also.

Neri Sanchez and his crew from Plumbing Solutions 4U saved a stalled construction job that was left hanging and literally saved the day. He identified an incorrectly chosen pipe not made for plumbing that a contractor had installed in the shower and was causing rusty water to come out! He quickly figured it out and fixed it, and fortunately, we didn't have to tear anything out!
We also needed a Toto toilet with a washlet installed, and Neri knew a lot of information about them, had installed many of them, and it was clear that he was the one to hire! He installed it an it works flawlessly. We also had Neri install a Navian tankless water heater. He showed a lot of care and skill tearing out the old 50 gallon water heater, and did an immaculate job putting in the Navian. He called the manufacturer rather than just guessing when it came to a question regarding a pipe. A lot of others would have made an assumption and did the wrong thing.
We are very appreciative, having worked with a lot of well intended but careless contractors, of Neri's patience, knowledge, skills and his well trained crew. They work together very well!

I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending Miguel from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. I did that and found out that I did indeed have bad water damage under flooring and cabinets..Whew!  thank goodness for Miguel and his suggestions....

Had a block, kitchen was backing up into the bathtub. Luckily they had availability for the next day. Very professional and did a great job. The tech let me know when he was on his way. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.
