Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Riverside CA

We contacted Ezequiel through Yelp on a Saturday night because we noticed our water heater was leaking. He returned our email within 10 minutes. We emailed back and forth diagnosing the problem. He called us and put our minds at ease. He came out Monday at 12 and was finished installing a new water heater by 3:00ish. Very professional, nice and honest. We will be using Ezequiel again!

Needed septic service/cert for an escrow. August picked up the first time I called, texted me the price sheet within a minute, and easily scheduled everything with me. Will definitely recommend them!

I just had Daniel Winder come out and reinstall a dishwasher.  He was so efficient and went out of his way to squeeze me in.  He was pleasant and curtious.  He fixed the dishwasher at the price he said he would.  I would highly recommend him.

Anthony came out and accurately diagnosed a faulty water pressure valve and was very successful in resolving my problem with noisy pipes. This review is long overdue. Unfortunately I have had to use Olson's Plumbing a few times this past year. Let's face it, no one wants plumbing issues, but if you do, and you need a plumber, Olson's Plumbing is the best! I called late on a Friday afternoon, and not only did Mario answer right away, he finished a job and headed straight over. Fixed two problems on one visit, was super fair in his pricing, and just so friendly. Hopefully you never need a plumber (if you are reading this you probably do,) but if you do, call Olson's right away!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Mike and son were extremely professional in detecting and replacing a leaking main water valve in the front yard. They were done in a matter of two hours. Extremely knowledgeable and hard working. Even came out on a holiday with no extra charge, very honest and respectable people. Will be calling for all future plumbing needs!

You came so quickly & took care of the flood & heater is such a timely manner.  I give you a five star but if site would allow I would give a 10/10. You guys were awesome in replacing my heater I know it was not your job to take care of flood but you helped us without an extra charge. And your repair/replacement fee was affordable also.

Neri is honest, knowledgeable, and he doesn't take shortcuts! He did a complete bath shower remodel for us last year and most recently replaced the hot water heater. Both projects were done right and on time. The water heater was replaced the same day he came out to inspect. If things needs to be adjusted afterwards you can count on him too. Highly recommended!

Reliability is the key for any contractor. Here is my experience:

I called over the weekend for a very simple plumbing job. Since he couldn't make it on the weekend, I agreed to Monday, as long as he could make it after 5:00 PM (I work until 5:00). He agreed and took all of my information.

5:00 came and went. 6:00 came and went. 7:00 came and went. 8:00 came and went.

You guessed it: no phone call, no plumber.

Don't let this waste of time happen to you!

This is the second time that I have used a Juan and both times were very pleasant. The first tome was a big job. Slab leak under a long driveway. It was a big job and they handled it professionally. The second service was for a water heater repair. He was prompt and professional and his prices were very fair. I would highly recommend him

I called on a Saturday afternoon, and Rick was at my house 25 minutes later. Though I just had a leaky sink, but had a leaky pipe in the wall, and leaky faucet. Rick did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, showing me where they were, and explaining the whole process, and solution.  He knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very good at fixing it. I also had a beautiful new faucet put in. I'm so grateful to Rick and Hiniker Plumbing! Thank you for the fast service (I was worried about having to change shifts at the hospital to get someone out here but that wasn't even an issue). Thank you for sending a friendly expert, who didn't make the process an uncomfortable one (like some companies that up sell you stuff and make you feel awkward in your own home). There was no clean up for me, Rick did it all! It's 5 o'clock and we can still enjoy our weekend thanks to you guys!

John and his crew are incredible! Had a broken sewage pipe way deep down under the driveway and his crew dug and dug until they reached the pipe to fix it! It was replaced and fixed! They even cleaned up after themselves! Very professional! Thank you so much Gordon's family plumbing!

My plumber, Sergio, checked on a leak under my bathroom sink, explained and showed me that the connection was loose, and he said nothing was wrong with the actual parts and pieces. He could have charged us for his time and labor, but Sergio was really nice about it and didn't charge us anything! I really appreciate this simple gesture of kindness, and I will be looking to this company for future plumbing issues. Thanks Sergio!

Aaron was the only plumber out of so, so many that actually took the time to come out and see what was going on with our water lines. Not only did he explain it to us in laymen's terms - he also started working to get our water going right away! He explained every option to us. I loved that he didn't BS us, and he didn't do any Hidden Fees nonsense.
As he worked on the job - which was no easy thing - he was always pleasant. We got to know him, and he got to know us. He worked like a professional, but was as pleasant to have around as any of our friends. He got the job done. He did a great job of it, too! If ever we have problems, I'm going to call him!
