Had some electrical issues, he was quick to come help and get it fixed.  Fees were great. Definitely will call him when needed.

Had to call them back to repair the badly executed repair job they did on my water main line. They never fixed the main line handle like I asked them to, then gave lame excuse as to why they didn't want to find a different handle. Now the handle doesn't work at all. I had to call another plumber to fix their work.  They removed the old toilet along with the expensive toilet seat cover I had bought. When I asked for it, Travis told me he threw it away claiming it was old junk.  Didn't bother to ask me first. They were expensive. The new plumber I found did the work for half the price.  I really want my money back. Travis did a good job of restructuring the plumbing in my bathroom. I would be wary of hiring this company if I were you.

August and Nick showed up with short notice and got the job done professionally. Real stand up guys! Would highly recommend. Will absolutely be using them again.

I contacted Robert at Call Our Handyman to patch some stucco on our home due to a water spigot being replaced.  I received several quotes for the work and Robert was the cheapest.  Upon arrival, Robert was friendly and professional.  He completed the job quickly and it looked great.  He even changed out a sprinkler head when he was here.  I would highly recommend Call Our Handyman for quality and professional work.

A little over two weeks ago my AC was stopped working.  It was an old system and was never meant to work sufficiently in my 2000 sq ft house.  I am not one to take the heat,Yelp and went contacted Ballard Plumbing immediately.  I am familiar with the company.  I have to say first I was frightened about having to get a new system because I was quoted 13k last year by a Costco rep.  

I received an immediate response on yelp the same day and then I called early the next morning, then Dennis was at my door at 8:15 like he said he would be.  He was honest and so helpful.  The quote was way under what I received.  The best part was Dennis had his crew in just a few hours later that day. Dennis explained everything in detail and said how he will make sure my house is equally cool in every room.  

I have four dogs and my house is undergoing many renovations.  The crew showed up (I'm so sorry I forgot most of your names) and they even helped with my pups.  They all went to work inside and out.  They were thorough and accommodating.  I do remember Landon because he graciously installed my NEST for me.  Amazingly enough they were there from 11am to 3.  I was shocked and totally EXCITED!

I am glad I waited awhile before I wrote my review because I want to exclaim my utter gratefulness to all of you from Ballard Plumbing because I sat in AC coolness last Friday when it was 118 outside. :)

I will be contacting you again very soon, to install a water heater the next thing on my Reno list.

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

Juan helped my parents in-law fix their toilet last year and did a great job.  I reached out to Juan last night because my kitchen drain was plugged.  He came by my house this morning and fixed the problems in minutes.  Like before, he arrived early, was friendly and left everything clean.  I am a customer for life.

This is an excellent business. The price was fair and they arrived in the time slot that was promised. Brian and Hassan were the plumbers that came, and they had my completely clogged sewer line opened up in a short time. Very friendly and professional men, both of them. Aaron and co. are great plumbers to work with! I've used them in several occasions at properties I've done damage restoration work on. He's very professional, fast, and dependable. We were extremely satisfied with HMS Plumbing. Our technician Jose was friendly, professional and most importantly knew what he was doing. We will 100% use HMS in the future and I will request Jose to be our technician hands down. The job was done right and the price was great in comparison to several other companies I received quotes from.

We wanted to replace our toilet and called two companies prior to calling Klaus & Sons.  One came out, we asked for a proposal and the company never returned our call.  Second company gave estimate on the phone, but never called back.  Called Klaus, they had a tech here in one hour.  He gave us an estimate, set a date for the install.  Called the morning of the install to tell us he was on his way.  Arrived at the scheduled time, he and his helper were courteous, respectful of our home, the install and additional repairs took about an hour.  They cleaned up everything, including removal of the old toilet.  Excellent job.  Nice to have a company do what they say they are going to do and arrive on time.  We will definitely use again.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and this was very frustrating to my wife. We had called a few other companies but they didn't have a guarantee on the price. Armando came out and we explained the situation. He and Brandon?(I'm bad with names) were able to get things going pretty quick. After a couple of tries the clog came out and water was running down the drain again! I really appreciated their professionalism and not giving up. Thank you!

Our pressure washer has a crack in it. Scotty came out the same day, checked it all out and determined that we didn't really need to repair it, just manage it a little differently. No charge! He was here for almost an hour. He really embraces his motto of Humanity Still Does Exist

We hired Frank to fix our gate and the surrounding fencing. He was quick to respond, on time, and did a BEAUTIFUL job in just a few hours! He and his assistant had to pull out the fencing posts and gate, reconstruct part of the fence, re-anchor the new 4x4 posts, and painted everything to match.
In addition to that, we had a sticking front door that we had him look at- and he fixed it before he left in less than an hour! All for a reasonable price and in what I would say is record time. Friendly, courteous and thorough.

Mike and Mike (yes, they were both named Mikes) came to our home within 24 hours of my husband calling them to fix our AC. They were punctual, professional and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is my 2nd review for this company. My wife and I cannot say enough how amazing they have been. Started in May we have been having a intermittent problem with our AC for the last 2 years. Joshua came out and was very professional and felt he repaired the issue. Unfortunately the issue recurred the next day. We called and Joshua came back the next day and Stephen the owner also came. After about 30-40 minutes they came out of attic and Stephen felt very confident he found the problem. Stephen told us that since it was misdiagnosed the first time the cost to now repair would be 50% off! Wow that was remarkable. Not only that but they took the part and sent it to the manufacturer as it was still under warranty. It took the manufacturer about 3 months but with a lot of follow from Joe at Veterans Choice the check arrived and they immediately sent a check to us. You just do not see this kind of company these days. Not only do they help veterans but they are honest and true professionals. They will be our HVAC repair company for as long as we are here and we recommend that if anyone has HVAC issues to contact this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Gibson Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.  I didn't have an emergency issue but they came out the same day and provided outstanding service.  I also had several questions that I asked and received great advice for future plumbing projects I am contemplating.  I won't call anyone else for my future plumbing needs.  Forget the big companies that over-charge for services and support this amazing family-owned and operated business.

I called and a tech came out to give an estimate.
The estimate was sent to my realtor, but nothing to me. Called 2 times & still have no breakdown of the costs.
The estimate is double of what Lowes is & at this point I don't know where they are padding the bill.
They are nice on the phone but no follow thru.

We had a slab leak in our home which constituted being an emergency.  It was early morning, not quite 8am yet and I called about 4 local plumbers/handymen and nobody answered their phones.  I left 4 messages with each of these individuals/establishments and not one even returned my urgent phone call pleading for assistance.  

It was then that Benjamin's was referred to us by a family member and Ben called us back right away.   He understood the urgency and proceeded to move around his already busy schedule that day in order to make it to our home and evaluate the issue.  

He quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know that we definitely 100% had a slab leak.  He spoke directly and truthfully covering all the options that we had in order to get it fixed.  He steered us in the right direction but ultimately left the choice up to us.  

We decided on going with fully re-piping the house, so that a slab leak would never again be a situation that we would have to be in.  

I was concerned about the time it would take (as I have 3 large dogs that cannot be kept in one spot too long), and also concerned about the quality of work that would be done in my home.  

Ben talked us through every step of the way and assured us that by the time this was over... it would appear that there was never a problem in the first place.  Brand new plumbing in the entire house and they completely re-patched and textured all the holes they needed to gain access to plumbing within our walls.  They respected the surrounding areas by covering everything with plastic or cloth.  This included flooring, surrounding walls, appliances, furniture etc.  Not only that, but they proceeded to clean up as best as possible once the job was done.  

Our expectations were met 110%.  Ben and his team went far and beyond what I believe any other contractors would have given us.  He was extremely knowledgeable,  responsive, understanding, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Riverside area.  Rest assured that you would be treated fairly, kindly, and the job would be over before you know it.  Our home was completely back to normal in 2 days time.  

If you want quality work in a timely manner, then go with the best around.  Benjamin's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.  You will not be disappointed.

I called another company and, after two days, NEVER received a call-back!  Jose from Easy Rooter Pluming arrived at the quoted time and immediately diagnosed my plumbing problem.  Not only did he make the necessary repairs, but Jose made recommendations to prevent future issues with my plumbing.  Jose stayed way beyond his normal working hours to ensure that my plumbing was functioning properly.
