Ezekiel came out when I called in late afternoon and fixed our plumbing problem giving us a very fair price, even giving me a military discount as a veteran. He was very personable and efficient getting the job done in a timely manner. We will definitely call him for other needs that we have.

The morning our water heater stopped heating, I went on Yelp to find a plumber. I spoke to Jason over the phone and immediately felt comfortable.  The plumber arrived later that afternoon and replaced the water heater in just over an hour. My husband was impressed with the plumbers skills and professional attitude. The problem was solved in just over 6 hours without it costing us an arm and a leg. Called, talked to the guy, he said probably Monday after 11 but then asked for my phone number and said he was in a job and would call.

Told my wife I thought he was blowing me off. She thought he'd call or come. NOPE.

Called another  family guy plumber at 11 on Monday. By Tuesday noon job done, customer satisfied,  neighbors told.

One of our toilets clogged up. We used the plunger for about half an hour or more. Yucky stuff started coming from the other toilet. So I did a search on Yelp and asked for estimates from several places. A couple of places couldn't come until the next day. Isaiah responded the fastest and was able to come in 30 minutes! This was 9 pm on a holiday. The estimate he gave was exactly what I paid. Isaiah was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Our toilets are working again. No mess was left behind. Thank you, Isaiah for great customer service and excellent work!

I had a serious problem with my bathroom sink. The sink was leaking everywhere because the pipes were blocked. I called 5 different plumbers.  Bad Drains called me back right away and gave me an initial quote and if something was bigger, they would have to make arrangements so that I can pay the extra cost. They were so honest and they found and fixed the issue within a 20-minute window. They were on time and very nice and professional. I am so glad that I found them. The price was very reasonable and it was the quote they gave me on the phone.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Had a bit of an emergency the other day at my sister's house. She and Mike are now on a first name basis and when we needed help he was there. Super sweet and really easy going. I asked him a few questions about the valve under the kitchen sink and whether I could replace it myself. Like a gentlemen, he didn't make me feel like an idiot, walked me through a few steps of what I would need to do and said let me know if you need anything else. We immediately made the decision to bring him down and the next day he was there. I was so impressed by his demeanor and honesty. 100% recommend him and will only call him from now on. This was our first time using Specialty Air, and I couldn't be more pleased!!! Our repairman Will was professional and pleasant, wore booties in the house, and explained everything simply and thoroughly. Great service, competitive prices, and no mess left behind. We have used them for air conditioning and plumbing needs for about 15 years.  They are awesome, efficient, and kind.  Today, there was actually no problem apparent when we called them out and they didn't even charge us for the service call and recommended against doing anything unnecessary and to wait rather than doing work that wouldn't help and paying money that didn't need to be paid.  I have always been impressed but was even more so by their honesty and integrity- they are a gem.

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

I hired Neri to install new drain and a new shower valve on a master shower Remodel I just did he did a great job. He was on Time very professional and very helpful with the hole plumbing process. He also installed a tankless water heater and my wife loves it. I will highly recommend Neri from Pluming Solutions 4 u to family and friends. Great job done on budget and on schedule.

I was referred to Plumbers, Inc by American Home Shield. I believe they made a good choice in sending Miguel from Plumbers, Inc to help me out. Water leaking under my kitchen sink was bad. Miguel happily repaired/replaced the faucet and hose under sink. He then recommended I have the cabinets checked out for water damage. I did that and found out that I did indeed have bad water damage under flooring and cabinets..Whew!  thank goodness for Miguel and his suggestions....

These guys are the best. I don't usually give reviews but I felt I needed to jump on and give them 5 stars. Juan/Angel and team was great to work with. Professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job with changing out the shower valves of our 30 year old valves and install the new Moen posi-temp. They also provide competitive pricing compared to their peers. I have used Scott McLeod plumbing in the past and I knew they are honest and reliable, which is why I called them to fix a stuck/frozen shower handle. The person who came out the next morning was Kyle. He provided a quote and when he ran into issues with parts fitting in my 1987 house, he had to make a couple of runs to the parts supply store to get the needed parts. Kyle went above and beyond and made sure everything worked perfectly without changing his original quote. I am very happy with the quality of work and the integrity Kyle showed.
