Another plumber (that I've used for 15 years) was supposed to come fix my shower and kitchen sink. After blowing me off twice I called Nick. When he heard what I needed he turned his truck around and came immediately. He came through....BIG TIME.....!!!!! He was very professional, courteous and cleaned up before leaving. He's also very conscious of the clock ticking and trying to get things done quickly but correctly! I'm definitely switching plumbers and putting this company on speed dial. Thank you Nick

I pay a service to periodically check my home for potential problems and then pay them an arm & leg to have the repairs made.  This time, I contacted Nick at Impact Plumbing and asked him for a second opinion.  He checked out the situation under the kitchen sink, made additional recommendations and quoted me a truly fair and lower price.  Additionally, Nick had good communication skills, was honest and knowledgeable, and cleaned up the area when he was finished.  I am very happy with the work and the value I received.

My silly husband clogged our garbage disposal with instant mashed potatoes, instead of just throwing the box away in the trash. Impact plumbing came to the rescue and cleared the clog.

My experience with Impact Plumbing has been absolutely amazing!  Nick originally came to fix a water leak in the toilet which he was able to do efficiently and rather quickly.  However, my friend wanted him to check a few other things.  It was soon discovered that the main shut off valve to my home needed to be replaced.  As well as the water filtration system in the garage was not working and needed to be replaced as well.  As it turned out, both were put in incorrectly!  He also replaced the timer on a recirculating pump and set the time.  One of the things I noticed is a change in the water in the shower.  When I take a shower the washing machine is running as well.
Before when that was happening I was getting less water ---- now I'm noticing the water pressure and amount does not change.  All I can say is Nick was Fantastic -- both Friendly and Professional!

I needed a spigot replaced on the hose line inside of my garage. I called Nick and he came out first thing the next day. His pricing was very fair and he even replaced the copper pipe with a spigot that I could later unscrew myself in case it needed to be replaced down the line. I would highly recommend his services.

Nick was wonderful. He was able to get all of our needs met and was flexible with our hectic schedule. We're sure that our new water main is the most well-constructed thing in our home at this point! If you need it done right, call Impact.

Called Nick to replace an old hot water heater.  Came out at the appointed time.  Did a great job.  Stuck to what he quoted me.  No extra charge for this or that.

Had a leak from my bathroom down into ceiling of my kitchen. Not only was response fast but he also was flexible and worked around my schedule to find the leak and repair it with the least amount of tear down. Prices were great as well. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs and will def use again for future plumbing issues.

Nick is amazing, honest and sincere. He fixed and replaced a leaking part in my upstairs shower that was leaking down to room downstairs. I will definitely call him in future.

Let me start off by saying that I do not know Nick I any way personal whatsoever, o met him for the first time last week when he came to our home because we had a plumbing leak in our foundation slab. My mother found Nicks company, Impact Plumbing on Yelp and he had some great reviews and was also very close by. He came the same day to check our house and used his leak detection equipment to confirm that we indeed had a leak in our hot water pipes under the slab. He gave us a quote and estimate to fix it and it was very reasonable for sure. My mother wanted to get a couple more estimates and the other guys that came pretty much did absolutely nothing to co firm that we had a leak or find where it was, they just told us that we needed to re-pipe the entire house right off the bat and gave us an estimate of nearly $8000. We decided to go ahead and use Impact Plumbing and Nick came and gave us several options for doing the job that would be more economical for us as well as less invasive on our home. He knew that my mother is retired and didn't have much money so he was honest in giving us several other options other that just re-piping the entire plumbing system. We greatly appreciated his honesty with us and his willingness to do everything he could to make the job more economical for us and save us as much money as possible. Nick and his helper Jimmy did a great job and were both very friendly and personable and I felt comfortable having them in our home. Nick is an older guy and has been doing this for many years and seems to know every trick in the book to get the job done and to help save costs all around. I would definitely recommend Nick and Jimmy at Impact Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing problems and wants a straight forward honest company to come do the job. I know this review is a little bit too long g, but I was just so impressed with this company and these guys and their work ethic, but best of all, my mother was happy and very satisfied with the work and the final price that Nick charged! He gave us a great deal and did a fantastic job. Thanks again Nick, we are very appreciative, you guys were great!!!

Nick was great! I had called a different plumber before calling Impact and that plumber wanted to charge all kinds of fee's. I decided to call Impact and Nick showed up very quick. He was strait up with me and gave me a fair price. His communication and follow up was great. I work for a small business and I deal with a lot of plumbers, Nick is by far one of the best. I'm very glad I found his number, Ill definitely be using it again.

I call Nick reporting that I had a leak coming from my master bathroom and wetting the carpet in the master bedroom. Nick repoerted in a timely and professional manner. He attempted to find the source of the leak by listening to the pipes but could not hear a pressurized leak. Yeah, not a leak under the slab. He stated that the leak may be coming from the toilet which was running. I agreed to have both toilets repaired. Both needed work. Nick repaired both toilets and I was pleased with the price and work. Unfortunately, this is the point where the service went south. The leak persisted in spite of the repairs. I contacted Nick to arrange to have him return to find the leak. I reached him the next day but he stated that he would not be able to return until that tuesday (3 days later). I stated that I would try to get someone else come sooner but I would call him back if I could not. There was no hostility involved with the encounter. He was busy and I wanted the repair completed. I texted Nick on Sunday asking for a conformation for an appointment on Teusday. Nick did not return my calls or my text. That was unprofessional. I called Rotorooter plumbing. They found the leak in 45 minutes. Bad form Nick.

Great experience. I was trying to install a new faucet in an old house and I botched it. So I called Impact Plumbing on Sunday and a guy came over the next morning. Service was fast, affordable, and the guy was very friendly. The next time this old house has plumbing problems (which occur quite often) I will call Impact again.

I chose Nicholas because of the reviews. I am glad we decided to go with him. We have found a plumber for life! He was honest kind professional and stayed untill the job was done. He was able to repair our major leak in one day and are incredibly thankful he was able to accomodate us into his schedule.

I own a couple of properties and had a fair share of dealing with incompetent contractors over the years. Through that experience, I know a good contractor, when I meet one.

This is the first time I use Nick's services. We needed a new gas pipe line, spanning across three neighbor's backyards in our condo complex. Nick took care of logistics, contacting the neighbors, making sure his team had access to all the units. Nick is very responsive, though phone and text and email, on workdays and weekends. He is punctual (a rarity among contractors). His pricing is very reasonable. The work is of high quality and done on time. If there could be a surprise, he would give you a warning BEFORE you give a go-ahead on the job (also a rare quality).

All neighbors are happy. The renter is happy. I am satisfied with his work and, with no second thoughts, will call upon his service again.

I have had the pleasure of using Impact Plumbing on three occasions. The first was my rental house in Riverside. Nick from Impact replaced my main water line to the house. He checked and removed all deteriorated valves and cleaned up the pipe mess to my water heater. The second time Impact Pluming came to my rescue on a Sunday, when I broke a mixing valve to one of my upstairs showers leaving us without water in the home. Impact plumbing came out and replaced the mixing valve from inside the shower because there was no access panel from the outside for access. The new mixing valve cover easily covered the enlarged opening without a special cover plate. About a month ago Impact Plumbing installed a soft water system. It was a very clean job and the system works perfectly. Impact is a very professional plumbing service and I will continued to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Recently had a slab leak Nick was able to come out same day and pinpoint exact location of the damage and Repaired it same day .Very fair pricing, I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Highly recommended. We had an emergency-- leaking toilet supply line -- and Nick arrived quickly and on time, fixed that problem and a couple of other problems as well.  He even went out and picked up additional parts without charging for that time. The work was expertly done, and the price was very fair. W, will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Nick came here to fix a leak  coming through the rug of my hallway.  It turned out it was a toilet leak and saved me lots of money.  Nick really tries to save you money if he can.  He fixed it quickly and professionally.  Best of all, he genuinely cares about his work and client!  Thanks Nick!

This is a GREAT GREAT GREAT company. The owner you can't go wrong with. He is by far, and I'm not just saying that, an amazing man and will do anything necessary to fix an issue with no extra cost.  I had no idea when I moved back into my property that I would a complete gutting and replacing of my bathrooms (yes plural).  I cold called him based on Yelp recommendations.  He has fixed my plumbing, changed my garbage disposal, fix my sinks, added two new toilets and changed my water heater adding things with no extra costs.  He even recommended other services that I have needed and has been right on!  He was an great find.  With IMPACT you can't go wrong!!!

Nick was awesome! We had both our water heater fail and he came out and replaced both propane heaters and everything was perfect. We had 3 quotes and he was the best price and to top it off he has appreciative and friendly.  It's hard finding a great plumber.  He will be doing more work for us.

I'm over the moon for my new bathroom!! Nick did an awesome job!! His coworker Rico was also great!! The work was done pretty quickly & he stayed true to his estimate!! It truly looks like it could be in a magazine!! Will definitely use this company again!!

I was told there may be a gas leak on the side of my house. I was terrified that my house would be red tagged. I called Nick, and he was able to fit me in the same day, even though I was outside of his service area. He came out, found the leak, and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this company. What great customer service!

I've had some work done by Nick before and it was superb quality. So when I found a leak in the shower in my new home, I knew who to call. After I pulled the old shower out to get a look at everything, he came over and pointed out the problem. That weekend, he came over and cut out the old drain and leaky valve and installed new ones. He set the new tub in place with a mortar base and finished everything up. He did a great job getting the tub installed. It's very sturdy and I'm very happy with it. The plumbing work was well done and even though it's in a wall and no one will ever see it, it looks great. I'm really glad I called Nick instead of trying to tackle this myself. I can rest assured I won't be ripping into the wall to look for leaks again any time soon.

Nick did an excellent job repairing a leak in our garage wall!  He's very professional and always answers his phone. I highly recommend Nick for any plumbing issues you may have.

My shower was leaking from the shower head a lot. Another plumber who I found on yelp did a completely half a** job. Nick and his apprentice showed up fixed all the mistakes of the other plumber and made the leak stop and for a reasonable price and in a decent amount of time. Nick is a straight shooter and honest and will get the job done, Thank You Sir.
