Best Tankless Water Heater Repa… in Portland OR
We have three homes under service contract with Sky heating and air and installed 2 units at our rental duplex in West Linn a few years back, all by Sky heating and air. So we're big fans however during the latest heat wave our AC unit would not cool off even after we just had it checked. Honestly Brian who came out to do the annual check on our AC unit gave us the options but weather being what it was rainy and cool we didn't go forward plus we're in a bit of a financial strain right now so when it didn't cool off called sky only to find out that we couldn't get a service technician there till July 12. That was very disappointing to hear however we got a call shortly after letting us know that Jason would arrive later that evening to take a look at our unit and we were thrilled. We could not have been more satisfied with Jason he was kind considerate even compassionate understanding that we had a very old unit that needed a lot of work but he gave us options did not pressure us to buy a new unit or pat for expensive repairs that we couldn't afford right now. I truly since that Jason understood this and it is very best to provide options for us that we could be happy about. Ultimately he gave us an option we could live with and got our unit going just in time for the last hot day before some of the cool weather came back. My wife and I are hoping we can get through August then decide about purchasing a new unit. Thank you Jason he really saved us I'm glad Sky heating and air is someone like you watching out for their customers.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tri County.
Tina in their office is amazing, empathetic, and professional. She helped me figure out what we needed to do when the line between our water meter and the house developed a severe leak last week, and walked me through every step of the process.
Jeremy came out to do the digging, plumbing, and line replacement, and he was efficient, personable, helped us prevent some potential problems with the inspector, and didn't mind when I asked a million questions.
10/10, will definitely be going to Tri County for all our future plumbing needs.

Terry has a hard time with the truth.
Attached is the actual message sent to Terry Massey Plumbing requesting a quote for three faucets via Yelp.
Just like his business' claim that he follows all guidelines during COVID-19, like him NOT wearing a mask both times he showed up to come into my home.
If Terry cannot read the Yelp request, is not following guidelines during a pandemic, and cannot repair a basic tub or sink leak he should be the last # you call for help.
Honesty is the best policy, unless you are Terry Massey Plumbing

This was our first time using Sutherland, and I won't hesitate to call them again. We obtained a quote via email and they completed the job as quoted...no surprises! The technician, Sean, is a fine young man and did an excellent job replacing some old sink plumbing. He was very polite, neat, and thorough. He even took time to tighten a loose doorknob to the garage!
The job was just over $600 and completed as quoted.

I was having an issues with my bath tub faucet and it was causing leaking in other areas. I have never worked with a plumber before, being a first time home owner. John and Nick were awesome. They were professional and personable. Not only did they solve the problem but they educated me and provided me with resources. They were so respectful and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone and will be using them again if anything comes up.

This started out to be a great experience, I said the clog is probably right there by the shed. My mom has had it fixed there before.
Then once they left I have dirty floors, bag of shit in my carport, big hole not filed in. Telling me to let it dry out, fill with gravel not dirt. It's raining, and winter ... what's the odds it will dry out anytime soon. Charged me 547.00 for a pipe of maybe three feet long and two brackets to hook it on. Outrageous!!
Won't call them again. Tried to stay local, shouldn't have!!! 1046.68 dollars later I feel my toilet and shower work but got handed a mess!!!
Now I can't enter my shed because there's a huge hole.

We had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom so we needed someone to come asap. Luckily Cornel's helped find us a same day opening so they could get the water turned off and the problem diagnosed. Each step of the way they kept me informed and provided a few different options for how we could proceed. The options were also sent to me in writing so I could agree to the specifics, see the prices, and ultimately sign for the option I wanted to pursue. Loved the transparency and the workmanship.

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. he gave me a bid showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

We live in the coastal mountains and I contacted 9 plumbing companies before finding NW Plumbing Services.
Our job was not an emergency but did not have to wait a long time for an appointment.
Everything about this company was efficient and easy. Cody even let me make a video of him showing how to connect and use the new generator.
This will be my go-to company for any plumbing issues and I highly recommend them.

I called Christensen Plumbing to look at a shower valve the wouldn't allow hot water through. Brad came out to look at it, smiled and said That's easy to take care of. I think it took him longer to go get his tools than to make the actual adjustment. We now have hot water again!
When I asked Brad how much I owed him, he asked me if I was a veteran to which I answered yes. He should my hand and thanked me for my service and didn't charge me for his time.
I'll certainly call them back the next time I have a real plumbing issue.
Thank you Brad!

Absolutely horrible service. They were given a minor task, with pictures and videos of our inspection report for repairs and did not complete said repairs. They were called back 3 times. Our realtor was on sight for the last and final attempt and lied to her face about complete both water line repairs. This situation is costing us thousands of dollars in repairs and closing credits. Can not believe this.

It's never a good day when your water heater goes out..but on a holiday when you have overnight guest and your life is in a frenzy.
Called a few company's and getting help was 3 to 6 days out. But EVERYONE At STAN THE HOT WATER MAN were kind and helpful.
A local tech Kenny called and worked me into his busy schedule working us in between appointments. Couldn't have been happier with the result. Fare price and quick repair
Our Thanksgiving weekend was saved
Thank you very much and special shout out to Kenny!!!!!

Craftwork did all the original plumbing in my house 12 years ago. I have never had a problem with any of there work. It is top quality as I do live in an upscale neighborhood. They have always been prompt with returning service calls. They completed a kitchen renovation early and at a lower cost. When I have add emergencies, they have gotten to me right away. - even adding an unscheduled stop as one of the plumbers was on the way home. I cannot speak highly enough about their work and service. Their costs are always competitive or lower than anyone else.

My main drain to the septic was clogged. Direct Plumbing Solutions was the only one that would come out next day and not charge me an extra fee. We tried using our own sewer snakes and chemicals to no avail. They had it unclogged in less than an hour. Their rate was very competitive. Eric was very professional and personable.

I would highly recommend hiring P1 Plumbing. I had a leak in my wall that was flowing for a while but I had no idea what the source was. Yuriy came out and found the leak immediately, his instincts are amazing! Right away he repaired the leak. He didn't just patch it but he replaced the leaking pipe with a new and sturdy segment and I definitely don't have to worry about that area leaking again. Really high-quality work and very thorough and cleaned up after the job. Amazing job!!

Okay, so I am going to sort of repost most of an experience I had today with another company here to highlight the great service I received from Cherry City Plumbing.
Called to get a water heater replaced. I was not really interested in estimates (though they did give some), I just wanted the job done and was willing to book the job then and there. I called Judson's Plumbing and it seems Judson's requires a photo of the water heater sent to them before they will commit to the job even though I gave the details concerning the water heater in question. Trouble is their office staff have no idea how to deal with graphics sent to them or they didn't want the business. Twice I sent the picture in the email address given to me. Nope, they claim they didn't get the email and nothing was returned to me saying there was a problem sending the message. Okay, let's try sending it in text. Same issue, they say they didn't get it. I am a retired software engineer, I wrote a lot of code that is used to send emails; I know how to send a text and email message. My guess is that Judson's didn't want the job (really easy install in the garage with no obstructions) so they played the we didn't get the file game and really insisted they have a picture. I do wonder about those without smart phones or the experience of sending graphics being left out of the loop. So much for inclusion.
Okay now onto the good stuff.
I called Cherry City Plumbing and they said, picture? don't need no stinking picture. Okay, so I played that up a bit but they really were surprised a picture was needed by Judson's before booking a job. Cherry City Plumbers didn't need any picture and were very professional and helpful (and nice) and booked me with Anthony, a very accomplished technician who did the job of replacing our water heater the same day for $400 less than the lowest price quoted by Judson's. My advise, call Cherry City Plumbers first and save yourself a lot of frustration and money to boot, and you won't need any stinking pictures.

Started out great and crew was friendly and attentive to what we needed. But they overpromised and underdelivered. The most frustrating part working with them was they suddenly broke down in communication as if they ghosted you. As a customer I was left feeling stressed because they had poor follow up to any questions or confusions and didn't have the experience nor strong leadership to follow through. And things were left taken out of context.
The avoidance and lack of responsibilty to any misunderstandings was extremely stressful in the end and we had to work with another company more professional and reliable. They just didn't have the experience, organization nor communication to handle big home projects.

These guys were awesome! They were very punctual and communicative and fixed my clogged kitchen drain quickly. I appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable they were as well and will definitely recommend them to local family and friends if they need a plumber. I never thought I'd be so happy to wash dishes after they cleared the problem in our sink!!

I used these folks through Repipe Specialists. Yes, they were quick and courteous, but left behind cigarette butts, grease stains on my carpet, and their sheetrockers left a mess of smudges on cement. They halfheartedly fixed my fencing with wire where they had to remove it to get to my well and left concrete debris in the yard. The lead took a water sample for testing a couple of weeks ago and I still have not received a report. Nor have I heard from Brad about pricing a filtering system. In short, avoid using these folks unless you enjoy getting lame excuses.

We just used this company for some plumbing repairs in our condo. They could not have been better to have done business with. They returned all phone calls promptly, showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally.
