Very knowledgeable and professional, had our drain cleared within 30 minutes on a Sunday. They are reasonable and do not charge extra on weekends!

A fine company.  I was recommended by a friend, and had them out twice to my new (old) house for some work.  First they dealt with a leaky drain under the foundation, and then came back to install some backflow preventers on my sump pump.

The guy who came out knew what he was doing, and was clear about his recommendations and did a fine job.

Dealing with their office over email was OK -- not great (I get the impression they normally do business over the phone, which I cannot stand), but they did confirm my appointment and whatnot.  They were pretty slow (about 45 days) to get the bill out to me (which, not like I'm in a huge hurry to pay them, though I'd kind of forgotten about it).  That's the main reason I went from 4 to 5 stars.

Pricing I think seems about normal for a plumber.  Certainly not cheap, though I didn't feel gauged or anything.

I'll definitely use Tri Star again as I have need for a plumber.

Joel was excellent and effective in his work.  He quickly diagnosed the problem (my error in an attempt at a fix...shocking) and went to work on fixing it.  He was very courteous and quick in his work.  Thank you Joel!

Thanks for unblocking our pipes. This is the second time in a couple of years that we've called on Simpson. I like it that we are patronizing a local company that shows up when it says it will. We had two different people from the company, but both were polite and knowledgeable. The  I will call you the next time we have a problem.

5 stars for Alan! I called them about 8:15 this morning. I was told they would arrive between 10 & 12, which they did. Alan diagnosed the issue with a tub drain, gave me an estimate,  cleared drain, was friendly, explained things well and cleaned up thoroughly. Also replaced toilet flapper. I'd hired this company in the 70's to replace our service to the street. It is wonderful after all these years to find a company with the same honest & capable services.

We had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom so we needed someone to come asap. Luckily Cornel's helped find us a same day opening so they could get the water turned off and the problem diagnosed. Each step of the way they kept me informed and provided a few different options for how we could proceed. The options were also sent to me in writing so I could agree to the specifics, see the prices, and ultimately sign for the option I wanted to pursue. Loved the transparency and the workmanship.

I was very happy when Go With The Flow Plumbing initially installed our new water heater On 8/01/2021. Soon after the install, a burning smell  filled the garage and continued for the next few weeks. On Labor Day our new water heat stopped working. I called and left a message with Go With The Flow Plumbing but did not receive a call back until the next day.

Since we didn't hear from Go With The Flow Plumbing on Labor Day we had to call another
plumbing company to install another water heater. The burning smell was coming from burning wires in the fuse box. We were fortunate there wasn't a fire ! We were very disappointed to learn that this Go With The Flow Plumbing is not a 24/7 company , so good luck if you have an emergency ! I only know that I will no longer use this company in the future.

Chris was extremely helpful in dealing with a drain emergency. Patient, communicative and super knowledgeable- highly recommend!

I had Cherry City plumbing, represented by Anthony, unplug my kitchen drain.  Anthony was extremely polite and considerate, and did a great job.  I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

Fast response-called on Wednesday afternoon and they sent a tech out the next morning and fixed my leak coming from upstairs bathroom within an hour, very efficient! Will be using again.

This company did the remodel work to make our bathroom wheelchair accessible. The work was excellent and the plumbers were kind and professional. Easy to work with and trustworthy people.

We had to abandon our septic tank and hook up to a sewer (thank you, Clean Water Services for refusing to issue a permit that would have allowed us to repair the septic for a fraction of the costs we paid to THEM in fees.)
So, after determining we had no other options, we looked for the best excavating service experienced at doing this. First off, Black Rock Underground came highly recommended, both informally by someone at the County as well as by our former septic service who had done a stellar job. We got competing bids - all in the same ballpark. But Drew and Black Rock were by far the most professional and easy to deal with from the getgo. And this turned out to be one of those situations where first impressions were ongoingly verified. They did just what they said they'd do, were always on time, communicated continuous updates, were friendly - and left our grounds in significantly better condition than I expected (including the nice touch of reseeding grass where they had dug.)
Can't recommend Black Rock Underground highly enough - for their professionalism, friendliness, work product, care for our grounds and more.

They couldn't have been better!  I called 14 different plumbers today.  They actually answered and I was able to explain that my water heater had exploded and I really needed some help.   They were able to squeeze me in same-day!  I'm just so grateful.  Josh was extremely courteous and he finished very quickly.  Bonus: the final bill was less expensive than the other 2 quotes I received.

Called to get an estimate and figure out how much it would cost to fix my dishwasher and hot water pressure.  Installer just finished an install as I called and was able to come by right away.  Installer identified and fixed problem within 30 minutes.  Highly recommend.

First off let me start with if I could give this company zero stars I WOULD! They are a bunch of crooks! They were sent out by the Insurance company I have on my newly bought home. This insurance was bought by the seller for us due to this being an old home and theirs always unknown stuff with old homes. Well the call was for standing water in our basement that had a stagnant smell. Well they came out and said that before they could do anything we had to have a water restoration company come out an clean up all the water so they can find an get to the issue. This was all at our cost due to it being a secondary issue to the plumbing. So now $800 later the water is cleaned up and they come back the next day and get in our crawl space and inform us that our kitchen pipe is rusted away because it was sitting in the dirt and they had to dig it up to find that is has rusted away over the years. Well that was good in the sense because our insurance was to cover undetectable preexisting conditions. Well they call us back saying our insurance denied the claim but not to worry because they can fix it for $3000 and it needs to be fixed ASAP. WTF was my response. So I turn and start fighting the insurance company only to find out they told the company that it could of been detected! Ummmm how? So that was the opposite of what they told us and not to mentioned that they had to clean up all the water before even going to look and DIG UP OUR BASEMENT to find THE SOURCE of the issue! I'd say that is the complete opposite of detectable! So after fighting the insurance and providing documents from our home inspection and from the plumber that came through the house during our home inspection where he stated no such issue was apparent the insurance sent a second opinion company out.so after two weeks of any water in our kitchen being off limits. Yeah it was great doing dishes in the bath tub with a two year old and 6 month old for 2 weeks while I fought this crooked company. Well wouldn't you know... the second company came out and said they see the issue and no way with where it was could it of been detectable without digging like had to be done! Sour insurance is coving it and a quality company id doing the work. Oh, and just to seal my point I asked the new company how much it would cost to replace the pipe and do all the work they said $300-$400 dollars and that the insurance was only paying out $400 for the fix. So Pacific Drain was trying to screw us over with our insurance just so they could get us to pay a ungodly amount of $3000 to do a $300 dollar job! Run DO NOT use them!!!!!

Fantastic Company!  Bruce and his team came out to first perform an inspection and sewer scope, upon inspection they found issues no other company had identified earlier in my 190ft sewer line, 3 other companies prior missed the issues.  Bruce provided a quote and stuck with me as a partner for 4 months, waiting until I was ready to perform the work.  The Axiom crew came out and replaced our sewer line in record time.  They were professional, very good price and very flexible working on our schedule.  I highly recommend the Axiom team for your next project, big or small.

Chance with Rowe Plumbing was knowledgeable, professional and effective with assisting us with our extreme kitchen sink clog! Reminder: No carrot, potatoe, fruit rinds or egg shells should EVER go down your disposal!  And.. NEVER use draino!

My Egress window well flooded, I spent over an hour bailing water until it was empty. The young man came out spent 2.5 hours messing with it, filling the well with water. The water was back where it started, ready to flood the basement again. He said he cant fix it. He didn't have the right tools to drain the water. I pressed him on it and basically said its not his job. He charged $500 to make the problem worse. Shame on you ROTO ROOTER. Solution: Provide proper tools or train your emplyees better. Lower your prices when you fail to fix something and make it worse!

We hired Wolfer's for some gas and electrical work.  The work was completed the first week of July.  The gas inspection and permit were obtained within a week.  Nothing was done regarding getting a permit for the electrical work for two weeks.  At that point I started calling Wolfer's.  I called several times a week and was told each time that somebody would get back to me.  Nobody called me back for two weeks even though I was calling several times a week.  This was important because we were expecting to install a new oven on the 31st.  When I finally did get a call back, the Thursday before the stove was scheduled to be installed, I was told the inspection/permitting process was being taken care of.  I didn't hear anything so on Tuesday I called again.  I was guaranteed that the inspection would be Wednesday or Thursday.  Yesterday I was told that, for sure, the inspection would be today.  I didn't hear anything today so I called and found out that NOTHING had been done to get the permit.  They had not even filed the request with the city.  I have, again, been told that the permit has been applied for but the inspection process was 5 days out.  Therefore, my stove will not be installed tomorrow.  They did offer a discount, but that hardly makes up for the inconvenience that this process, which should have been easy, caused.  We had used Wolfer's once before and everything went fine.  We will not do so again.
