Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in Portland OR
I'd put my wife off as long as I could in repairing several leaks in the master bathroom. Gordon came to the door reviewed my list and inspected the property. After a few minutes he returned tablet in hand with his inspection results and estimates for their remediation. Unfortunately he started at the top (most expensive) of the list and nearly put me in cardiac arrest. Afterwards I felt bad for reacting the way I did because I could see it put him off a bit. After calming down in addition to the leaks and water pressure I had identified he found another hose bib outside needing attention and a safety feature (pressure tank) for the hot water heater. I elected to repair the items from my list and after consulting with my wife added the pressure tank. the unit costs of each repair were probably at par for plumbers but the sticker shock is just dissipating. Gordon was awesome through it all and the work is excellent.

Terry does outstanding work, and his wife Jamie is a great organizer. They show up when they say they will, they communicate clearly about the job, Terry and his son are courteous, and the results are exactly as expected.
It's not too often that you find a true mom and pop outfit, where their word is their bond. Terry Massey Plumbing is the real deal!

Called and set an appointment. No one showed up and no one called back. That's the definition of a flake in my book.

Their customer service was one of a kind! Not only did they answer the phone on a Sunday, they came out and provided outstanding service. Brit is one of the sweetest guys, and very knowledgeable. He worked through the step by step process and was able to answer my questions. He was very professional and clean.
I'd work with Henco any day. Thanks guys!

My main drain to the septic was clogged. Direct Plumbing Solutions was the only one that would come out next day and not charge me an extra fee. We tried using our own sewer snakes and chemicals to no avail. They had it unclogged in less than an hour. Their rate was very competitive. Eric was very professional and personable.

Recently I needed a plumber again and immediately called my absolute favorite, these guys.
For the second time in less than a year they were fair, extremely customer service oriented and exceedingly helpful.
I can not say enough great things about this business.
Again, thank you so very much for everything. You're the GREATEST.
While I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, I am at peace knowing that I already have the number to the BEST.

They couldn't have been better! I called 14 different plumbers today. They actually answered and I was able to explain that my water heater had exploded and I really needed some help. They were able to squeeze me in same-day! I'm just so grateful. Josh was extremely courteous and he finished very quickly. Bonus: the final bill was less expensive than the other 2 quotes I received.
5 stars all the way. Best customer service I've received
In a long time. Thanks Kevin and Josh. And thanks to Kevin's sweet Dad who was answering the phones!

These guys were great. They came in in the morning and they were done early afternoon. They laid tarps down on my carpet. They cleaned up their mess very well in the bathroom and the kitchen. Again an excellent job.

Totally impressed. Went out and bought s hot water heater thinking ours was on its last legs ($980). Called Tri County after their competitor stood us up twice. Tri county came out and took a look planning to install today. After looking at it they recommended leaving it be (has several more years life) and left w/o charging for the inconvenience! Will definitely be calling them for all my future needs. Were extremely professional.

Realized we had some strange bubbling coming out of our main valve water box and texted Sutherland after hours to see if we could get someone out to take a look the following day.
OUTSTANDING communication - prompt responses, prompt communication and was lucky enough that Ti was in the area and able to take a look after he finished up another job.
Ti identified the problem within a few minutes, stopped the immediate leak and referred me to the appropriate professional to handle the sprinkler system which is where the leak was.
I cannot say enough how wonderful it is to know that the leak is stopped and I can completely trust that the diagnosis is correct. The peace of mind is priceless!!!

John was on time, super friendly, and did great work. Did not try to up sell or pressure us--to the contrary, he gladly showed me a few tricks to help me do some of the simpler work on my own in the future. We've already had Fusion back for another project and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. he gave me a bid showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

Christiansen did the plumbing work for our kitchen remodel.
Luke and Jake were punctual, professional, neat and thorough in their work. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs quality plumbing services.

Craftwork did all the original plumbing in my house 12 years ago. I have never had a problem with any of there work. It is top quality as I do live in an upscale neighborhood. They have always been prompt with returning service calls. They completed a kitchen renovation early and at a lower cost. When I have add emergencies, they have gotten to me right away. - even adding an unscheduled stop as one of the plumbers was on the way home. I cannot speak highly enough about their work and service. Their costs are always competitive or lower than anyone else.

We had some plumbing removed from a wall that was going to be demoed and a utility sink rerouted and installed in our garage. Great communication throughout, got to our project quickly, easy to work with, and competitive pricing. Josh is friendly and asks questions to make sure work is done to client expectations. He took the time to explain to me where the plumbing would be accessible during future stages of remodeling. He took the time to dig out part of a drainpipe that someone had shot nails through (an unexpected find!). We will definitely call Oregon Plumbing again.

I can't say enough about this great team of Plumbers. They installed a shower for me at a very reasonable price. They worked well with my schedule and always showed up on time. They kept the workplace ( my bathroom) clean and attended to details. Mason, the owner and Ryan, Mike and Fernando did a wonderful job!! If you need a plumber, these are the guys to call.

Kevin was our tech today. We have an older system but we weren't pressured to upgrade. Instead he fixed our issue, did his best to save us money and was respectful and professional!

We had a major water leak occur while out of town. Our neighbor first reported it and was able to go out to our main and turn off the water. We asked a friend with plumbing background but not licensed if they could diagnose the problem. He indicated he could tell the leak was near the main line because when the main turned on they immediately could see water bubbling up from the ground and filling the main box but wasn't sure without digging it up. Because we knew he wasn't licensed we called a number of plumbers listed on Yelp.
Apollo was the first one to respond over the weekend with someone available the following Tuesday to head out. From our ring camera we could see Apollo show up, took a few photos and then sat in there truck and wrote up a few estimates. Never did it appear they try and do any real investigative work. I was informed by the tech Jordy that because water takes path of least resistance and was underground they had no idea where the leak may be (though I provided the information from our non licensed plumber friend that it most likely was within a foot of two of the main. He went on to give me the following quotes.
1.) $3727 including residential leak detection AND if we signed up for a monthly membership of $19.99 required for one year (or $199 for early cancellation)
2.)$5700 for not performing leak detection AND if we signed up for a monthly membership of $19.99 required monthly for one year (or $199 early cancellation) for one M off pvc repair with the risk it could be more if they didn't find it within the one M.
3.) $10,147 for replacing the water line from the meter to the house. The wire indicates my crawl space was flooded with water however they never inspected our crawl space.
I was then charged $75 for the visit and quotes in which I was given no additional information than I had already given.
Because I was out of town and couldn't dig up the line myself I chose to hire my own leak detection agency which cost approximately $350. They found the leak within minutes which essentially was a foot away where the irrigation and house line T'd. The leak detection even had the line dug up and exposed in fifteen minutes based on the water bubbling and filling the box so quickly.
From there I hired another plumber who replaced the T and got water back on with less than sam hours work. Total cost was less than $900 (with Leah detection and plumber work. That means Apollo was nearly $3000 over what it should have been quoted or nearly 4x more.
I am disappointed with Apollo for charging $75 for their consultation, not providing any additional info to the situation and trying to gouge us. It really felt as if they were trying to use the circumstances of us being out of town to take advantage of the situation and going as far as making up or crawl space has been flooded.
