Mr. Jason Martin was awesome!  Other companies we contacted could not offer fast enough service to meet our need despite advertising that they provided emergency service.  Jason got here quickly and was able to diagnose the problem.  He returned as promised the next day to complete the work and cleaned up the mess, which was greatly appreciated! We highly recommend Jason and Mr. Rooter.

Kent made two trips to get our spare shower fixed.  He did a great job by finding the problem.  He was on time the first visit and early the second (having to do two trips was not his fault, by the way!)  He was very kind and courteous, and let me watch out of my own curiosity ... putting up with all my questions.  Calling for an appointment is easy.  That they sent Kent was our bonus!

I came home from work yesterday to a plugged kitchen sink that I made much worse by fixing it myself. I left a message for Burfitt around 8 pm and they responded first thing in the morning. Even better, they were able to get Alan there in just a few hours. He fixed the sink, the price was right, and he was super pleasant to work with.  I'm so grateful it was such an easy process. Will definitely keep them as my go to when I need a plumber.

We had a very satisfying experience with this company. Not only were they able to give us a speedy appointment, but they even arrived early! Additionally, they were incredibly polite, and were able to save the components that we already had in place, saving us nearly $200.  It turns out that the previous plumbing company we used had put in a screw incorrectly into our faucet ! In 20 minutes the work was done and they were on their way.

We had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom so we needed someone to come asap. Luckily Cornel's helped find us a same day opening so they could get the water turned off and the problem diagnosed. Each step of the way they kept me informed and provided a few different options for how we could proceed. The options were also sent to me in writing so I could agree to the specifics, see the prices, and ultimately sign for the option I wanted to pursue. Loved the transparency and the workmanship.

Over 6 years ago I had a life changing injury that caused me to become paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. I had to remodel my bathroom to be wheelchair accessible. Zak did the plumbing for my roll in shower and my roll in sink and also relocated my toilet. It's been over 6 years and I have no issues. The way he plumbed my toilet(used my exist toilet, I didn't buy a new one) it flushes better than before. He did an amazing job. He is very honest and just a good guy.
My Dad passed away June 2018, we were having a big ceremony at my mom's house, my mom needed a new kitchen sink and a pipe
was leaking in the bathroom. We called Zak and he came out right away and installed the kitchen sink and fixed the leak in the bathroom. My mom was so grateful of Zak. In a time of mourning he relieved my mom of one less thing to stressed about.
My husband called him a few weeks ago to help with extended some drain pipes and he was able to come out the same day. I would highly recommend him.

Doug is great!  He quickly figured out my problem, came up with recommendations and fixed issue.  He was great about explaining what was going on.  I highly recommend.

Needed a hose bib installed and Brian was able to come out same day for an estimate. By chance he had a small window in his schedule and was able to complete the job that day, do a great job, and for a fair price. Brian and his partner were really nice guys, they even helped me get my brand new smoker out of my SUV that I had picked up earlier (and had now clue how I was going to get it out with just my wife and I, that thing was heavy!).  I've not been in my house long so Brian also took the time to show me where my water mains were and also how to drain my other hose bib for winter. The one Brian installed is already winterized and no need to cover for winter. I highly recommend these guys and will call them first for any future plumbing needs!

Fast response-called on Wednesday afternoon and they sent a tech out the next morning and fixed my leak coming from upstairs bathroom within an hour, very efficient! Will be using again.

Garth has done work for us many times and always does a great job.  In our experiences he has made it easy to get help when we need it and works around our schedule.  We recently needed help with a storage unit and he was able to drop what he was doing and get to us in 40 minutes.  Thanks Garth!

Had a faulty water supply knob/valve to my bathroom due to it being old, as well as a faulty toilet valve that was hissing air and possibly leaking water.  I called 10 plumbers in the local area who were booked for days, or it went to voicemail, or they couldn't service my area (Beaverton).  

These guys called me back on the message I left for them to say they'd try to get out to my house after their next job, and get it done for me (this was about noon timeframe).  They were very professional and gave me a quote for their rates upfront and estimated time to resolve the issue.  They ended up fixing the faulty line as well as the inner toilet valve within the first hour of service and did a great job by verifying for me that the problem was indeed fixed!  By 2:30pm, everything was resolved and signed off.  

I know that this is a family-owned business and that they rely on word of mouth, so I would highly recommend them to others and hope this review helps their business.

Wow, wow and wow. I have had a fair amount of service people over to our house as of late and by far and away the best has been Power Plumbing. They were recommended to be by a friend who lives in SW but they service all of Portland. The guy who came to give me an estimate was on time, very courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He even suggested a few fixes I could do on my own. But what really sealed it for me, was when he was upfront about having to charge for drivetime to my house and then telling me that the work was something that could be done by most any plumber, so he understood if I didn't want to pay for drive time but that he assured me I would be okay with most any plumber. I thought that kind of honesty was really refreshing. I decided to go with them and I'm so glad I did. Their service guy was top notch. He was on time, was in and out in less than an hour and got three things fixed in my house. He was so nice, so fast and so helpful. He even helped me troubleshoot a few things after I had paid for his time. I cannot say enough good things about Power Plumbing. You're in good hands with them!

Axiom and their crew recently installed a new sewer pipe from our house to the city hookup prior to us selling the house. Their work ethic was apparent from the beginning to end, the pricing was best bid we received, and Rob's care and willingness to think outside the box when their boring machine ran into rocks making it look like the project would be much harder than originally imagined. In the end, they completed the project pretty much on time, for the price agreed upon, and with minimal disruption to our landscape. Axiom should be your first call for excavation, trenching, sewer repair, etc.

We have used Mike Patterson Plumbing for our home and business for over 2 decades. They have always been professional, timely, and provide quality work. So much so, I have referred them to family, friends and even my own customers. This is one of those businesses in the 21st century that still maintains 19th century integrity and work ethics.

Awful!!!
Had very little waster pressure in shower. The plumber took apart the faucet, and I turned the main water on and there was full pressure, as water shot across the bathroom. He said it was probably the cartridge, but he would have to go get one as they didn't stock that model in their shop that is located about 6 blocks away. He was gone for 1 1/2 hours.
When he returned, he put the new cartridge in, and there was no water.
He told me he was STUMPED and couldn't figure it out, and that I would need to make another appointment to get the pipes replaced. Big $$$ in that.
He packed up his tools and left me with NO water in the shower.

I called D&F Plumbing, and they came out the next morning and replaced the faucet, and all was well.
I talked with the owner of American Plumbing a few days later, and he couldn't care less.
AVOID AMERICAN PLUMBING!!!

Brilliant service. Jolly cane out, diagnosed the issue, fix the issue and was out the door within an hour. I strongly recommend All Pro Plumbing Services! I will definitely call on All Pro Plumbing in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

We have installed Gasline for the kitchen and the guy installed quick and I was really happy about it, but arranging aftercare (inspection and fixing the problem) with the customer service was rude and not professional.

I used these folks through Repipe Specialists. Yes, they were quick and courteous, but left behind cigarette butts, grease stains on my carpet, and their sheetrockers left a mess of smudges on cement. They halfheartedly fixed my fencing with wire where they had to remove it to get to my well and left concrete debris in the yard. The lead took a water sample for testing a couple of weeks ago and I still have not received a report. Nor have I heard from Brad about pricing a filtering system. In short, avoid using these folks unless you enjoy getting lame excuses.

Loren replaced our ice ruptured hose bib quickly and discussed potential problems and fixes for other plumbing issues. minus one star for high cost. He did give a senior discount.  I'm satisfied with his competence and high level of service.
