Great customer service! Everyone we worked with was very friendly and responsive. We definitely recommend them.

This was the second time i used Cornel's Plumbing. My new washer couldn't be hooked up to the water supply because my house has horrible PVC plumbing. The PVC pipe had become brittle and fused to the hot water valve. It was late in the afternoon when I called Cornel's, and they sent a plumber out the morning of the very next work day. Yay!!! Although he warned me the pipe could very likely break when he tried to remove it, it didn't, thank goodness. I was only charged his $150 trip fee. Double yay!!! Cornel's Plumbing will continue to be my preferred company in the future. I highly recommend them.

All the positive reviews are right on. Brad was immediately responsive to our request to install a free standing tub in the master bathroom. His bid was very fair and right on target for the work done. The crew was professional. tidy and quick. The work was done perfectly and we have a beautiful new tub installed in our master bath. Thank you Brad. Luke. Jake and Jeremy. Thank you also for fixing the door handle on the garage door. Certainly not a plumber's task but so appreciated that you took that on. I can't say enough good about these guys. I look forward to the next plumbing project because I will know exactly who to call.

He was very knowledgeable. I had another company come out and they said it was the motor on my furnace and it was going to cost $1500. Apollo came out and said it was the compressor and it only cost $500

The response states We first sent you an invoice for a deposit and you requested the contract before you would send the deposit. In my experience a contract stating the scope and nature of work to be performed is agreed to then the deposit is made. A list of parts at inflated prices is not a contract nor does it describe the scope of the work to be performed. Asking for a deposit before providing a contractual agreement seems like an unusual business practice. My original review is accurate but your response is not. I have since had the work completed by a competitor who provided a contractual agreement, accepted a deposit and did an exceptional job in that order and I could not be happier.

I love saving money. I'm sure most people do...but when a company quotes an HVAC system ON THE SPOT without doing any calculations other than counting the number of vents we have (which he actually MISCOUNTED!!) for around a third of the price of every other company, with no breakdown of anything other than a new heat pump... I don't know, they seem awfully fishy.
Then we tried to follow up to ask detailed questions and never heard back from them! Well, eventually we spoke to someone who said Oh the guy who came out was just a salesman, we'll put you in touch with a tech. Waited, waited, still never heard from a tech. No questions could ever be answered.
Over a week later, I finally received a call back from the salesman. He gave me a long story about being in urgent care and on an IV. I'm going to sound pretty insensitive by saying this, but that doesn't really explain why no one else in the company could take over for his clients. If he truly was in a bad situation, his company would know about it and would still function without him. Again, sorry for sounding like a jerk, but it's true.
By that point we'd already moved on. But I wouldn't recommend Central Air Inc based on the lack of knowledge clearly shown in our first meeting.

Excellent and efficient service. Jerry was awesome- he went out of his way to make sure our kitchen pipe was flowing again. He was also so neat and made sure everything was working and clean before he left. A definite plus to this company. Thank you for your A+ service. Highly recommended and we will use this company again when needed.

We called this company because of the work they did at our neighbor's condo. We live in building built in 1971. Although we have central air conditioning the air flow was out of balance, over cooling the first floor and seriously inadequate on the second floor. Several other companies simply told us nothing could be done, it was a poor design at construction.
Roth recommended a full duct inspection to see if any reasonable changes could be made to the system. Our technician, Andy, was undaunted at the task before him. Within a very short time he discovered a flaw and created a solution. The air leaving the furnace is directed both down to the crawl space and up to the second floor. He found that the opening to the duct going upstairs was improperly sized. Not only did he increase the opening, he added an air scoop to capture at least half the air coming out of the furnace and direct it upstairs. He also was able to balance all the vents on the first floor, limiting some and capping one. He added a second register in the master bedroom on the second floor and with all the adjustments to the system more than doubled the air flow to the where we sleep and also increasing air flow by 25% to each of the other upstairs bedrooms.
We a glad we called Roth, from talking with Rich who suggested the inspection as a starting place, to having Andy make such a creative contribution to our comfort. Highly recommend.

Finally!
An RV service that was able to sort out all of my problems!
I have been trying to get the wiring fixed for quite some time. The lights were not working properly and the wiring on my car was not quite right.
He was able to fix it all.
He also installed a brake controller so that I could stop the trailer safely.
He did fast work, showed up when he scheduled, met his estimate and all with a smile.
I recommend this service to anyone who needs help with their RV.

They provide very good and sound advice and great customer service. Went with tankless water heater and they did professional installation. Very flexible and amendable to changes of mind or schedules. They are there to make the customer happy.

Mario and Cornel are awesome - in the new 'experience economy', their plumbing company stands out. Here are the reasons why:
- Quick response. They got back to me WAY faster than anyone else.
- Kind and courteous.
- Actually spent 10-15 minutes consulting with me on the phone so I could save money and avoid having to hire a plumber.
- When I still ended up needing a plumber, they were able to schedule the same week at a better rate than a competitor.
I've found my plumber going forward! Thanks Cornel and Mario!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was hit by one of there employees and a month later STILL NOTHING!!! I call and I'm given the run around. He ran a stop sign and yet they say that the accident is partly my fault!!!! Are you serious!!!!

I had a problem with my kitchen sink backing up and D&F was, after I gave them a $150 non-refundable deposit, able to come out the next day. Steve was prompt, polite and personable. He was great. The amount they charged was not. It took him about 15 minutes to snake the plumbing and unclog my sink. The bill...$650!! When he told me how much it was going to cost, there wasn't much I could do since they already got $150 upfront. I felt like my money was taken hostage. At $2,600/hour, next time I'll go buy my own snake.
