Best Electric Furnace Installation in Philadelphia PA
I wouldn't use again. Another place that sends out drain techs instead of plumbers. Spent $150 for nothing- worked on a drain which he wasn't familiar with- (Z-Trap) and damaged the line where it was leaking through my garage roof after he left. Hard lesson learned- get estimate ahead of time.
NOTE- I talked to Joe and he was upset this happened and destroyed my check. I'll leave my review at 3 stars since he didn't charge me.

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

John is great to work with. He responds, keeps his word, is very professional and on time. He put in three faucets in my bathrooms and they look great. He was very reasonably priced also.

Had a water leak slowly destroying my mobile. Called 7 plumbers and got 2 days or last minute cancels.
Chris came out with some bad news at first. But then found the issue. They took their time and did great
Also kudos to Matt who tried to walk me through getting the water off. I would highly recommend.

I called and asked for a plumber to come asap and they sent one within hours. The problem was fixed with minimal damage to my home. He was polite, clean, friendly, quick and HONEST. I could not ask for anything more. Thank You Buzz Duzz for for sending someone so quick and fixing the leak. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

When we bought our house, we were warned in the inspection that our furnace - which was older than my partner and I - was on its way out. While it wasn't an emergency, it was something to kick up a rainy day fund for.
Cue this weekend, we started smelling gas. After an emergency PGW call, our options were to patch the leak, or remove and replace the whole thing. We'd been kicking the can down the road, and it was time.
We've been working through a lot of fun renovations lately. This definitely wasn't a 'fun' expense, but a necessary one, and Goodman did a great job of making the process as painless as possible. Our new furnace works great, their team was prompt with appointments, on top of communication, and did the work in about 5 hours all while I worked from home.
We had been quoted some jaw-dropping amounts from other local companies, and their price was more than fair for all the reasons stated above. Would recommend if you're in need of HVAC work here in Philly!

My wife and I decided to replace our mini-split prior to the brutal heatwave that encompassed this summer. Chris came out and gave us what I would consider a reasonable estimate, however compared to the other HVAC services in the area, it fell within range, they showed up when they said they would and did not try to oversell me. Our house is 200 yrs old and presented some unforeseen challenges however Chris was professional and worked efficiently. Next time I require service to either the mini split or other system in my home they will be the first number I call.

Heater malfunctioned on the coldest night of the year (1/7/2018) and called Stimmler and Sons. They got back to me within 10 minutes. Andrew came out and quickly diagnosed the minor problem and had the house warm in no time! I would recommend Stimmler and Sons to everyone.

It's was Christmas Day and came to our rescue. They were friendly, reliable and the cost was reasonable. We're so thankful for their service and when it's time to redo our electrical lines, we will have repeated business. Thank you thank you thank you.

While moving into our new house, I found a leal in one of our bathtub drains. I called Mattioni, received prompt service at a fair price. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that Mattioni also did a pre-settlement plumbing inspection on the house which we paid for. I felt the leak should have been identifiedat that point and I could have had it repaired at the seller expense.

Don't waste your time. Called for an appointment and after confirming they simply didn't show up to inspect my HVAC. When I texted t wo hours after the appt time to see if they were late the guy said he had a long week and couldn't make it.

Hired Nicols Plumbing in 2021 for basic Backflow test. Inspector came out as scheduled, everything passed - great.
Historically inspection company gives the numbers to Aqua...and Aqua accepts numbers through their Backflow contractor portal, email or fax.
Had trouble making the payment.... if the owner answered, I was directed to make payment with office people. Left voicemails, no one responded back. When I get finally the assistant, assistant insists on charging an extra $20 to what was agreed. Big red flag right there however it was done just get it paid and over.
Surprisingly Aqua keeps sending nasty-grams of non-compliance. Nichols took the money, with the extra $20 and kept giving me the run around. Eventually I asked for the numbers personally soI can provide to Aqua myself, to which the owner agreed. Guess what - we are three weeks in and no numbers and no communication. They refuse to take calls, respond to emails.
* Nichols charged more than agreed
* Nichols never furnished the report
* Nichols never refunded the money
* Nichols refuses to communicate
Highly unprofessional, and this unprofessional attitude and behavior is consistent with other reviews. I am not a problem client - hired paid in full plus extra - that should have been the end.
Avoid Nichols Plumbing at all costs. Read these reviews.

I can't say enough about how great this company is!!! Matt Chandler, the Owner of the business is, nice, friendly, HONEST, reliable, and does NOT over charge or try to up sell ANYTHING!! Today I needed to have some major plumbing work done (a broken sewer pipe in my yard) that couldn't wait. Matt came out with his crew today and did the whole job in just a few hours. When Matt came out to my house a few weeks ago, he thought the needed repairs were going to be much more extensive than what he did today....he wasn't able to do everything today because of the work restrictions related to the Covid 19 pandemic. After he was done with today's work, he told me that after looking at the pipe he was wrong and I DID NOT need anymore work done...everything is now fixed. The additional work would have been around $3000. I've NEVER had ANYONE tell me I DON'T need work done when it would mean that they would loose money. Also, the cost estimate that he gave me for the work was EXACTLY the same at the end of the job....not a penny more. I know we have all had people come to our homes to do work and it ends up costing more at the end of the job. If any of you ever need a plumber, I hope you will use him!!

I can't recommend Filan & Conner highly enough! We were in a dire situation, trying to make settlement on a tight schedule. F&C were so accommodating. Got us scheduled right away and were able to do repairs and inspection within 24hrs. Pricing was fair and they were very clear on what needed to be done and why. Tyler was great, he will be my first call whenever I have a plumbing or hvac problem.

This company is totally incompetent. I hired them to run new plumbing lines. The plumber caused a major leak in the new line. The water damage was so bad I had to replace the entire ceiling under the bathroom. Even though they acknowledged they caused the damage, they refused to pay for the damages. Please do yourself a favor and hire a reputable company who stands by their work.
I just wanted to provide an update on this companies incompetence. After close to three months they finally got back to me concerning my claim of damages. They said they would not pay the claim because they did not have an opportunity to correct their mistake. After three months of not returning my calls this is the excuse I got. I don't even remember posting a bad review of any company, but because this companies total disregard to the damages they caused to my house I though I owed it to the public to write this review.

While technicians might be ok, the call center lies cheats and steals to get into your house. They don't tell you the prices before hand. I got a quote of $380 for a a/c leak check + service charge and frown if needed. When I paid $225 a few weeks by by Andy there service provider. Then the guy quotes me $2300 for a job the other provider charged me $725 for.p the same job. They lie. Stick with more reputable local repair companies stay far away from Horizon or pay the price. Argh they wasted my time and day.

These are door-to-door creeps who target older households. Chased one off my property today and watched the twerp pass by several homes of younger people to cross the street to get to some other older homeowners in the neighborhood. Allied is no better than the gypsies who used to roll through wanting to trim your trees for $50 or fix the dents in your car. BEWARE!

Technician arrived on time, preformed the service required even under the rain. We are very satisfied.
