I experienced a plumbing issue that I thought was going to be a complete nightmare but through dealing with this company through their total professionalism this experience was actually very inviting. Thank you so very much for your speedy response and your complete professionalism throughout the whole plumbing process. I used Prices for a rotted out sewer line that continued thru walls and ended in two bathroom remodels and wall repair. Although a little messy they did wonderful work!  I will use them in the future for any plumbing or hvac needs

We had Ray Ross install a water softener system in our home.  We decided to go with Ray, mostly after reading many of the reviews online.  The entire operation is first rate.  After our initial call, Ray came out for an on site survey to determine our needs and give us an estimate for the job.  We felt that Ray was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy and went through a very detailed walk through of what the job would entail. On the day of the job, Ray and his assistant promptly arrived and completed the installation with little or no inconvenience to our family.  Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely look to Ray Ross for future projects. If you want the job done correctly the first time with fair pricing, Ray Ross is your team!

I called for a laundry faucet to be moved down 4- 5 inches in a laundry closet. Plumbers from Eddie B's gave a estimate of over $950.00. Truly outrageous. I called another major plumbing company The price was half that price.  The job took an hour and half including a trip to Home Depot for a $10 part so even half price was excessive but $900 was an unspeakable rip off. Price was beyond unfair .

We have been using Mr. Boyd for over 2 years now on our home and our rental property (that always seems to have issues!)  He always answers the phone, is always punctual and after assessing the problem and providing estimates, he usually can get to work right away.   I used to call around and get quotes but Mr. Boyd always had the most reasonable prices.  

Mr. Boyd has done the following for us so far: replaced water heaters; unclogged drains; fixed broken sink disposals, rebuilt toilets, snaked deep drains; reseated toilets; and this is just the start.  We even call him when it's not a plumbing issue so we can get a referral for another service provider he may recommend.  We totally trust him in our home, our tennants home and our friends homes.  

Best of all, he is an absolute pleasure!  We've given his name to all of our neighbors and friends around town and they have all love him too.   Just call him.  You'll love him.

I called Drain Busters to come out and repair my garbage disposal. Came to find I needed to have it replaced. They gave me a great price, replaced it quickly and promptly. Definitely recommend them, awesome customer service service as well!

Came out to our house four times after multiple calls and although there was a huge hole in our ceiling and water all over our garage he said there was no evidence of a leak. I was dumbfounded. He could clearly see the damage the water had caused but because he couldn't find it he denied there being a leak.He spent 4 1/2 minutes at the house didn't even turn on the faucet where I told him the leak was coming from and then left.

I highly recommend Philadelphia Plumbing Services. Julio installed a drain pipe for my sink. He was able to come give me an estimate and complete the installation within the same day of my request, and the cost was substantially lower than others I had received.

We had very mixed experiences with Plumbpro.  On the one hand they installed a hot water heater and replaced some pipes with what appeared to be professional work priced fairly.
In the course of doing this work, their employee Bill noticed our gas dryer was simply vented into the crawlspace, posing a potentially hazardous situation.  We were grateful for his noticing this, but from here our experience went downhill.

There were two remedies for this situation.  One was to install a 20 foot vent in the crawlspace, the other was to move the dryer into a utility room and simply vent it out the adjoining wall.  The estimate Bill gave us for the former was 689.00, and for the latter, 443.00.
My immediate response was that these estimates were outrageous, and further investigation proved this to be the case.  We subsequently had 2 other estimates, one from a contractor, the other from a company specializing in dryer vent installations.  Those estimates BOTH weighed in at between 400 to 500 dollars less than the one from Bill at Plumbpro!

I believe Plumbpro was clearly trying to rip off a 65 year old woman who perhaps they judges would not know better.  It is the worst case of price gauging we have experienced in 31 years of living in our home. It took a contractor about 30 minutes to install our vent yesterday - does Bill earn 400 dollars an hour?

I am deeply saddened Bill tried to exploit us in this way.  Online resources also confirm this kind of installation should cost between 40 to 200 dollars.

Suffice it to say we do not want Bill ever working in our home again, and for now, we have moved on to another plumbing company.

You can try to market yourself with lovely pictures Matt of your wife and kids, but you might do better simply be treating your customers with the decency and respect they deserve.

John and his team are the best in the business. Having the replace a HAVAC system is a trying time for any homeowner. Sue in the office helped us apply for credit options and the new system was installed in a week. John even had 2 window A/C units installed for us to get us through some hot days. I highly recommend Sheridan.

We live in Willingboro NJ.  We had JFK Plumbing, Heating, Sewer & Drain cleaning of Burlington NJ to inspect our problem with our sewer line backing up/overflow in our backyard.  It also backed up in our shower.  JFK drain service performed  EXCELLENT WORK ! In fixing the problem with our sewer and drain. They arrived as scheduled. They were very courteous and professional. They worked on the clogged drains and sewer blockage until it was clear and fixed. .  They were genuinely invested in fixing our problem. And, they accomplished what they came to do.  I highly recommend this company.

Installed Toto toilet claiming it was the best.  It lives it's life clogged up.   Wagner's plumber left my hall bathroom filthy .  They also lack total integrity in their work.

SCAM!! This person (Derrick) operates under several business names but it's the same guy, same company.
We moved into our house and had a plumbing issue in the basement, clogged pipe and drain.
He came and insisted that he needed to remove the basement toilet and charge us $500 to do so...then he ran a camera through the pipe which causes a clearing of the pipe. Then his equipment didn't work because of our electricity.
We basically paid a huge amount to look at a shitty clogged pipe. A week later we had the same issue!!
We called Streamline (amazing btw) and within the hour he had our pipes clear from street to drain then throughout the house, he didn't even need to touch the toilet!! And he knew the scam this guy was running.
We cancelled the check we wrote to these people because their website clearly states that if it doesn't work then u don't pay, so we didn't pay a large portion of this scam thank god!
Beware of this guy, look at pictures and if someone says they need to run a camera or if there is a charge just for coming to your door DO NOT use them!!

Drove from New Jersey to Philadelphia to patronize this American owned business and rent a carpet steamer. First red sign was when they did not run my credit card they simply wrote down all my personal credit card number and address. The rental went well and I promptly returned it the next morning even though the traffic from the DNC convention had the surrounding areas on lock down. I was greeted with a confrontation regarding how i brought back the machine. It wasnt properly disassembled and returned exactly how i received it.  The attitude and rudeness did not go unanswered by me. Unfortunately the owner was unaware  that customers that patronize the business is a privilege not a burden. I think he assumed I see the machine everyday and know exactly how to break it down to his liking. Very sarcastic owner with a chip on his shoulder.several weeks later my credit card wa cloned and used in New York. Hmmmmmm is all i can say. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
