The team was hired to clear a very slow running sink drain. The work was completed with good results and the price was more than competitive. Did they also install a vacuum under my pipes? The drain clears with such force, I need to take care my hand is not pulled down the drain along with the water!!!

I was very happy that I found Mike. He fixed the problem with my steam boiler and much more. Unlike some other plumbers who charge a lot but deliver a little, Mike truly knows what he is doing and is concerned about his customers. It was very easy to work with Olsi.  He was quick to return calls and showed up the same day.  The job is to install Aquasana 3-stage under-sink water filter system.  Olsi did a fantastic job.  He was very professional and easy to communicate. I definitely highly recommend Olsi.

Christopher showed up in a mask and was wonderful to deal with.  He is a man of his word and promptly ordered the part I needed.  It was difficult to get the part as the toilet model was discontinued.  He managed to get it anyway, promptly delivered and installed it.

Eugene was awesome! I needed fixing if light fixtures, dimmers and outlets that weren't working that my contractor screwed up with. He responded to my message right away and said he could be at my apt in 2 hours for a free consultation. He was prompt and so efficient and really knew his stuff! He brought his tools and was able to start he work on the spot! He fixed everything that I needed to be fixed on about an hour. He is going to come back next week to put up blinds and install a new door bolt lock for me. He is so reliable, professional and affordable. I'm going to recommend him to my family and friends and my neighbors. I had a bad experience recently with other contractors - if only they were all like Eugene!!

Hired Riverside to wallpaper a small bathroom as well as change a cartridge on my shower fixture which had rusted.  

In terms of the wallpaper, they did a decent job.  It took a lot more time than I expected so in the future I would push for a flat fee on something like this rather than go hourly.

For the shower fixture, I wish they had told me this was beyond their expertise.  They fiddled around for 3+ hours and installed the cartridge incorrectly and unevenly.  They then said my fixture hardware was broken because it could not be installed on top of the cartridge (due to the way they had installed it).  A few days later I called a plumber and they were able to fix it in 30 minutes without any issues.  Luckily, they did not charge for this but I have a feeling the wallpaper job was padded due to the time they spent here.

Victor arrived within the hour of my call.  He was efficient, quick, and got the job done!  I highly recommend them!!!!!!

Mike was great. He actually had to lowest of three quotes and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. He came the same day to give me a quote and came back the next day with Miguel to start and finish the job. Miguel was on point. They removed a pipe that was no longer working and then bricked and cemented the hole closed. Miguel then used the rest of the cement to patch up a couple of old holes that were in the wall as well (at no extra charge). They also replaced about 20 feet of a damaged cast iron drain line. Mike guarantees his work for 10 years and writes it on his receipts.

They responded the same day and ended up fixing a totally different issue that we were not aware of, but was much more serious than what they were called for.  Very good service and very knowledgeable.

It was great working with Donna and Fred. We recently did a oil-gas conversion for our home. It is a long process due to all the paperwork but Donna helped us walk through the process. She is responsive and ready to help, via email or phone. Con edison is difficult to work with but Serve-well team will help you throughout.
