Afterwards he allowed me to make an assessment of the work and openly and honestly answered all my questions even advising me on things that could become problematic and WHY. I needed an outlet replaced as well as recessed into a concrete wall of a 130 year old house. Ciro responded immediately, came by the next day to look at everything and give an estimate- which was less than anyone else and very reasonable. He arrived the next morning early to fix it. Was super professional, cleaned up after himself, was fast and even answered questions about other things around the house. It looked better than I imagined and I'll be using him for all kinds of things going forward.

Al is professional and does quality work! From replacing two pronged outlets, replacing a kitchen faucet, assembling a treadmill - Al can do it all! I did my research, checked all yelp reviews and called different companies/handymen before deciding to go with Primo. I have to confess the defining factor was the price. Having moved recently, expenses were piling up. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. If you're looking for someone to install your TV, STOP LOOKING. Pick up your phone and call or text Primo NOW. I guarantee you will get a text/call back immediately and can even most likely come to your home SAME DAY for installation. Doesn't get much better than this.

I texted Primo as well as 3 other companies/handymen, they were the quickest to respond and had the best deal. They showed up on time the next day, were quick and professional. Did an amazing job! He not only made sure the TV was on the mount, he took the time to hook up my DVD and Apple TV. Even went out of their way to help me hide my cables, Braulio actually went to the hardware store and bought an extension cord to help out. This is definitely going above and beyond.

While they were here they helped me put up a shelf and a couple of other small items around the house. They were quick, reliable, affordable and very nice. If I ever need any help, I now know who to call.

I had an issue with a badly leaking shower faucet. Richard was really responsive, assessed the problem quickly & was able to find a replacement cartridge for the faucet. I was surprised that he found a cartridge since the faucet was so old. He quickly completed the job. He was knowledgeable and just a very pleasant person to deal with. Price was great - I'd thoroughly recommend Richard's services.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink. We fixed it and thought we were all good. Unfortunately, the water must have been leaking for a longer time than we realized. The maple floors around the sink started to warp really badly. I found Anthony and Make Ready on Yelp. He was very responsive. He sent a guy to look at it, gave me a quote, sent my building manager a Certificate of Insurance and had a team of experienced floor guys show up as scheduled. They removed the warped floor, replaced some boards and sanded the whole place so that the new wood blends in perfectly. When the floor guys took all the furniture out of the living room and packed it neatly and carefully in other rooms, I realized that the walls and sills were a mess. They hadn't been painted in 20 years. I asked Anthony if he had painters who could come in right after the flooring. He did and we added to the job. In two long days, they painted a large, irregularly shape room with 11 foot ceilings.
