I loved these people! They actually did what they said they were going to do. They came out for a quote right away, sent me the finished quote that day (like they said they would), and they were even able to schedule our one day job the very next day due to a last minute cancellation.

And the job itself was done well! We needed to have new lighting installed in our kitchen and they brought all the materials and managed to make sense of our slightly dated electrical system (it's an old house in East Nashville, so 'nough said, right).

They stuck to the quote and I was able to pay it online with our debit card. Super easy, professional, and well done.

We've already scheduled our next quote to have our cabinets and counters replaced, and if this job is any indication, I fully expect to be using them for that job and anything else that comes up in the future.

Awesome great service! They were able to come within an hour of when I called, on a Saturday, and went above and beyond to fix my difficult plumbing situation.

James was excellent to work with! He got our gas line ran the same day. Definately recommend him!

I had a leak with my water heater. They were very responsive and showed up on time. They were also able to fix my problem.

They were awesome last year used them for a clog came out in a few hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes and it was reasonably priced! People were great too!!! Super nice!

Unfortunately it took me two times to realize what they're saying is fact so I had to have them come back out today.  6/13

Just like the first visit they were able to squeeze me in they were here almost exactly when they said they would be they came in they did a job they were professional they were courteous and they were done I will continue to use them for any of our plumbing issues going forward thank you so much!!

Did a beautiful job replacing the door frames on two of my bedrooms after my dog had chewed them up. Would definitely use again, and would recommend!

Ugh.  Three times he told me he was coming and three times he didn't come.  In addition, he didn't even bother to call me.  If there was a way to give no stars, I would.

Emanuel does an excellent job and is a great communicator!!!  His response time was fast and he's extremely knowledgeable in his field!!!  I appreciated his prompt response time to my call physically and over the phone!  I would highly recommend him!

Single Women BEWARE!!!

This company literally wrecked a $10,000 basement drainage system I had in place for 18 years. Never had one leak. Now I have to wet vac every time it rains!  The Owner said they would take care of it, if it was there fault. I sent him ACTUAL PHOTOS of where his worker cut off my drainage system. (I had asked them repeatedly not to mess with it!). And they wouldn't even respond. They overcharged, under delivered and were so unprofessional. They would never have done this to a man. It will cost me about $2,000 to correct their careless mistake. They will charge for things they do not provide, and send under educated workers if they can get away with it. Please beware of this company. They are only after your money. No ethics.

My sink was draining very slow and clogging often. I tried to unclog it myself but couldn't so called no problem plumbing. They were quick to respond and came out the same day. The work needed a few parts and Jason was great with explaining the process and showing me what he was talking about under my house! He made sense and was great at explaining the problem and solution in a way that a non plumber could understand. This was back a couple of months ago, sink still works great! Thank you Jason! If I have plumbing needs in the future I will definitely use No Problem Plumbing.

Hey Roto-Rooters, have you heard of something called customer service? No? Well, it's shows.

I originally dealt with them back in May of last year when  they rooted out my bathroom after I was having some plumbing issues (home ownership is overrated). So I called them first since I was praying for a clog... please please please let it be a clog. Anyway, my BF was with the plumber and they were in my crawlspace where they took their devices and rooted it out from the pipe under the house that drains directly from my toilet. He even showed my BF where the issue was after looking around down there and using his equipment... some roots had grown into my drain line from the tree in my front yard (dandy) and the job was going to cost a couple thousand dollars for them to do it. FANTASTIC.

So they charge me about $350 for rooting out the toilet and sealing it. I called Hiller and luckily they quoted me MUCH better rate. Definitely go with Hiller.

Fast forward to 2014 with the biting cold weather. I was in the crawl space checking the pipes for leaks since it had been so cold and I heard running water coming from the pipe coming out from the bathroom. I walk over and see water in a large pipe along with some toilet paper residue that has gotten built up. I ask my stepdad to come look at it (cause I know nada about plumbing) and he tells me that whomever was working on my pipes from LAST YEAR never sealed back the pipe from when it was worked on. While nothing is broken, they just never replaced the cover on it. Fantastic. That's a lot of sewage under my house.

So I call Roto-Rooters to see if they could come and put the cover back on for me. The lady I spoke to was very rude and nasty. Among the things she said to me were :

The service you got WAS NOT guaranteed
Our employee didn't root it from under the house, he went in from the toilet

I told her I had a witness WHO WAS WITH THE GUY when he was under the house rooting it and she basically called me a liar.

She then told me she'd speak with her manager about it and get back to me. She also offered to e-mail me her invoice with the work and I said that would be great (over 24 hours later and I've still got nothing). Overall she was horrible to talk to.

Don't waste your time or money with them.

Had a terrible experience with Brentwood Plumbing. I am copying and pasting my recent review here so that no one else experiences such:

Had a TERRIBLE experience with this plumbing company. They came out to fix a problem in October, which cost $500+. Same problem occurred less than 3 months later. Same guy (Ron) came out to fix it. Offered to do the same exact fix, but we declined because obviously it did not work before. So we insisted on a different fix. As Ron was leaving I asked for an invoice and Ron told me There is no invoice. Since this was the same problem as before we guarantee our work. Merry Christmas. I as really impressed by that. However, imagine my disappointment and surprise when we received an invoice for $335 for that job. I called and Jon, the owner told me that Ron misspoke and that they would not even discount. He specifically said that even if they did the same fix he would have charged. Won't be using them ever again and will be telling EVERYONE I know not to as well. Very disappointed.

At first I had a good experience with the air unit service and got the plan for home service warranty.  I called and made arrangements to be off from work today for a plumbing issue.  They were scheduled to be here between 8 and 10.  No one showed.  I called and they said since I didn't confirm my appointment, they canceled my appointment.   I was furious.  They offered to reschedule but I couldn't because I couldn't take another day off from work.  I promptly canceled my warranty plan and will not do business with your company ever again.  I was offered a manager but they were in a meeting.  I went with Holt Plumbing who saved my day and offered excellence service.  I WILL NOT USE NOR RECOMMEND ARS ever.
