Best plumbers out there!!  We called them with what we thought was an emergency leak in our ceiling on Monday late afternoon and they were the only plumbers to go out of their way to come out to our area first thing Tuesday morning. Justin was our plumber and he was great!  Kind, courteous, knowledgable and understanding (when the problem ended up being our daughter leaving the shower liner on the outside and spilling water all over our 2nd floor bathroom.  Even after he was fairly certain of the cause of the leak, he thoroughly measured and inspected the bathroom and first floor ceiling and offered to come back as soon as he could if the problem continued and it wasn't related to tub spillage.  They are VERY reasonably priced (best quote we received) and they are beyond honest. Their team is top notch! Call them!  You won't be disappointed!!

Well, for once a home repair company showed up exactly when they said they would be there, did what they were supposed to do, and charged me exactly what they said they would charge.  While this *should* be the norm, it is not, and Dawkins Plumbing is not the norm. They are far better than any other plumbing service I have ever used and would recommend them to everyone.

Had a great service tech over to my house....He repaired everything i asked him to do..   And it didn't cost me and arm and leg,,,Thanks again Brooks Plumbing..  You're awesome.

Got a new water heater installed and a couple other small things, this team is friendly, fair, and very good at what they do.  Wife and I are very happy with our service and I have their number saved in my phone for the future.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Service scheduling was not only quick (they even had same day available) but flexible. The scheduling window was narrow -- they did not make me block out a 12 hour window during which they might arrive, but booked and arrived within a 30-minute window.

Technician was clean, friendly, personable, and efficient. Work was quick and well done. Happy with the service, they will be my first choice for future electrical work.

You know when you get a plumber you are typically worried that they are going to lay the pipe to your backside...and not in a good way. So when I needed some plumbing work I asked around and Morton Plumbing was suggested.

I have used Morton now for plumbing issues at least 3 or 4 times and for a heating/cooling issue once. They have always shown up during the time window, they have always given me a price quote up front, and they have always made sure the job was completed correctly. Additionally, they treat their repeat customers right and it makes me 100% more likely to continue using them. For example:

My upstairs heating/cooling unit was dripping water, so I had to turn it off. I called and they did not have openings until the next week and it was oh, only 100 degrees outside. What did they do? Made a full effort to work me in the next day because there's no way you can be in your house without air conditioning.

Another example: my downstairs toilet was clogged just in time for my annual New Year's Eve party. Someone came to look at it and realized he was going to need another person with him in order to fix it and it would possibly be New Year's Eve day before they could do this. Cutting it close! But he told the scheduler that I was having a party and should try and fit me in on Friday so we wouldn't be cutting it so close to the party. So they fit me in and had it fixed well prior to NYE.

It is so relieving to find a plumbing company that is honest, reliable, and provides excellent customer service without screwing you over price-wise!

Fantastic! We had a persistent clog in the line from the house to our septic tank. Braun came out and quickly discovered the problems! Turns out the old pipe was a 3 pipe, and should've been a 4, it also had a couple of 45° angles in it, and someone years back had tried to snake it with a 1/2 piece of pvc which had snapped off inside and was creating a terrible clog. We helped dig it out and chatted. He's very mellow and personable and humorous! He was pretty booked, too, but managed to squeeze us in after another job, which was great, especially considering it was right before a major week-long snow storm. We'll definitely be using him in the future for any plumbing situations that come up. He's reasonably priced and knows his stuff. Definitely recommended!

Since purchasing our home in 2018, we have used Scott Emerson Plumbing and have been very satisfied.   Scott is particularly good at renovation projects, which require a higher level of planning than simple new construction installation.  His prices are fair, and he responds quickly to service requests.  Highly recommend!

Big Dan is the Man!! He is a Jack of all trades! He was able to help me with my HVAC, then fix some plumbing issues, and even jumped in on an electrical issue. Talk about a one stop shop!

Great customer service and even better communication from the beginning. Ben was the on-site technician who was very knowledge and laid out a plan with options on how to fix the initial issue. Highly recommended - 5 stars!

Called Surfin Plumber engineer for condenser in external A/C unit of my home. Engineer came and replaced the part. New part was just connected electric wires, he got a phone call from dispatch. He picked up his tools and left my home, saying I will be back in 2 hours, you can go ahead and turn on the A/C. Condenser was dangling inside the unit and external unit top was open. He left and never came back. Turns out, he was re-roughed to bigger job. Called call center which is in FL, and don't know anything about Nashville. Assigned another engineer next day morning. Next day morning call center called me and he was assigned to another job (bigger revenue job). I cancelled Surfin and found another A/C person. He came and fixed everything in 15 minutes and tested the unit before leaving. He said condensers can catch fire, if it is not fixed firm on the unit. Electric charge can turn the unit and catch fire! Surfin Plumber asks for pre-pay (show up charge) before engineer shows up. It took me 3 weeks to get the money back. Slow call center in FL. In summary, bad engineer (causing danger), slow call center, betray customer by sending engineer for bigger job in the middle of customer service. Good bye Surfin.

Steakley Plumbing used to be great & now not so much. One of their guys went out to repair a nasty water backup. The guy dislodged the blockage. Our tenants then asked if he would look at a slow drain upstairs, that they had forgotten to mention to me. This plumber told the tenant to use vinegar & baking soda. & then he left to go on vacation.

I called Steakley the next business day & left a message for the son, who may be running the business more, since Jack is semiretired. I did not receive a phone call & three days later, called him. He offered to send out someone that day, which I appreciated. The tenants took care of the slow drain already with Draino, so I cancelled.

I will not be using them again.
