Outstanding service. Thought I'd take a chance and give J's a shot. First impressions were very polite and extremely responsive. I had a water heater issue and called J's to assess the problem. He was at my home within an hour of the initial call. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained to me what the problem was and showed the malfunctioning part. He quickly went and got the parts needed and didn't try to upsell the parts and is honest with labor cost. I highly recommend J's for your plumbing issues.

Have had Tommy work on multiple homes for me and he does a phenomenal job. Always on time, very knowledgeable, and does great work.

He has done various tasks from replacing sub flooring to installation of electrical work. He is my go-to person for anything electrical and plumbing.

My faucet in my kitchen quit working. I contacted Urbieta Plumbing, and I believe they came out the same day I contacted them, on a holiday weekend! They diagnosed the issue, replaced my faucet, and were on their way. Very friendly and professional. I will be using them again for future repairs, maintenance, etc.

When something goes wrong in your house, you dread the whole experience. When can you get it fixed? How much is it going to cost you? Drain Doctor puts all those worries to rest and has excellent customer service to go with it. Response time is awesome, price is much more affordable than other places, work is done well the first time, and the staff is personable and professional. Can't say enough good things!

Poor customer service. JR asked me to call him on my way home from work and that he would come next day to fix my problem. I left work a little early and called. Went straight to a full voicemail; I couldn't leave a message. Called a couple more times same thing. He finally called me back. Evidently had totally forgotten and said he had to take his kids to practice. No apology was given. When I said I thought we had an appointment, he hung up on me.

I understand people forget but to not apologize and then to hang up is very rude. If this is how he treats his customers and runs his business then I consider myself lucky that I dodged a bullet. Wish I could give no stars.

By far my best experience with a plumbing company. (And I've had to try several) Their prices are fair. Anthony was great at finding solutions to tricky problems. Anthony is always on time and professional. He's a bit of a perfectionist which I really appreciate and he leaves everything very tidy. Anthony will do great solid work... Never just slapping it together with cheap materials/shoddy work. He fixed terrible work done by a different plumber and didn't nickel and dime me for simple fixes.

Wilson Plumbing has done several projects for me
Installed a vanity, installed a water filter and did some drain cleaning.
I highly recommend this company. Dave is a very skilled and well trained plumber.

A very special thank you to Chris for figuring out why my brand new dryer was giving me an error message. The heat exit valve on the outside of the house was completely taped over with duct tape!!! He worked tirelessly in the heat of the morning to undig and uncover the heating duct. His communication with me throughout the process was superb. I am very pleased with the service I received today from this company. Thank you so much! Highly recommended! :)

Unbelievable to me that in 2020 this company still asked me to wait for four hours 8AM to 12:00 for a promised technician and they don't even call until 1PM.
I already missed a day of work in a time where I need to work and not even a curiously call. Never again will I call this company. I choose to do business with people who do what they say they're going to do.

I'm glad that most people have had a positive experience with this company.  However, mine was not as pleasant.  

Long story short:  They lost my original paperwork.  Then the plumber was almost 2 hours late.  I called the office twice and was told each time that he was 10 minutes away and would be there.

The plumber never showed and I called the office again and told them to forget it.  

The office staff was extremely nice and the lady that I talked to was apologetic and sympathized with me.  

I hope they fired that plumber on the spot.

*WOMEN BEWARE*  Ace Plumbing Will Suck Your Money Right Down The Drain!

I am pretty typical of most women in that when something needs to be repaired around the house, I have to call a friend or a company to come out and fix it.  My handy-ness is limited to changing light bulbs.  So, when I discovered a wet spot that wouldn't go away, I called Ace.  I had gotten friendly service in the past and I was happy when a plumber came out the next morning.  

He assured me that he had found and repaired the source of the leak, handing me a bill for $355.50 before he left. All I cared about was that the downstairs carpet wouldn't be soaked anymore and I could stop worrying about busted pipes, mold and a rotting house frame!  Yay!

Fast forward a few days and the wet spot is B-A-C-K...it never left, I guess!  I called Ace right away and spoke to a very sweet woman, telling her that the issue was not yet resolved.  She made me feel like Ace understood and would take care of everything.  I decided to stop using the downstairs tub to see if that could have been the source.  Sure enough, after a few days, the carpet was back to bone dry!  

So you can see my issue now...here I have a bill for $355 for a repair that had NOTHING to do with what I called Ace for...and I still might have a leak somewhere!  Back come the worries about a busted pipe, mold, rot, etc.  Plus now the added worry of a $355 bill for a drippy faucet. Ace was supposed to make things better...not worse!

I called Ace again to let them know that I would like my bill adjusted or for them to come out and fix the actual leak.  I had to speak with the owner, since this was a bill adjustment / warranty issue.  Mike said that the bill seemed high for the work they did, but that he needed to research the issue and that in the meantime, he would send someone out to see if they could find the leak.

A plumber came out and turned off all the water and said that there wasnt a leak.  He said that the wet spot was probably caused by someone stepping out of the shower or water getting through the curtain.

That was especially frustrating for me...why didnt he state that last time?  Why did he fix a drippy faucet and tell me it was the cause of the leak when he is now saying it is just water from the shower?

To make matters worse, I received an invoice in the mail from Ace this week.  It showed that I owed them over $400, when my original invoice says $355.50.  I put another call in and learned that the plumber had added things up on the invoice wrong, but that they would honor the original $355.50.  While I appreciate that they are taking some small responsibility, I will not use them again because I like to be treated with respect, and for them to earn their money.  They took advantage of a single women by fixing the first thing they saw wrong and charging me an arm and a leg.  Dont go to Ace unless you want to end up on a payment plan like me!

I am giving two starts because, despite this fiasco that I am dealing with, I have gotten good customer service from the lady at the front desk and the plumbers have been very nice, clean and respectful.  So one extra star for the great attitudes of Ace employees.  

If you know exactly what needs to be fixed, then I would recommend Ace.  
If you need someone to help you figure out what the problem is, I would absolutely not recommend Ace.

Guess what?  My water heater totally busted this morning.  And guess who I'm calling...not Ace!

I am so thankful for Yelp because at least there is SOMETHING I can do when things go wrong to save others from a similar experience.

I have 3 units at my house, all which are no older than 5 years old.  My upstairs unit went out and I decided to call ARS based upon seeing their trucks around town.  They told me I needed a new unit and it was going to cost me $8,000 for a 2 ton unit.  Based upon ARS pricing and a neighbors recommendation....I called a different heating and air contractor who has since recently retired and it was only a fan motor which cost me less than $300. I am hoping that the sight of a rather large home did not influence the salemans pricing or need to sale a new unit.  I am glad I went with my neighbors recommendation and recommend that everyone get a second opinion.  Unit still working great!!!

This company has been around for 21 years and if it's not a clogged drain I would not use them. Long story short they came to fix a leaking tub faucet and then they made more leaks and messed up the whole tub valve. Pretty much cut the tub valve out and took it away because I'm sure they ruined the copper thread when I heard them having issues getting the plastic out of the thread and they did not come in with tools just a wrench and some valve stems that they could not fix. What's sad is I was charged 205$ for an hour and 30 minutes of work to have something simple to fix which was ridiculous for valve stem repair , to having no shower downstairs.They were going to charge me more to cap it, but they must of had some remorse because they did cap it and didn't charge me extra. My thing is if you couldn't fix it, then why pretend like you could.This is the owner by the way! He said he went above and beyond what he would do for most and wanted to charge me 405$ to fix something he broke. I'd hate to see what they would do to someone who they didn't go above and beyond for. Call a real plumbing company with great reviews if you want real results. Not cool what they did to my family and I. Definitely won't be doing business with them again!
