My AC stopped running yesterday afternoon. Called Adam's thinking the worst. They had someone out early the next day. The tech wasn't here 10 mins before figuring out the issue was a small part on the outdoor unit. Replaced the part, had cold air blowing, signed and out the door all in under 45 mins from arrival. Kowledgeable, honest and price was amazing! Def will be using again!

REGAN IS AWESOME!! We live in a townhome on a slab and knew we had a huge leak somewhere and every plumber told us we were losing gallons a minute but couldn't locate our line or leak. Because of these factors, we were either not getting calls back or estimates above 6k, which included excavation and lots of destruction inside our home to repipe the whole house. I reached out and Regan responded within 30 minutes and took the time on the phone learning about our situation before he even came out! He was super friendly, responsive, and came out on a holiday. He was right on time and used his state of the art equipment to locate and mark our water line and the leak. Thanks to his prompt and knowledgeable help, we were able to save over 5k in plumbing costs and destruction to our home. Cannot recommend Regan's business enough! Saved us tons of money and stress. 11/10

Great service, experienced plumbers, great work. In the past I have either had overpriced or poor work-- requiring return visits. So grateful to find a good local plumber and a family business too. They are the best, wish I had found them years ago.

We needed our heat pump replaced and a mini split installed and Jesse did a great job of helping us. He explained everything and even did an involved test to check and make sure we were getting the right size for our house. Installation was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

Called at 11 and they were at the house by 2 and solved the problem and then some. Phillip went above and beyond to make sure our shower came back to life without the problematic leaking we had been dealing with. Highly recommend Michael Shaver for any plumbing issue.

My water shutoff valve wouldn't turn off, and my toilet was continuously running in my half bath, I called and someone was here and the toilet was fixed within 2 hours. They were helpful, efficient and resonably priced. Awesome service, I will definitely use them for any future Plumbing needs and recommend them to all my family and friends.

The tech didn't show up in the time frame I was given.
Was supposed to call and let me know what was wrong never did, then
tried to charge me $200 just for coming out, when I had asked what the servce call fee was i was told the tech had to come out first and look at the unit.

Highly recommend. Tom is a great plumber and an honest guy. I have had him out to my house several times to attend to various plumbing issues. His prices are very reasonable too.

My wife and I bought a new build in Smyrna 7.5 years ago and have been replacing the contractor grade appliances and fixtures ever since. We called Martins to get a quote on replacing some plumbing fixtures and supply lines in both bathrooms because the cheapest PEX fittings and plastic supply lines available had started to leak. The receptionist at Martins said that the guys there like to start early and asked if 7:00am would be too early for an estimate quote to be done. At 7:00am on the dot, Martins' guy, Mike, was ringing our doorbell. In less than an hour, Mike gave us a written estimate and was ready to leave. We decided to use Martins to do the work and called the next morning to schedule the work to be done. A few day later, again at 7:00am, one of Martins' plumbers named Cody was parked in our driveway. In just over two hours Cody completed the work and was ready to go to the next job. Cody could not have been better. He was professional, friendly, very clean and neat, and left the bathroom's cabinets and counter-tops in excellent condition. Best of all, no leaks!
I am glad to recommend Martins to anyone in need of plumbing jobs to be done.

First of all these people didn't show the first day they were supposed to. Secondly, when they did come they told me what I already knew. Thirdly, when they were supposed to come back to do more work they put it off a day (when I had water leaking all over my floors). I called several times and was told I would be called back and never got a call. When they decided to tell me they would be here the next day they weren't, with no call or any information. Why do you have your hours listed as 24/7 when you don't answer calls majority of the time. Very frustrating service and would not recommend you waste your time.

I think it's very telling that on every review for this company , the business administrators response is the same copy pasted cookie cutter reply . Nothing about a copy paste response says you actually care what this PAYING customers have to say . It feels like criticisms fall on deaf ears . Not surprised considering who founded this company.

UNBELIEVABLE! This is a review we were hoping we would not have to post as the outcome of what this company has done is a bit scary knowing that there are people who depend on companies like them to assist in emergencies.
Our company had a tenant who had a tankless water heater burst earlier this month and not only did it take over a week for us to get on their calendar for the repair, but they ended up ordering the wrong water heater, so our tenant had to wait another week to be rescheduled.
Due to this error, our company's blemish free record with AHA was ruined and our company's payments stopped for this property as it looked as though our company didn't want to make the repair although it was due to the error of Hers and His Plumbing.
When we contacted Hers and His Plumbing, we spoke with Taya who advised they had an opening for Sunday and wanted to know if our office is open on Sunday so they could obtain payment first. We advised that our office was closed, however, due to the errors already made by their company and the severe delays this has caused for our tenant and her two small boys in not having hot water for so long, it would only be fair to put our tenant on their soonest schedule to alleviate the first problem caused. Then they could simply contact our office when we open Monday morning for payment although most companies send an invoice once services have been completed.
Taya advised that she was in agreement and would discuss the same with her manager(s) in hopes to get us on their schedule for Sunday. She came back to the phone to advise that her managers said the best they could do, even after all they've caused, was to have their General Manager/the manager of that department call us in a week.
My mouth dropped to the floor in total disbelief that they would dump us off for ANOTHER a week after all of the delays they caused. It just hurt our manager to the core that they wouldn't put the needs of the client, which is our company, and the tenant who's small boys have been without hot water for a few weeks waiting on them to make the repair, FIRST.
The world is already FULL of uncaring people. SERVICE MATTERS. If we make an error, as a company or in relation to a company we are working with, we would be running to make that right. Hers and His Plumbing did not do that.
Taya was in agreement, however, she needed the technician to agree to put it on the schedule for Sunday and then just contact our office Monday morning after sending an invoice. Blake got on the phone and despite knowing the damage they've caused to the well-being of these children with the delays, the damage they caused to our company by not completing the job when they said they would and making us look bad, would not get our tenants on their soonest calendar which is Sunday. The only other option given to our company is to have our tenant wait another week for another opening since we are not open on Sunday which we would not have to do if they'd not made the errors they made to begin with. JUST HORRIBLY SAD. It was like they wanted us to make the tenant pay for it or SOMEBODY pay for it on Sunday when the office is closed and BEFORE they actually did the job. That was already concerning as there was not even an invoice yet.
We never thought for one second that they would not do the right thing by putting this client on their soonest calendar for Sunday to avoid further delays and damage to our reputation as a business. They could care less what their carelessness has done to our name with AHA and our tenant. If you want dependable and caring...THIS IS NOT IT. We can't even tell you if they did a wonderful job or a horrible job because they want us to pay first and then we get what we get. Praying we'll be able to update this review with them doing the right thing.
