Prompt service and careful to wear protective gear in our home. Woke up and there was a pool of water on our bathroom floor. After a failed attempt to fix ourselves, and a call to our usual plumber who told us he wasn't doing house calls during the covid-19 quarantine, we called Flood Brothers. They had us video call to assess the problem and then were able to get Guilio to or house that day, which was excellent since we couldn't turn the water on until this was fixed. He had our sink fixed right away and even came back to fix a different leak the next day and cut us a break since he had just been there and it was a quick fix. Super glad he was able to work so quickly and was very careful about wearing a mask, gloves, and booties in our home. Thanks Guilio!

We were so blessed to reach Jeff at the time our Hot Water Heater went out. He responded in a timely matter and addressed our situation and had us a new hot water heater up and running as well as hauled out the old one the same day we called. All the techs were efficient , kind and professional and we had hot water just in time for guests and family. Thank you Flood Brothers, customer for life.

I called and arranged to have Broc come over the day after to snake my shower drain.  It was a mess with debris from my kitchen sink clogging the pipes.  

He was great!  Very professional, courteous and timely.  He did not try to upsell me.  He charged me what he quoted.

Alexis came today and he was awesome. He came right on time, worked extremely quickly and cleanly. Price was reasonable, and he was in and out in about 30 min total. Amazing service! 12am! Holy Ruben is truly non stop! For the life of us we couldn't get our water heater restarted but it appears that Ruben had the magic touch. He didn't even want to charge us for coming out. But of course we insisted m.

Additionally he was able to fix a leaky pipe as well.

Had Mainline come out due to a broken irrigation/sprinkler pipe. Came out the morning I called and the job was done by mid day. Very courteous and explained the situation. We ended up replacing the plastic broken pipes with better quality and longer lasting copper pipes and the entire job was $325

I had read the reviews about mainline prior to calling and I can say that the reviews live up to the service. Will use them in the future and they are now in my address book

I was remodeling and needed a plumber to give us a bid. I got a few estimates but Anthonio from Plumbing Works gave us the best quote and really knew plumbing. I needed to do all the sewer drains, take out the old water heater and do a new tankless water heater installation, repipe the whole house I wanted to use PEX repipe for certain areas. The did an amazing job in the plumbing for the kitchen and new bathroom.
The crew from Plumbing works did do drain cleaning a first, but after a camera sewer inspection we saw that we needed to do new sewer drains and they did the trenchless sewer system installation. The toilets and vanities were installed professionally.
I definitely recommend Plumbing Works for any plumbing or rooter service you might need. Thanks to the whole crew.

For me nothing creates trust in a service organization then when they tell me about the expensive work that I don't need to do yet.  Cesar looked at two plumbing problems and gave me a prognosis and a timeline for fixing them.  I'm grateful.  When I need the work done, I'll be calling him.

Fantastic plumbing company.  I have used them for several bathroom sink cloggs, sink replacement, and water heater install.  They back up their work if there are any issues that materialize after the work is done.  I have shopped around for other plumbing companies, but this company takes my business.

So, we had a sewer line back up in our house while I was home and my husband was at work.  Beach Plumbing and Jetting showed up the same day within a couple of hours to assess the situation, thank goodness!  Rene did some diagnostics, which revealed a main line backup in our house.  He was extremely professional and thorough in how he explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand.  We recently purchased this older, mid-century home, which (turns out) did not have a main line clean out.   Rene quoted us fair, upfront pricing to handle the job of digging and installing a clean out for the house.  He returned with an amazing and friendly crew that handled business quickly and efficiently, and left our home looking like they hadn't even been there.  Rene and his crew, including Kody, Adonis, Fábian and Kevin were professional and knowledgeable, and showed attention to detail in finishing the job.  Kody even took the care to beautifully replace a plant they needed to pull out in order to complete the job.  We will highly recommend Rene and his crew to anyone in need of plumbing work.  Well done, guys!!

Mark and his assistant did a fantastic job at replacing our shower stall.  His estimate was clear, accurate, and reasonable.  He asked questions and lent expertise before and during the job, so that it went smoothly.  He always got approval before beginning extra work, and asked relevant questions at the close of each day for the next day.
As anticipated, some plumbing work was required when the floor was removed, but he kept to the stated hourly rate and estimated number of hours for that work.  He went above and beyond when we suddenly needed some timing flexibility.  He and his assistants kept the work area clean and neat, and were courteous and respectful of us and our house.  We definitely will call Mark for our next tile projects!

Excellent!  Could not recommend more!  Hired them for about a years worth of work and everything they did was first class!  Igor was our main contact and he was in charge of all the electrical work, his brother did all the plumbing.  Igor kept up-to-date estimates for all work that was detailed out to the penny.  I always knew what to expect and had no surprises.  This company is honest, dependable and excellent at what they do!  Look no further!  I will never hire anyone else.

I was having issues with my gas line leaking and they came out sooner than later and got the job done.  The woman on the phone who scheduled was so courteous and nice. They had to make two different visits because of the amount of work, and it worked out well. Would definitely recommend.

Our problem- finding a plumber who can diagnose and repair someone else's mistakes after the SoCal Gas Company shut us down. Then, find a reputable company that can come out quickly since it was 4 days since I've had a nice shower and by now I stinketh like Lazarus in the tomb.

From the moment I placed the call, NexGen was all over the problem. An appointment was set and they sent out a young man named Will. When Will showed up, he had his game on and went right to work. Extremely polite, professional, and a wonderful sense of humor. We enjoyed sharing a few laughs. As he was working, he explained to us how water heaters work from A to Z. Not only that, he repaired the problem in a way that the water heater has never worked before and did a final safety check.

I've been in the electrical trade for over 30 years. I've seen the difference between guys who take pride in their work, and honor their trade versus those who don't. Will is a true craftsman.

We had a leak from a water heater pipe.  LSPP  were very professional.  They came out the same day, earlier than the estimated time.  Our plumber, Ivan, explained they problem to us, presented a couple options needed for the proper repair.  Highly recommend their service.

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire.  I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off.  Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time,  without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more .  Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work .  Very respectful and professional too.  He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself.  Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.
