Chris and DeShawn came to work on a massive water line replacement. They were wonderful, and took care to show me every step in the process.
It wasn't cheap to fix my issue, but I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. Quality work, for sure.

Miguel helped me to replace 3 broken drain pipes in my apartment. Two of them have cracks that extend all the way to the unit upstairs. He responses fast, detects the problem quickly, finishes the repair up to code, and in a timely manner so my other projects can continue in time. He is also very considerate and putting shoe covers on at all times for my new flooring. Highly recommend!

Mike and his brother are not just professional but also very patient and friendly. They arrived at my place to replace my garbage disposal. The price is way below than the quotes I received from other companies. I'll definitely use them as my to-go plumbers!

Wow, what luck! Pax responded to my issue within half an hour. Had a massive leak under my kitchen sink. Turns out the garbage disposal unit was installed incorrectly damaging the seal. Pax went to the supply store to get the seal. They were going to have to order it and it wouldn't arrive until 4-5 days later. Other option was to buy a whole new unit. Pax solved the problem by buying the unit himself to get the seal and said he would return the unit himself. What a hero. Problem solved same morning with no extra cost or inconvenience to me. Pax turned out to be a super honest guy and got the job done. I will definitely use him again. He's won a loyal customer! Thanks Pax!!! A++++

One late afternoon recently, we discovered moisture seeping through our kitchen's oak floor, so we immediately looked online for a plumber. The person who answered the phone & listened to our story was professional, asked appropriate questions & said someone would be at our house between 8 and 10 the next morning. Manuel arrived a few minutes after 10 & immediately went to work & soon determined it was a slow- leak in our dishwasher's hose that was ruining our beautiful floor. After decades of interactions with various plumbers whether independent or employees of companies--we were really greatful to have encountered a professional like Manuel. We all know the many jokes about stereotypical plumbers, :-o -- but none of them would have applied to Manuel because he was polite, professional and looked totally together hygiene-wise. ;-)
In addition to figuring out what the problem was fairly quickly, he gave us valuable (free) information and advice, including suggesting we trash the d/w because at age 8--regardless of how good it looked & had been working, it was already at the end of its life. We agreed because this LG was a lemon and we had to fight with LG to repair it (wiring problems, TWICE). He also suggested that we have the new d/w installed by the store we buy it from because it would be less expensive than using them. LORDS of PLUMBING were a pleasant surprise in all ways.
We also asked about their unusual --& humorous to us--company name and their logo of a lovely Saint holding a large red-handled monkey wrench. Manuel explained that it WASN'T the Virgin Mary, but Saint Rose of Lima, Peru, who cut off her hair & messed up her face to try to dissuade suitors from being attracted by her beauty. At any rate, we like LORDS arty sense of humor and we like & appreciate them. We're praying (no pun intended) that we don't have another big, expensive plumbing problem, but we know who we're gonna call! LORDS OF PLUMBING!

Woke up to my toilet leaking water all over the place. I frantically cleaned up and tried to tighten the bolts myself. That didn't work so I gave Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing a call at 8:15.
Michael was here at 9:30 sharp and immediately fixed the issue (just needed a new wax ring). He checked for water damage under the tiling and checked to make sure there wasn't a blockage in the pipes underneath. He made sure the wax ring fixed the leak by flushing a few times. He also caulked the bottom of the toilet for us. Price was reasonable and worth the peace of mind. Michael was very speedy and thorough and left my bathroom very clean after he finished fixing the toilet.
Thank you Michael and thank you Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing for the very quick fix - you certainly saved me a day of anxiety as other plumbers said they would not be able to get out here until later this afternoon.

We had an upstairs shower that was leaking downstairs through a light fixture in the ceiling. We called Tuesday and they had someone sent out to us the very next day. Jared was the plumber that showed up and he was honest, and communicated what needed to happen and gave us all the information so we could make the best decision for us. He was able to take care of our leak same day. We appreciated all his hard work and that he was able to fix it for us so we could use the shower with no issues. We will defiantly be using western rooter & plumbing again and telling our friends and family. Thank you again

Very responsive! Sigal is always on top of things when it comes to scheduling and follow ups. Avi is very accommodating and professional. He knew exactly what to do unlike the other plumbers I had to assess. Estimate is very fair. Highly recommended!

I have tried three other plumbers, before I chose Willy's Plumbing today. I don't know what I was thinking! The other three plumbers were irresponsible, unreliable and very expensive. Willy's is the best plumbing company I've ever found. Enrique was so knowledgeable and fixed all three problems with ease.

Called the local service pro for plumbing service for a simple faucet leak. The fix was simple to change the leaking faucet. It was at my renters place. I relied on their plumber to give me honest opinion and estimate about the work needed to fix the issue. The plumber estimated the pipe is leaking, it will cost $800 to change. I negotiated to fix it at $400, their plumber went there to fix the issue, nothing was done. The water still leaks. Renter confirmed plumber didn't fix or do any work but received call from company to pay $400. Good I was informed by the renter that the leakage is not fixed. But the company was insisting me to make the payment. I asked them for their plumber to go back and fix the problem. Received multiple promises but the plumber didn't show up for 3 appointments. Spoke to their manager Jerald multiple times, received fake promises. This went on for a week, the cabinet wood under kitchen sink got damaged, Finally I bought a faucet from home Depot, called another plumber, and got the issue fixed in 15 minutes.
Total cost under $200. This company is fake and rip-off. Stay away.

Thank you thousand Oaks Plumbing for being so kind and sensitive during this crisis. That Sunday after we moved back home after being evacuated for a few days... We had to turn our gas back on. Of course, when we turned the gas on; the water tank would not light. I then called Thousand Oaks plumbing. They were there in about 15 minutes. They lit the water tank And when I asked for the bill... They told me it was their pleasure to be able to help. This is the type of company that I want to deal with. Not only are they a company with integrity but they are good neighbors to this community. While I have used other plumbers in the past... I will only use Thousand Oaks plumbing in the future.

Unfortunately I cannot give these guys more than 2 stars.
I had used about a year ago to fix a clogged toilet. At the time, I was renting the house, but have since purchased. They came out and ran an auger town the toilet and left. $85. Within a week or so, I had the same problem. Called the landlord and he said the guys would come back which they did free of charge.
2 weeks ago, I had the same problem-clogged toilet. I went with these guys because I had used them before and was satisfied. They came out and ran the auger down the toilet and left. $85. Within 2 weeks, I had the same problem. Called them back and the lady said they would come back which they did. Once they finished running the auger down the toilet again, he wrote me up an invoice. $85.
I am not really sure why I was charged again? When I scheduled the appointment, she did not mention I would be charged again-if she had, I wouldn't have scheduled the appointment. My fault for not asking.
When I questioned the guy, he said I had a bad toilet and suggested I change the whole thing out. He said it doesn't flush properly and that is why he had to come back, it had nothing to do with the job he did 2 weeks ago. If that is the logic, then I guess I should expect to see him back again every 2 weeks or so, correct?
Disappointed and will not use them again. If you can't guarantee your work for more than 2 weeks I need to find someone who can.
Update:
I was called by the company after writing this review. The refunded me the $85 for the second visit. I am grateful for this, because I had to call another company (Pacific Coast Plumbing) a few weeks later to come and fix the problem. The actually removed the toilet, took all the roots out, and showed me what was going on. They suggested to me that this would likely continue to happen without some additional repair, quoted me on the cost, and my problem has been solved since. I will continue to use Pacific Coast Plumbing. They did a great job, explained (and showed) me what they were doing, and charged me a reasonable price.

I had low water pressure in my kitchen and thought it was our pipes. John came out within a day and checked it out. He was able to diagnose it quickly and told me that it was my faucet. I quickly ran out and bought a new faucet and John came back and installed it for me. He was super polite and fair. Then, I asked John about putting in a clean out because the house didn't have one and I had some problems with clogs. This ended up being a much bigger job, but I felt John was fair in his price and he and his crew worked really hard replacing our pipes because the pipes were not sloping properly into the main city line. They worked quickly and did a good job cleaning up the site. I would hire him again.
