Chris came out to fix a leak near the water meter.  Was on time and communication was excellent between office, myself and Chris.

Chris had the repair completed in a couple of hours and cleaned up site.  No issues would recommend to friends and family.

My shower was leaking and we ended up having to replace our shower heads with new ones. Tony was great, he was prompt, efficient and our new shower heads look great! He was able to mold the copper pipes together and take out our old shower heads which were corroded. I will definitely use him again!

I needed my toilet replaced, and was contacted quickly over the weekend. I was able to set up an appointment for the next week! Fast, affordable and reliable service! Highly recommend!

Always on time, within the hours they quote and they call when they are on the way. I had two toilets that needed the valves and water lines replaced. In and out in about 35 min. They charge $85/hr and the whole bill including parts was $139. I have used them on several occasions now and they have never let me down. You WILL have to provide a credit card prior to their arrival. If you are unwilling or unable to provide a credit card they will not take the job.

Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Great communication from the start. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! I called Lopez Handyman in order to hang my new ceiling fan. We agreed to a date that was good for us, and Lopez Handyman (Mauricio) communicated well with me with a time that worked. I would like to thank Mark West for his amazing customer service. Mark has helped us out since this summer. I was converting our spare bedroom into a nursery as we were expecting our first child in November of this year. Along the way I noticed a leak. Mark made multiple trips and worked tirelessly to find the culprit of the leak. He climbed in the attic multiple times.  I called him multiple times and he answered every call and made time to come check on the leak. Eventually the leak was located and fixed and the nursery was completed. I should mention, yesterday I had an issue with my water heater. Mark came out fixed it with no issues and he was his usual polite and positive self. Roto rooter could only hope to have more employees like him. Hats off to you Mr. West. I was referred to this company by a neighbor and it was worth every penny. Sabir was the person that came by for a estimate and did the work, he was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He was honest and gave me a reasonable price for the amount of work that had to be done to put a utility sink in my garage. My house had no prior sink there so he had to improvise in order to make it work and he put it exactly where I needed it and I was very satisfied. It is good quality and works very well for me. So I am happy and thankful and I will definitely recommend him to others and have him do work for me in the future if need be.

Bobby was super nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. I had a leaking shower head and he was able to change the cartridge behind the shower knob and stop the leak. Will definitely be calling in the future! Definitely recommend 100%!

I have used many plumbers in town not really liking one enough to use them again. You don't need to look any further. Bakersfield Plumbing does a great job. They always show up clean and are polite and informative. After fixing the problem they always give me easy plumbing tips, and their prices are very fair. Try them if you need a plumber

A tech went out August 2022 to check a 2.5 ton AC unit. They have specials of $49.00 for a diagnostic but they will also charge you for $49.00 for a trip charge which I didn't know you. It's deceitful. The tech informed me that the freon charge will be close to $1000.00. That is crazy price for a freon. Then the tech told me to replace the 2.5 ton unit will cost $20,000. I called Gundlach and according to her, the tech spent 1 hour just to check the freon line in and out. The tech never spent an hour. It only took 15 minutes plus our conversation in total . The should be at least be considerate. This just made it impossible for me to do anything with it. There might be a freon leak so it's useless just to pump in. Be careful with Gundlach and look somewhere else before calling this Company. I will never ever use them again.
