Today we had a water pressure regulator installed by Mike from John The Plumber in Tehachapi. We are very happy with the prompt arrival time, knowledge of the employee, satisfaction of a complete and well done job and Mike's patience with all our questions. We will definitely always use this company for all our plumbing needs. We were billed via email and promptly paid the bill in full. A win win for everyone!

My shower was leaking and we ended up having to replace our shower heads with new ones. Tony was great, he was prompt, efficient and our new shower heads look great! He was able to mold the copper pipes together and take out our old shower heads which were corroded. I will definitely use him again!

Can not recommend for any type of substantial work. Maybe ok to unclog a drain. But for larger jobs they seem understaffed and unable to deliver in the end. Extremely disappointed in this company.

Way to expensive I can't believe his prices stay away from this guy. Called to get a price for a 35 gallon tank off an RV her wanted $150 bucks
3012 Catalina Dr, Bakersfield, CA 93306
I spoke to the guy now regarding the plumbing issue in one of my rental unit , he came through choice home warranty , but he was saying that plumbing line was blocked and he can't do anything , I questioned him why can't you run the snake , then he was going very rude and talking with out manners and started abusing . Better stay away with company and person .

A neighbor recommend Garrett's Plumbing when I was having issues with my hot water heater. When I called, they were very friendly and polite and had a technician to my house in no time. Ozzie, the technician was very polite and professional. In a short time, I had hot water and a reasonable bill! No question, I'll call them first if I have any other plumbing needs in the future.

Call them!! Highly recommend McKee! Nicholas and Jacob are responsive, professional and kind. They know what they're doing and gave me a lot of confidence. I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. They also worked quick to install pipes and drains for a new kitchenette and laundry units. Thanks guys!

Very professional and came with all the right equipment to readily find the leak in my pool. Fixed the problem very quickly and completely. Quoted a pice and stuck to it even though he did extra work to make sure I was completely satisfied. Darren is very knowledgeable about all things relating to leakage and other pool equipment problems. I can highly recommend his services

This family owned company has received 5 star accolades from numerous customers for many very good reasons. I couldn't be happier to add my 5 star rating to that list, too. We recently called them for an estimate to repair a slowly leaking water line riser. Lucas came out the next morning and gave a very reasonable estimate to do the repair and I accepted. He returned the following day and completed the repair at the estimated cost even though there was additional work to be done once the underground portion of the riser was exposed.
Sabrina did an excellent job in scheduling the appointments and made sure I was informed of their convenient text messaging of arrival times and job description. Lucas was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly throughout the repair process as well. Great customer service from both of them.
In addition to being thoroughly pleased with all aspects of this company, I am relieved to know that AAM & Kline Plumbing will always be my go to company for any plumbing service. If you need plumbing help, do yourself a favor and call them first.

Checked Yelp out for some help with a clogged shower drain that my dude could not get unclogged. Sent out a quote request around 11pm and was willing to take the next available appointment ASAP. Jason replied in about 20 minutes. The next day (today) he texted me to let me know that he was wrapping up his first client and would be heading my way; which I appreciated. Then after I gave him a run down of the issue he didn't just start work on that spot, Jason also talked about underlying issues that could cause the clog in a way that I could totally understand. He then did more than just snake the shower drain, he went to work on clearing out other major pipes to ensure that everything was as clear as it could get, given the condition of the pipes we are working with. 5 stars!

I thought I had a gas leak-- turned out I had many. In-ground and impossible to pinpoint and when we started digging the corrosion was terrific-- apparently galvanized pipe, even wrapped doesn't last much more than thirty years in ground. Carroll Plumbing gave me an estimate, but when they started work we found a mysterious 'T' in the ground and had a really tangled puzzle to discover what went where. Had to call in more of their people, had one guy crawl the tiny attic-- a house-owner's nightmare. I thought it would be double the estimate, but no, they stayed within shouting of the original amount. Hard workers, deeply invested in doing a good thorough job, courteous and cheerful even in the heat, and it took a shorter time than my neighbor's similar replacement took and I didn't pay as much though I had a messier more complicated job. I owe them a round of beers.

Strap in, cause this is gonna be a long one.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Dealing with the Honest Plumber was an absolute nightmare and I'm dumbfounded that they're still in business, let alone that they apparently have so many good reviews. I'm convinced these good reviews must be paid for.
Like many other disgruntled reviewers, we were assigned The Honest Plumber through Fidelity Home Warranty. The original problem was what you would consider a simple one-- a leaking shower head. It took 3 MONTHS to completely resolve it because of this company.
First appointment, they come to fix it. They stop the leak, but say they have to come back to completely finish. Okay. We don't hear from them again and have to reach out twice to inquire about when they're coming back/what they need to do. We notice that the water pressure in our shower is much lower than before.
(Somewhere in all these appointments, by the way, we have one or two complete no shows, after waiting all day or through the appointed time frame. One time, we called after waiting all day and the receptionist said We don't have any record of an appointment, sorry. Guess we just made that one up cause we wanted to wait around all day for fun.)
Second appointment, two guys come to finish the fix. Took maybe thirty minutes. I check the water pressure again when they're leaving and tell them for the second time that it seems much lower than it was before. He tells me Yeah, you're probably just remembering it differently. I was dumbfounded. They leave.
Within 24 hours, our shower handle becomes completely broken. We couldn't turn the handle towards the hot water at all because it would just completely fall over to scalding hot. At best, we could get warm water. We call back AGAIN and complain. Another appointment is scheduled. This time, an older man shows up, very rude and unprofessional. Banging on the window and calling our cell phone when he was at the door saying I'm here, where are you? after he showed up earlier than he said he would. He comes in and spends AT MOST 2 minutes looking at the shower handle. He says Oh yeah, it's because there's too much grease, it does that. Give it a few days and it'll tighten up. We say Well, we can't even use our hot water though... We can't even get the whole sentence out because he's interrupting saying I understand that, Ma'am, but it just needs a few days. Tells us to call him personally if it doesn't fix in a few days. Spoiler alert, it didn't. It was loose exactly like that and we took lukewarm showers for another month before it was fixed by a real plumber.
The minute he left, we vowed never to work with The Honest Plumber again. We immediately called Fidelity and complained. They tell us it might take a few weeks to clear the service and get another one out. We're frustrated, but we think at least it's the end of dealing with Honest Plumber, so fine.
Until a week later... we get another $75 service fee bill in the mail. The Honest Plumber had the gall to charge Fidelity (and us) another service fee to come to our house for a few minutes and tell us that the shower handle they broke... wasn't broken. !?!?!?!?!?!
We call Fidelity again. Complain again. We threaten to switch to another home warranty company over this issue. Finally, we get them to send out a different plumber at no charge (and void the second bogus service charge) and GET THIS. The new plumber comes out to fix the shower for REAL and says Who came before? Was it the Honest Plumber? Every person I have to come fix something for, it was because of them. Also, he took a part out of the handle area and said I don't know what this part is, I've never seen this before. But I took it out. The shower is exactly like it was before, restored to previous good water pressure and correct temperature handling. (What do you know? We didn't remember it wrong.) The handle is perfect again.
Not only did the Honest Plumber BARELY fix the original problem, they BROKE TWO OTHER THINGS and then told us they weren't broken. And tried to charge us to tell us that.
The guys that came out were unprofessional, condescending, and just plain rude. (Side note: the older man also made me and my roommate pretty uncomfortable, as he was pretty aggressive and really rude. I think all them men that work for this company need to learn how to enter a home where a woman is home alone without making her feel uncomfortable or uneasy. Basic etiquette, manners, and gentlemanly behavior, even if you are a plumber, are not too much to ask for.) Dealing with them over what should have been an easy and quick fix turned into so much frustration and annoyance. I wouldn't send my worst enemies to this company.

I had a service from Gundlach's about more than ten years ago. I made payments to them and paid them off within two months. I understand that is payment on services rendered but had a unfortunate emergency. I tried to call them for service four years ago,but was denied service because I was blacklisted. I even offered to put a credit card on file as well as apologized for the past. But I was refused service. I tried to speak to the manager who refused to speak to me. I have since found another local professional company. I'm just surprised about the hypocrisy of this company, they advertise on a Christian radio, as well as their management drives in their red trucks with a scripture on the back. It does talk about forgiveness in scripture. I called today, the manager got my message but has not called. No I don't need anything from them, it's just the principle. I just wish I could give them a no star rating
