I called Advanced Plumbing for plumbing issues we were having at work. They were on the job same day, earlier than scheduled, and did an above and beyond job getting us back up and running. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us reasonable options for our particular problem. Our septic system backed up on a Saturday afternoon. We began calling plumbing companies only to have people tell us we will call you Monday or they don't service residential septic systems anymore. Alex, not only took our call, he came out, with his wife, on Sunday and pumped and cleaned our system. Of all the companies who have came before him, he was by far the most professional and clean. We had a a copper pipe attached to our wall snap and had to shut off our water. We called for a repair and they came out in about an hour! We were so thankful. They were very professional and did a great job. Being almost 41 weeks pregnant and due at any moment it was a huge relief to be able to have our water back on and the pipe fixed. We will definitely be using them again and will refer them to others that need plumbing repairs. They are also very reasonably priced.

Such a great plumbing service! I'm remodeling my bathroom and needed someone to replace our old shower valve and pipes before a fast approaching deadline. Jason quickly responded to my request for an estimate, it was a lengthier response than other companies, and he was charging less!

Eugene Frye is the best!  He has a great work ethic and is reasonable.  It is difficult to find anybody like this anymore.  If it is an emergency, he will be right out.  Even if it is not an emergency, he works with your schedule.  He diagnoses the problem until it is solved.  I have referred him to several people, and they have all been very satisfied.

He also contributes to the community and volunteers.

I am very picky, and for me to commend somebody like this is a very big deal!

Had them come out to see about installing a new faucet and shower head. They showed up on time, but then were there for about 10 minutes total before recommending a different fix. Our plumber then left and we proceeded to fix the shower ourselves. A few weeks later we received a bill of almost $100 for less than 20 minutes of work. I understand that they're unionized and that they had the hassle of driving out, but to charge 100 to tell us to do it ourselves is not acceptable. We would have been happy to pay a slightly smaller fee for the trouble of driving out, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

TL;DR: Just hire a local handyman. There are plenty that will do it for a better price.

I called them to see if they could install a water softner system. They said yes and wanted to come out and check out my water softner system in order to give me a quote. Two days later they showed up took pictures of my system and was informed they were going to call me back to give me a quote, they didn't bother to reach out at all and never heard anything from them.

We had to call kangarooter out after another company did a disastrous job. They came out the same day I called, because the other company had terrible costumer service and caused many problems. Not only did they find out our entire pipe needed to be repaired but they also discovered the other company hadn't even touched our entire second tank. I will never again make the mistake of using anyone else.

Our kitchen flooded in the middle of the night on Saturday.  Richard H. arrived when he said he would and immediately started assessing the damage.  He walked us through the whole process from setting up the drying equipment to calling our insurance.  Great service and friendly.  The plumber came at the time promised within hours and fixed the leak.  Would recommend!

We have had Payless plumbing help us many many times over the years and have always had a great experience.  Even with a few emergency leaks they were able to help us out right away.

Wow! Came same day I called in 105 degree weather and AC was broken. Called another reputable company who had a 5 day wait which was unacceptable. I was prepared for the worst and would have believed just about anything they told me as I've had problems in the past. I also thought I would have an enormous cost, but the technician was as honest and fair as they come! Gundlach showed up and fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes and the charge was only 50$! Integrity and professionalism , this place gets my Highest recommendation!! The office staff is excellent and nice too!

I used to use the Homeowners insurance which provided the absolute worst company's with weeks long wait and they knew nothing and charged thousands and had to keep coming back over and over for weeks on end! I even had one who tried to steal the replacement unit that the insurance had provided and they still didn't fix the problem!!

Gundlach also has a monthly maintenance service where they change filters and clean unit in preparation for heating etc! I will definitely use this as Gundlach is the most honest HVAC service I've ever experienced!! They saved the day!!! Love this place it's a dream come true!!! They've been around a long long time and it's evidence of the quality of service!!!
