i was  given a time frame, and was contacted Just before arrival time.  This is so appreciated to where I had experienced other companies to be no shows or late service excuses.

Tony responded quickly to my request, and got to my house within an hour.  His estimate was fair, he worked quickly, and did a great job - I'll definitely hire him again!

Our septic system backed up on a Saturday afternoon. We began calling plumbing companies only to have people tell us we will call you Monday or they don't service residential septic systems anymore. Alex, not only took our call, he came out, with his wife, on Sunday and pumped and cleaned our system. Of all the companies who have came before him, he was by far the most professional and clean. Alex and Liberty will be our first call every time.

Very professional. Went with Absolute Drywall over the contractor AAA recommended and so happy we did. Can't say enough good things about this business!From the beginning Jennifer was very helpful on the phone and Brandon was very informative. Hiring a contractor and trusting them can be a scary process and for sure Brandon took that fear away. He was clear with us, very professional and reasonably priced. Took about a day and a half and the finished work looks amazing. Awesome work!

If you are in need of a handyman, Will is your guy. I use him often when I need something done around the house or need something assembled. He has installed ceiling fans, put up my exterior hanging patio lights, fixed my leaking sink, replaced my garbage disposal, hung shelving on the wall in my kitchen for my coffee station and shelves in my guest bathroom, and assembled furniture pieces that I received from Amazon.

These guys are the best! Quick appointment time and they accommodated my work schedule. My bathroom sink had been clogged. Brandon Lee was profesional and helpful with all my questions and even looked at a few other things that I hadn't originally requested for my appointment. He went above and beyond!!

Thank you plumbing doc for saving me thousands of dollars! Very honest, respectful, knowledgeable men. They Came out with intentions to cut out a snake that a (different plumbing company) got stuck in my line and planned on jackhammering my floor up and re-piping my sewer line. But thanks to  guys they knew what they where doing.  They were able to get it unstuck and out of my drain and saved me money. We found our new plumbing company. Great service from Mark! We were looking around for plumbing repair here and they responded really quick and they have the most reasonable quote. Mark is such a nice guy, he came on time, wore mask the entire time, he explained everything to us and most importantly he did a really great job fixing the problem. I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. This past Friday we noticed the carpet flooring in one of our rooms was soaked which was due to a leak from our water heater. I called these guys and they came out the same day to assess the situation and install a new water heater, which was definitely needed because the water heater hadn't been changed since 1996. Lucas explained everything to us and referred us to someone who helped with the water clean up and home restoration. We noticed that the hot water pressure in the kitchen was low as well, so they cleared the water line and it's all working well now. We are definitely planning to go through them again for other work needed at our home.

Sunday evening. Noticed moisture in the wall in the kitchen. Made two other calls and left messages to other companies, but Jason answered my call. I was so relieved that he did too. He then came out at 10 pm, cut the wall, found the leak, fixed it, cleaned up. Very reasonable price and very fair.  There's no way I could have had a better experience. I recommend you don't waste your time or take a chance with someone unknown. Just call Jason at Avid.  I'm definitely going to call him for any and all plumbing needs.

Eugene Frye is the best!  He has a great work ethic and is reasonable.  It is difficult to find anybody like this anymore.  If it is an emergency, he will be right out.  Even if it is not an emergency, he works with your schedule.  He diagnoses the problem until it is solved.  I have referred him to several people, and they have all been very satisfied.

He also contributes to the community and volunteers.

I am very picky, and for me to commend somebody like this is a very big deal!

Im so glad i found Maricio, so far he's installed a new garbage disposal and most recently a new kitchen faucet.  I called around, his quotes were lower and he didn't try to supply products at jacked up prices.  We supplied the garbage disposal and faucet (he even sent pictures of the faucets he recommeded) Maricio was available quickly, the same day on both occacions.  That was awsome when the garbage disposal went out on a Saturday, we went to home depot and got the same one and he came right over! (most places were one week wait)  Maricio is pleasant and professional, he came in and had my faucet installed quickly and even disconnected our old reverse osmosis mess we hadn't used in years. I hope I won't need emeregency repairs again any time soon, but  I slapped his magnetic card on my fridge just in case!  It's nice to know I'VE GOT A GUY FOR THAT!!  Thanks Maricio

We have been trying to get Carroll Plumbing to fix the pilot light on our hot water heater for about 4-5 days now? We are also considering purchasing a tankless water heater. However~ as I mentioned... we have been waiting for them to come... 4-5 days...We have no hot water! Heating water in the stove and taking a shower this way has gotten old. The woman at the office says yes, we'll send someone over ... or she does not answer my husband's calls. Yes, there is a lot of work to be done in Montecito right now, but helllooooo?! If you say you will, you should. We need a dependable plumber too and we are not getting it from these people. Who knows a GOOD plumber who wants our work?!

We had to call kangarooter out after another company did a disastrous job. They came out the same day I called, because the other company had terrible costumer service and caused many problems. Not only did they find out our entire pipe needed to be repaired but they also discovered the other company hadn't even touched our entire second tank. I will never again make the mistake of using anyone else.

Renee in the office is great. All the men that came out were superb. I highly recommend them.

Please save your money and call someone else, this company is way expensive, the workers are unprofessionals, liars and they do a shitty work, I called them last week and I had a horrible experience.  Bryan was the technician that came by to fixed the leaking I had and he left the work unfinished. Maybe the company  it's NOT the problem, the problem is their dumb employees that don't have a proper training.  Please don't call them !!!

in reply to their 'fabricated' response, first  I would like to  note,  that only a wk later I went to change the filter in my AC unit and the 'inside' of the AC unit was absolutely FILTHY!!...something that i never experience with any prior service visit!....so this 'newbee' they sent me did absolutely nothing regarding 'cleaning/servicing' my unit....so not only does this person have no brains...as you can read below (to stand right in front of a sign posted on my back door that says 'no back door access...use front door ONLY, yet he doesn't bother knocking at the FRONT door...like NORMAL people would...and just is ready to drive off!), but he is the laziest service rep I have ever dealt with (and this owners(?) stating there were prior issues with other service visits are fabricated...i never had ANY issues with ANY other service reps in all the years of doing business with this co......makes me think this 'lazy newbee' was some relative of someone in the co.!). Anyway, GLAD TO BE RID of suck an UNPROFESSIONAL service!

this was my husband's reply to owner(s) letter of cancellation, that gave us no reason as to why cancelling (and now only getting a fabricated one!):

on the June service visit here, my wife informed me that the driver went to the back door instead of the front (where on the Back door a large sign is clearly posted stating: Use Front Door ONLY - Back Door is NOT Accessible, and that sign is not only directly on the back door, but also on the Front of the house that one can clearly SEE as you MUST walk by it to get to the back door, yet your service rep chose to just ignored these signs). Since the back door cannot be opened, my wife waited for him to READ the signs, and come to the front door, instead he got into his truck and she heard him starting to drive away!  She had to immediately run outside in her stocking feet to be able to stop him in time from leaving, so naturally she was upset asking why he can't read signs, and why he wouldn't 'naturally' come around to the front door? He had nothing but excuses that made zero sense....saying: 'didn't know if you still wanted the appointment', and  'I didn't see a car so thought no one was home' (... really?? that was his 'excuse' for being too lazy to knock on the front door?...we only own ONE car, and it's what gets me to my job, so WHY would there necessarily be another car in the driveway?), plus who automatically goes to a back door of a house they've never been to, instead of knocking on the FRONT?

My wife said nothing more to him after hearing such ridiculous excuses (thinking there was something wrong with this guy -plus he later was irritated because he had to use the FRONT door when coming in and out, due to the back door being unusable)...which was never an issue for all the service people we had prior, and who KNEW their job and were very nice as well (re: there was NEVER ANY issues when these service people were here, like this owner NOW is fabricating). So my wife just waited for him to do the cleaning, and she even asked him if he wanted a cold drink or water, because it was so hot that day, and he had to be outside part of the time. That is 'hardly' the basis of  someone being 'unfriendly on multiple occasions', as you claim, (rather, from his actions, this is obviously a man who doesn't like his job).

She also told me, after he finally was done, that it appeared (re: being the 'only logical explanation' of his actions/comments) that you sent some newbie out this time round (instead of the regular guys we had before) because this one spent most of his time on the phone asking for advice, so this would also explain his apparent laziness to just want to immediately drive off, instead of even coming to the front door in the first place. I suggested she file a complaint about him to the company, and she declined and said that maybe he'd get his 'act' together for the next customer, so what good would complaining about it do anyway - he'd only deny it all (which I can see now by your canceling our service, is exactly what he did).  She told me she even thanked him when he left, which is something I certainly wouldn't have bothered doing, after his urgency to just drive off on her in the first place.

So if that is how you do business, by stressing out customers via sending out people who don't know what they are doing, who are in such a hurry to not want to do the job they were booked for, and who apparently aren't even happy with their job in the first place (instead of sending us the 'regular/educated' service guys who came before - they are the ones who don't just try to drive off' but instead take the time to read the posted sign(s) & use logic by going to the Front door ...not a person's Back door, which isn't even the norm when coming to someone's house, especially for the first time) ,  then we certainly don't want to 'give' you our business either, and we will certainly advise others to avoid your services at all cost
