Tina in the office was great I was able to have someone come by and fix my shower that day. They showed up on time as promised, provided an estimate and then Ryan fixed my shower valve. I'm a 100% satisfied with the customer service and work performed.

Visiting my mother in law for the holidays,  noticed the the tub needed a new trap and shoe, Tony was able too come out the next morning and replaced the trap and shoe, while under the house Tony was able to see that a majority of the pipes needed to be replaced.

   We also had Tony replace the shower valve, handle, tub spout, shower head.    Turned out all the pipes were galvanized so Tony had to replace them as well.
   Tony quoted us a fair price and stuck by his quote.   I highly recommend Tony for any of your plumbing needs, he was punctuation, and kept me informed of any changes in the bill.

Liberty was recommended to me by Lucas plumbing. He told me they were reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. I called him in the morning and he was able to come out the same day. His crew worked quick and did a great job with clean up! I definitely recommend them. We will be calling him back in a few years when we need it pumped again.

We really appreciate Brandon and his team. He is a go-getter and nowadays it cannot be stated much about people working on projects. He started immediately, was reasonable and he came to oversee the job many times. The end result is an absolutely gorgeous bathroom. We had special cement tiles put in and that requires attention to detail and a little extra prep. We are very happy and would gladly recommend his company for anyone wanting good professional work.

Bo was our plumber and was incredible. We had a pretty complicated shower replacement problem and he tackled it with gusto and was very attentive to my numerous texts and communications for weeks until the job was complete. He went above and beyond and provided great customer service and technical know-how, putting my mind at ease. I will be calling on him for future plumbing needs.

John was just out to de-winterize my swamp cooler. He is upbeat, professional, and explained everything. He went up on the roof four different times to make sure everything was OK.  I will never use any other plumbing service. Irene.

Their team showed up the same day I called. They got my water heater replaced the same day and they plumbed water to my garage fridge. They also brought my water heater install up to code in the process.

The price was fair and inline with the other plumbers I spoke to.

Needed an emergency plumber due to a leaking toilet in our rental house. Mark came out same day, found and fixed the problem, and also diagnosed and took care of several other plumbing issues while he was at it! Terrific service, friendly, and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. We had a a copper pipe attached to our wall snap and had to shut off our water. We called for a repair and they came out in about an hour! We were so thankful. They were very professional and did a great job. Being almost 41 weeks pregnant and due at any moment it was a huge relief to be able to have our water back on and the pipe fixed. We will definitely be using them again and will refer them to others that need plumbing repairs. They are also very reasonably priced.

Eugene Frye is the best!  He has a great work ethic and is reasonable.  It is difficult to find anybody like this anymore.  If it is an emergency, he will be right out.  Even if it is not an emergency, he works with your schedule.  He diagnoses the problem until it is solved.  I have referred him to several people, and they have all been very satisfied.

He also contributes to the community and volunteers.

I am very picky, and for me to commend somebody like this is a very big deal!

Mr. Lopez installed my Ring Doorbell.  First, he was on time.  He was professional and explained his procedure prior to and during the work.  Very efficient and I am pleased with the results.

We recently used Carroll Plumbing and Maintenance to replace our water heater, and I would not recommend them, as they do not have their clients' best interests at heart.  Our final invoice was $750+ more than what was quoted, so naturally, I called for clarification prior to paying the bill.  My husband received a call back via voicemail stating that the invoice was indeed incorrect and they would be charging us more.  The owner then thought he had hung up the phone and went on ranting for another minute or so.  On the recoding, we could hear him mouthing off to his employees that he was going to re-invoice us for more $$, and they can all be heard laughing in the background.  He went on to call my husband a son of a b***h and so on. Shame on them for treating clients with such disrespect. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

I made an appointment for Kangarooter  to service my septic tank and provided my telephone number, for any issues. They came to the house and torn up my yard, failed to pump my septic tank do to tree roots that were the width of a pasta noodle and never called. I called back that evening and spoke with the owners wife, who said her husband would came me in the morning. He never called and the lady that answers the phone called and said they would have to use a tractor. Poor customer service. Do not waste your time with this company!

I had a slow flushing toilet.  Technician took the toilet off and ran the junior machine down the toilet line.  When we flushed the toilet, it was just as bad as it was before.  After a couple of more flushing, he said that he thought it was the jets on the toilet itself and wanted to schedule a toilet replacement.  I declined.

Roto Rooter charged me $355 before diagnosing the clogged jets.  Now looking with a mirror, I can see calcium clogging in the jets.  So, hey Roto Rooter, why not diagnose the problem before charging me for something that didn't need fixing.  I just spent $355 on utter incompetence and now must fix the toilet anyway.  Not Happy.

To add insult to injure, the machine sprayed a line of sewage up my bathroom wall as he was pulling the snake out.  Not Happy.

I am updating my review. This company did the right thing without me asking them to do it. They sent another technician who replaced the broken pipe and the best part, he filled in the hole, yah!!  I understand everyone has a bad day, we all have them, so all is forgiven.  I feel a lot better about this company now.

My AC wasn't cooling my house. Gundlach's was professional, efficient and repaired the issue quickly! I will definitely use them again.
