i was  given a time frame, and was contacted Just before arrival time.  This is so appreciated to where I had experienced other companies to be no shows or late service excuses.

We tried to do a 2 to 1 conversion on our shower. After getting to the pipes, we realized they were soldered and didn't have threading as we'd hope since the valve was threaded. Soldering is not in our wheelhouse. So I requested a quote and Tony responded within minutes and came out to give an estimate. We thought the price was reasonable and he started the work. There was a hiccup with one of our old pipes but Tony let us know and he stayed extra to switch out the piece with the issue and finish the job. I'm so glad we found Tony to help us. He was professional, patient, and stands behind his work. We are grateful for his hard work.

I called for a water leak under a faucet around 4:00pm. I was told they would have someone out between 5-6. At 6:30 I called multiple times to get a response, but I only got a voicemail that wasn't set up and then it hung up on me.  I had to call another plumber who came out and fixed the leak, but It's now almost 8:30.  I thought I'd at least get a phone call saying they weren't going to make it.  I did give them my cell number to make sure they could get a hold of me.

John was just out to de-winterize my swamp cooler. He is upbeat, professional, and explained everything. He went up on the roof four different times to make sure everything was OK.  I will never use any other plumbing service. Irene.

We have had Payless plumbing help us many many times over the years and have always had a great experience.  Even with a few emergency leaks they were able to help us out right away.

Not much worse than a broken, leaking toilet before guests arrive.  I had a lot of trouble calling around to find a local plumber until I tried getting quotes thru Yelp.  Mark replied immediately and asked very relevant questions to prepare his estimate for exactly what I wanted.  His bid was completely fair, he arrived on time with everything needed for the job, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything.  I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, friendly attitude and willingness to provide the new toilet and drive up here the next day.  Excellent.

I took my time searching for a good plumber and went with Roman Rooter after speaking with other companies. His prices were about the same as the other quotes but the difference was that this guy (Richard) returned my call right away. He was not pushy, just ready to serve. Very straightforward. I did not have to play phone tag as with other companies. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that made perfect sense. He was very focused on solving the plumbing problem and completed all work according to estimate. Work required 2 men
(himself and co-worker) and they were both very courteous and respectful in our home. No one likes plumbing problems, but I would hire them again if needed. Once we find someone we like, we stay with them ( tree trimmers, painters, mechanics etc.) I appreciate that he was very very knowledgeable how problem happened, how to fix it and how to prevent future problems.

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. They also worked quick to install pipes and drains for a new kitchenette and laundry units. Thanks guys!

Received my water bill and went up $150 from previous months. Called Raytek and they came right out. Darren found the leak and made the repair. Darren was very professional and very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Lucas and his helper were very good. They came out to do work for me the same day that I contacted them, and while working they provided me with honest feedback, advice, and suggestions to all sorts of hypotheticals I gave them.

To top it off, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

I was lucky to find Jason on inquiring through Yelp for a plumber. I took a picture and gave a brief description of the issue I was having and boom, sent out to four different companies. Sweet, that was super easy.

The first response I received back was from A1 services, saying I am booked.. Well my inquiry was for a scheduled service, not an emergency. Was not too confident with them. The second response that I received was from Jason. Very professional response and he assured me that my issue was normal and he has seen it a few times. The third inquiry I received from The honest plumber, it was well over a day and by my photo he could not give me a definite price. The fourth was to EHS & Sons, I have yet to receive a response.

I was just like any other Yelper and wanted to do my research before hiring anyone. All reviews were perfect, checked other sources and HE IS COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE. When I replied to Jason he gave me a quick response with his phone number and told me I could text or call him with any questions or to discuss the issue. I set up a time for him to come out and do the work the next day :)

The work was complete in just a few hours, once everything was set and dry we could put our new toilet on. Toilet was set with no problems and it is now fully functional.

Jason was a very nice and professional man to work with. I would recommend his services to anyone. Great response time and fair prices. Do not hire this guy for any electrical problems. He asks for diagnosis fee even though he could not diagnose the problem. He only got away with it coz only my partner was home. He tried to squeeze another few when he came to look at the problem again..told him to go to hell. When I got qualified electrician the problem was fixed in 2 minutes . It seems his business model is diagnosis fee with no diagnosis and fleecing housewives . Do not recommend other than for basic stuff or if you can't find anyone else to hire . No qualifications no insurance, unreliable .

I had a leaky water heater in my garage and started calling around to plumbing companies for help. Xtreme Plumbing said they would come by the same day to help.
Sabir came by and said he would need a day to get the permit, and explained several options for replacement. I opted for the tankless heater and within a day I was back to hot showers!
These guys are the only option for plumbing needs!

Kitchen sink was backed he arrived on time and took care of the problem. Extremely professional and caring about the work he performed. Will definitely use him if we ever encounter a plumbing problem.

These guys are great! They have all the newest high tech tools, skilled workers and very knowledgeable. I had a couple other companies out to my commercial property that was having some issues, neither company could figure out the problem but charged me plenty. A friend recommended Bakersfield Plumbing because of their equipment and knowledge. Tony the owner came out along with his foreman and in no time found the problem. We scheduled it and it was repaired perfectly and quickly. I would recommend Bakersfield Plumbing for any plumbing problems.

I understand that this is a large company with a high overhead I'm sure, but I have found that their prices are high, you should get a second opinion on their estimates.
