i was  given a time frame, and was contacted Just before arrival time.  This is so appreciated to where I had experienced other companies to be no shows or late service excuses.

My kitchen sink had a leak and when I attempted to turn off the water under my sink, the valve to my cold water link started a second leak. Tony fixes both leaks, replaced what was broken and damaged and did an overall great job! He's a pleasure to work with and I'm so thankful on how quick he was because he was concerned about me not having water to do whatever else I needed. He is someone I feel like I can rely on should something else, plumbing related happens, he's going to be the person I go to! Thanks so much Tony!

Update: was contacted about my review and was told some one would be calling to schedule me. Well no one called but on Friday at the end of the week a guy just showed up at my door.  He said i had a opt and was in a def hurry to get the job done.  Got a new instahot but had to use my old faucet because it was not brush nickle like the rest of my sink items.  I am pleased that my water heater works but still poor communication.

John was an amazing help!! I just purchased a new home in Tehachapi, and the water heater had a leak and would not keep the correct temperature. The home warranty people wanted to write it off as wear and tear. But John talked with them and got them to replace my water heater. He is on time and trustworthy. That's not something I have found to be common with plumbers. Super happy I found him. He will be the only plumber I use from here on out!! Thanks John:)

After getting a ridiculously high quote from another company in town, I went to my Facebook community and asked for recommendations.  I received several recommendations for Payless.  They came out and estimated the job at 2-3 hours.  Came back the next day and did the work, and it was exactly as estimated.  No hidden costs, no surprises.  Just exactly what was quoted.  The plumber that came out was Chris Jackson.  Very professional and courteous.  I would highly recommend Payless for you plumbing needs.

You can count on Liberty Plumbing to provide the best service. Alex came out pumped both sides of my septic tank and did the job right. Had some serious issues in one of my homes and not only did he respond quickly with a quote and options for me but since I decided I needed the job done immediately he was able to fit me in much sooner then I had expected. The job was finished in a reasonable time and displayed quality work as well. There was no half assing here!

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. Received my water bill and went up $150 from previous months. Called Raytek and they came right out. Darren found the leak and made the repair. Darren was very professional and very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a leak in my main line and gave this company a call for repairs. I usually do most simple repairs, but me, being a senior, was not able to do this type of work. So a quick call to AAM & Kline plumbing got me an appointment the following morning. But due to an emergency my repair was rescheduled for the following day. Understandable so it wasn't a problem for me. The following day I received a call and due to a medical issue with someone connected with the company they couldn't make the appointment. But the leak was larger than I had expressed and while they were ready to reschedule me after the holiday weekend it really needed to be repaired. The water had filled the the area where the meter was located and flowing out making a puddle in the surrounding area. So AAM & Kline made arrangements for another company to come out on a Saturday and repair the leak. They lost money but the customer service is outstanding. I understand that problems can crop up. I was raised in a small family business and sometimes unavoidable circumstances presented itself with our business that prevented our fulfilling previously scheduled issues. Would I recommend AAM & Kline? Whole heartily! Fortunately for me the repair was simple and I couldn't be happier.

Emailed them on a Sunday night to setup an appt. on Monday AM to deal with a rental house plumbing issue.  They replied that night and called the Tenant to schedule 1st thing Monday.  Monday AM, after they looked at the issue, called me and gave me a price.  A few hours later they called and asked a question about a spur line that seemed to have been abandoned.  They confirmed it was abandoned and dropped the price a 100.00.  I don't think other crews would have done that.  By noon the issue was fixed and everyone was happy.  
Would recommend the service.

I had a leaky water heater in my garage and started calling around to plumbing companies for help. Xtreme Plumbing said they would come by the same day to help.
Sabir came by and said he would need a day to get the permit, and explained several options for replacement. I opted for the tankless heater and within a day I was back to hot showers!
These guys are the only option for plumbing needs!

My shower handle broke off this morning and we had to immediately turn off our water. I called McCall's since Robert did such a fantastic job the first time.
Once again from speaking with the kind and professional office manager through the successful repair Robert performed within an hour of my request for service, I am so impressed!
Today's repair was a difficult one & Robert did an outstanding job! He is very knowledgeable and assisted with a water heater issue as well. He always goes above and beyond! His assistant was very kind and professional as well and cleaned everything up perfectly after the repair.

My sister needed her cesspool replaced.  We were gifting the job to her family and I had reached out to Facebook for recommendations for such a job. I live in Las Vegas but I am from Bakersfield and have several friends as I grew up there.  I asked her to get two to three proposals.  I'm a real estate investor and manager and I know how the bidding process should work.  My husband was a County Project Engineer for many years so he too is very familiar with the bidding process.

The problem with Kangarooter is getting a proposal.  My sister reached out to them no less than a half a dozen times to get a proposal.  They gave multiple excuses as to why they didn't send or prepare a proposal.  The excuses stemmed from Oh, I thought Rene already took care of this.  Oh we gave him the wrong address.  With each excuse it was followed up with We will get you a proposal by X date.  That time would come and pass and nothing.  In the meantime Superior came out the same day called and gave a proposal.  My sister had done business previously with Kangarooter and I know she would of liked to give them the business however, me being in the real estate business for 28 years, if a company can't even provide you with something so simple as a proposal then you don't want to deal with them once they have been paid.  First impressions are everything.  Once I signed the contract and did the deposit over the phone they were out there that very day doing soil testing.  Plans were submitted to the County and work was scheduled and completed in rapid succession.  

You would think a company would want a contract, a sizeable one at that.  Especially during an pandemic when other companies are suffering for work, employee's are worried about their jobs.  Apparently that is not the case with this company.  I would be so embarrassed as the company owner to know at $7,000 to $8,000 job just walked out their door because they couldn't be bothered with doing something so simple as a proposal.  They could at the very least tell potential clients that their schedule is full and they are not able to accept new clients at this time.  Don't waste a homeowners time, it's just wrong.

Never use this company. Rude employees and crazy hourly rates. Oh and they charge for travel time so hopefully they don't get stuck in traffic on the way to you. You will have to pay for that. Their technician Jason is extremely rude and the receptionist is clueless.

I had problems with my thermostat in my new condo. They came out the next day after I called and diagnosed the problem right away. It was the incorrect thermostat for my type of heater. They came out the next day with my replacement unit. Wonderful and professional job done.
