Highly recommended!!  My husband and I called out advanced plumbing for the first time. They were prompt, and very professional. The men that came out were very friendly and knowledgeable.  My problem was fixed very quickly with no hassle. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends and they will be our go to should we have any issues in the future.

I've used John the plumber at least five times over the last few years. Always responsive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Reasonable price on all the jobs, and a 10% discount for seniors.

We tried to do a 2 to 1 conversion on our shower. After getting to the pipes, we realized they were soldered and didn't have threading as we'd hope since the valve was threaded. Soldering is not in our wheelhouse. So I requested a quote and Tony responded within minutes and came out to give an estimate. We thought the price was reasonable and he started the work. There was a hiccup with one of our old pipes but Tony let us know and he stayed extra to switch out the piece with the issue and finish the job. I'm so glad we found Tony to help us. He was professional, patient, and stands behind his work. We are grateful for his hard work.

So I had an emergency happening in my house and I called a couple of plumbers and it would of taken up to a week to get the job done so I called the plumbing Doc and Jeremiah and his assistant got it done same day I called.Reasonable prices too.

Cannot say I would recommend since owner seemed to forget about set appointments. Was told project will be done in one day, and that did not happen. Was told owner of company would do a final walk-through to make sure project was completed to spec, not only did he pull a no-show, he did it twice.
I would have expected this treatment if it was a low budget job, but to pay good money and having to deal with the dependability issue (had to take time off work to meet appointments he never showed up to) WAS NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY. Apologies were never offered, he said prices were reasonable with competition, but I would have to reject the fairness of price to project done when I had to keep making new appointments to deal with this guy who doesn't respect other's time.

Great service from Mark! We were looking around for plumbing repair here and they responded really quick and they have the most reasonable quote. Mark is such a nice guy, he came on time, wore mask the entire time, he explained everything to us and most importantly he did a really great job fixing the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone & will definitely use their service again.

We recently had a plumbing emergency and called American Home Shield but the company they sent out said the job would take too long and they couldn't do it. We called three plumbers and we were lucky to get Owen to help us. He came out quickly and fixed our water problem. These guys are quality, top notch in skill and politeness, they remodeled most of my house and I am more than pleased with their awesome work. My only regret is going against some of their recommendations! They knew how important a light above the kitchen sink was oh why did I not listen!!! They were also so patient with all my changing ideas and indecisiveness on things. Hiring them combined with Pinterest I was able to create my dream kitchen and other rooms without paying tons of money for one of those remodeling businesses just to try and tell me what my house should look like and charge me twice as much to make those decisions and manage the job, it wasn't difficult with absolute because if they didn't do it they had a solid guy that did and got me In touch immediately

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. They also worked quick to install pipes and drains for a new kitchenette and laundry units. Thanks guys!

Lucas and his helper were very good. They came out to do work for me the same day that I contacted them, and while working they provided me with honest feedback, advice, and suggestions to all sorts of hypotheticals I gave them.

To top it off, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

I called Jason looking for a second estimate on a repair I thought I needed according to another company that I got an estimate from. Not only did he quote me a way more affordable estimate over the phone based on what I had been told I needed to be done (install of an access panel and valve change) but, once he had time to come out and take a look, it turned out it was an easier repair than I had been told (only needed a cartridge change and new handle) and only a fraction of the cost. Jason is a busy guy but is well worth the wait and I see why everyone calls him for the job. Very knowledgeable, HONEST, friendly yet professional, and affordable. He is my new go to for plumbing! Don't waste your time with the big brand companies. Jason will take care of you!

Cory came out and fixed our sliding glass door that was frozen in place after we installed new rollers in it. He was very personable and got the job done quickly. All 5 of my dogs liked him also so he has 5 paws up from my crew.

Excellent.  We had a water break on the main line coming into the house on a SUNDAY morning.  We called and they were here within 20 minutes.  After digging down for what must have been three feet of mud, the problem was found and quickly solved.  Professional, courteous, and efficient.  As good as it gets.  I highly recommend them.

Needed a plumber to come same day in pine mountain and roto rooter was the only company of about 10 that I called that could accommodate. They sent their technician Eric who was GREAT! He was kind enough to wait for me to call my warranty to ensure that the services I needed were covered and they were which was an added bonus! He was fast, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend this company especially for those out in pine mountain where certain types of service can be limited.

Payless Plumbing showed exceptional service. I had to replace my moms water heater & had some issues about it with family. Someone said I couldn't replace it without getting a permit. Well I reached out to Payless Plumbing Thursday. They explained everything came out & installed it today. Turns out the water heater was not up to code so he ran  pipe to outside & still stayed in my install budget. The technician that came out was very professional, very sincere & knew what he was talking about. Five Star most definitely

I had a horrible experience.  Gundlach's came out and serviced our A/C system and pointed out a part that needed to be replaced.  A month later and our A/C system will not cool the house and runs all day.  The house was so hot that we had to stay with relatives since our son was sick and just came home from the hospital.  After a few visits, they still could not figure out what was wrong with the system and never fixed it and still charged us.  We decided to replace the A/C system after a week of not being able to live in our house.
The worst part was when we tried to go our separate ways from Gundlach's.  We had signed up for the comfort club on their first visit.  When we tried to cancel after the first service was paid in full, they wanted us to pay for the discount that we had received from the comfort club.  They stated that they guarantee their work for two years which is why I had to pay the difference. Some warranty, the system and the part failed in less than a month and they could not fix the problem.  I would not waste my time and money with this company.
