We called first thing in the morning and they scheduled us the same day and even had a cancellation so they came almost immediately.
Daniel was very courteous and neat, came in assessed what needed to be done and completed all work then did a complete walk-thru of all indoor and outdoor plumbing.

Tony warrants more than 5 stars.  He is professional and reliable.  His communication skills are impeccable and far exceed anybody I've ever used on Yelp.  I am not exaggerating.  I needed a plumber to re-attached our kitchen plumbing after a granite countertop installation, new sink and faucet.  I had many questions beforehand and he responded to them all. The job went without a hitch.  I will absolutely use Tony for any future plumbing jobs.

Needed an emergency plumber due to a leaking toilet in our rental house. Mark came out same day, found and fixed the problem, and also diagnosed and took care of several other plumbing issues while he was at it! Terrific service, friendly, and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I've been a contractor and home remodeler for many years, and I have worked with and around plumbers for a long while. Owen Garrett is an exceptional individual among plumbers. When our water heater started leaking on Friday morning, I called him and he said all his crews were in the field and busy for the day. I was thinking of asking for a referral, but he interjected that he would replace the unit himself that afternoon. True to his word, he arrived late in the afternoon with the new unit and single handedly completed the new install and removal of the old unit. He was professional, polite, and seemed to enjoy the difficult task. He told me that most of his time is spent assessing plumbing problems and estimating. While he worked we had a chance to discuss his business and what he expects from his crews.  I believe that Owen truly cares that his company delivers great customer service and that it operates fairly and ethically. He's number one to call for my plumbing needs.

We have used Absolute Drywall and Construction for 3 projects in our home and all 3 have exceeded our expectations. Brandon has put up an extra wall in our home to make another bedroom, redone a concrete form and leveled our patio, and upgraded our outdoor barbeque area with new ledger stone and counters. Each project was done very quickly while still being a quality product.

Brandon kept in constant communication during the jobs and sent me periodic updates while I was at work. Always knew exactly where each job stood and what was left to complete. After talking with several contractors who would not return calls, it was refreshing for someone to be so responsive. You can also tell the pride Brandon takes in his work and he stands by his word of giving the customer exactly what they want. I would highly recommend Brandon and his team for any home project you are looking for. You won't be disappointed.

This is not a dependable company. I was referred to them by my home warranty company and only had contact via text. They never communicated over the phone. An appointment was set for Tuesday which also happen to be Valentine's Day. I waited two hours before I called the warranty company who informed me they were no longer taking my work order even though I confirmed 2 days prior. Although I called them several times that day and texted them, they never contacted me back.  Not even a courtesy call or text saying they weren't coming out. Shame on them.  Such poor customer service. Seems to be a pattern of the company from these reviews.  Take your chances with this company- maybe they will show or maybe they will blow you off.  I have yet to hear back from them.

Call them!! Highly recommend McKee! Nicholas and Jacob are responsive, professional and kind. They know what they're doing and gave me a lot of confidence. I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. They also worked quick to install pipes and drains for a new kitchenette and laundry units. Thanks guys!

Received my water bill and went up $150 from previous months. Called Raytek and they came right out. Darren found the leak and made the repair. Darren was very professional and very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called Jason for a quote to install a sink. His prices were half the cost of the competitors. He was very professional and explained in detail all the work he performed. I definitely recommend Jason - he is someone I can trust.

I called Carroll plumbing to fix a hot water problem. Their plumber showed up and fiddled around not doing much of anything for 2 hours or so. Finally he replaced a plastic cartridge kit and they charged me $275. It worked but I noticed cold was hot and hot was cold. Whatever. I just wanted my hot water to work. 3 months later the hot water goes out. I called them and they said We can't send anyone for 5 days... How's that for backing up your own work? So I called another plumber, he came out, within a minute said the cartridge needs replacing. Parts and Labor $130. I told him to go ahead  and fix it and as soon as he took the faucet off he stopped, and told me, Caroll had installed the cartridge upside down. That's why cold was hot and hot was cold and also why the cartridge failed after 3 months.  So to review, CAROLL PLUMBING,
1) works the clock once they show up
2) doesn't back up their work (unless you're willing to go 5 days without hot water)
3) does NOT know how to fix problems correctly as evidence by improper installation.
4) charges too much. $275 versus $130.

So think twice about calling these guys.

Great experience with Jose.  He fixed a leaking dishwasher and garbage disposal hookup.  He went to Home Depot more than once to make sure I had the right parts.  When he couldn't get a washer to fit the dishwasher drain he went back and got the whole part with a washer included so it was a perfect fit.  He stayed through at least three full dishwasher cycles with his flashlight pointed at the hoses the whole time to make sure not a drop of water was leaking anywhere.  I would definitely work with Honest Plumber again and plan to soon for a new water line we want to add across the kitchen.

First off, Leo knows his stuff. The issue I hadn't wasn't quickly resolved. Suggestions were made to prevent this from happening. If any issues were to happen again, I'm requesting this man again.

I called for an estimate and the plumbers showed up and quoted 800.00
to replace the drain fitting for a shower pan and then expected the 70.00
estimate fee. after I called the office and complained  the secretary Waived the fee I  think there should be a law against price gouging

Don't do it. They set up high cost maintenance service plans, never seem to have right size filters (wouldn't that seem to be important for the service profile at some point?- the don't stock that size in my van gets old).
Service guys are really nice, but office is a NIGHTMARE. Rude when you make any inquiry. They will keep billing you even when they haven't contacted you to schedule. So scammy. When I inquired about my elderly parents billing the told me to mind my own business. I personally find that really unethical.
Very disappointing. I really like to support small local companies.
