Best Gas Furnace Installation in Austin TX

My wife and I have been working with Stan's for quite a number of years now.  They installed a new a/c furnace system for us about four years ago.  

I'll cut to the chase and say I don't think that you could find a company in town that does as through, clean, well priced work as these folks.

We are hooked up with their yearly service plan now and although these plans are not always my thing, this coverage with stan's has been fantastic.  a number of times a year they remind us to schedule for a check on our system (comes with the plan).  checking it throughly and cleaning anything that need cleaning - cutting out problems before they happen.

Their technicians have been A+

I love this company.  They installed an entire new system HVAC for us a few years ago and went above and beyond with rebuilding the closet the new system would sit in after pulling out the dinosaur 1979 one that was in there.  Most recently, a technician named Rick Riker came out to the house after a power outage caused our thermostat to turn all white.  He explained exactly what happened, how we can fix it ourselves in the future and also explained another small maintenance action we can do ourselves to keep our system running smoothly.  He was very knowledgeable, polite, and did not charge me for the service.  Just another reason I would very highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!

Had a water leak in yard..called and made an appointment and scheduled..I was called and they had a serviceman finishing a job nearby and rescheduled me for an earlier time which was great.
Frank Morales, the serviceman arrived ,saw the leak area and proceeded to dig to locate...tree roots and rocks were removed and leak located...Frank has a shop vac which removed the water and PVC piping with connections were put in place and leak was fixed. Due to very wet conditions,roots and rocks encountered leak repair took 3-4 hours.
Frank was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the turn offs and options available.
Very pleased with repairs and will contact Daniel's Plumbing for future plumbing and AC repairs needed.

As part of the Austin Energy AC Check-up program, I chose Fox Service as the company to go with (no real good reason).
LaCounte Murray and Rudy Flores showed up, and did a great job.  They showed me lots of things about my air conditions, and the way the operate, their efficiency, etc.  they were really, really helpful.  I also felt like while they try to recommend future services, there was not not a lot of pressure, and certainly no need to make any decisions while they were present.  
I was pleased with the customer service and would use them again.

Eugene was great! very informative, respectful and kind. I highly recommend Parobek as they communicate well, call before showing up and very good and reasonable pricing. We are so grateful for a great company like Parobek.

Ok...so update: We called ABC again to let them know that both the traps were set off and that there was no animal caught! My husband mentioned that he has reset the traps several times already and the receptionist responded with Well don't reset them anymore, wait till Frank comes back out there. The guy came out today 9/8, only to reset the traps, we have NOT heard the animal moving around for the past few days, but have noticed a VERY foul smell coming from our A/C unit in the bathroom. My husband told Frank this, he disregards it and just resets the traps.....says he will be back on Thursday to check. Well we got a call from ABC after Frank left from the supervisor asking about the service. My husband told him that we told his guy that the animal has not been heard for a while and that we smell something bad...he again just says oh well, just wait till Thursday!

I will not ever recommend this place to anyone, they are NOT professional and DO NOT know what they are doing. I am totally dissatisfied!

Loved they showed up quickly, solved my grinder pump problem, they kept me informed all the way thru.  Great service.

My whole experience was fantastic. The operator Brittany was very professional and was able to dispatch a tech very quickly. The tech, Johnny was awesome! He explained everything that was wrong and gave me the proper fix vs the quick fix estimate and what each entailed. I opted to go with the proper fix knowing I was in good hands as he was very professional and easy to talk to. He got to work quickly and finished within the timing he estimated it would take. I will definitely be a repeat customer if I have any other plumbing issues.

After suddenly being trapped behind our automated gate one morning, we knew something was up with our older home's electrical system.

After liberating ourselves from the property, we did some research on the way to H-E-B on electricians and quickly found SALT. Boy are we glad we did!

From the very first interaction over the phone we knew we made the right choice. They had excellent customer service, kept us informed, and had availability that worked for us.

Seth came out to visit us, and explained how SALT works, and what their goals are as a provider. They inspected the entire electrical system, and within minutes identified the issue and recommended a number of choices to fix our issue and safeguard our home.

Less than a week later, more friends from SALT arrived, Greg was the leader, and completed the work. They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves.

While they may be on the pricier side of the spectrum, you definitely get what you pay for! Since then we have had them back to help us move a dryer plug, and our experience was perfection yet again. Highly recommend SALT - be sure to ask for Seth

My water heater bit the dust so I called Christianson to see if it could be repaired.  As I feared, the unit was pronounced DOA.  I elected to replace it with a new tankless unit and was shocked to learn that my plumber Jeff would be able to source a new Navien unit and could stay to install it that same afternoon! While Jeff dismantled and removed the old heater a helper picked up the new one and drove to my house with it.  The two guys worked late to get the heater installed and everything worked beautifully.  Both Jeff and Joseph were professional and courteous and answered all my questions.  This deal couldn't have gone much better.  A++++++

DO NOT use this company. They are extremely overpriced. You're paying for their expensive overhead rather than actual plumbing work.  And whether or not they can actually get the work done is debatable. In my case, they did not. I had to go elsewhere.  Call them to rationally offer your concerns and they give lots of lip service, but very little action.

They were very responsive and sent two very nice guys to install a water heater that had just broken over the summer. They were very expensive, charging $2400 for the new water heater and installation but given my desperation I was willing to pay. I am not giving them a bad review because of their installation and price but because of what happened afterwards. We wrote them a check the day of installation for final payment, which they somehow lost afterwards. They called about a week later and told us they had lost the check and I needed to mail another one. However, I did not immediately issue another check as I needed to find the original check number to place a stop order on it and figure out what happened. I then received a very aggressive call from their manager threatening to report me to the credit bureau for lack of payment if I did not pay over the phone. I told them them that I would not pay until there was a stop order placed. He agreed to let me place the stop order and gave me exactly one week to do so. He was aggressive and unprofessional, despite the fact that their office lost a check. They had no right to threaten me when I paid in full at the time of service. Avoid working with them unless you want to be threatened and have your check lost!

We needed to get our water softener installed. Goetti provided good service at each level - scheduling, pricing, and installation. They have professional and knowledgeable staff, who take the time to answer questions. And they are very competitively priced . I was happy with the decision to hire them.

Today was most disappointing service I've had from any home repair company. First came in look at faucet  ask have removed and put new one in and I'm told it be 245. I said ok and then he said best I just buy  my own tool and change it my self that it would cost less to do.  If that was case wouldn't have called have  the services down I will no longer we reaching out to John Wayne services

We cannot say enough positive things about the business Elmer conducts. I am not paid nor did I receive any discount or privileges for this review. While we do not know everything about HVAC hubby does work in the electrical and telecommunications industries. We can say without a doubt that the technical evaluation of my (young) 7 year old system was spot on. Homeowners should understand that big home builders cut costs where inspections lack. With that said it is possible that a new system is inadequate for the space it provides for. Joseph Munera did make recommendations outside of our initial requests however it was an honest evaluation with severity identified. We have taken them up on ALL repairs and upgrades they recommended as we also understand the harsh heat of summer can also reduce the lifespan of units. The manners this technician had were stellar and rarely seen in the work force today. I thank Elmer and his company for providing such a respectable technician and a lasting experience. As far as my family and I are concerned; there is no better AC and heating company in the San Antonio Area.
