Gee whiz, what a great company.

We recently contacted them to service the air conditioners at our comedy theater (The New Movement in downtown Austin) because one of our A/C units was making a loud rattling noise. Their technician, Tyler, came out, serviced both units in a fast, thorough, and friendly manner, and gave us some tips about keeping our A/C's healthier and happier (which pretty much involves servicing them more than once a year and not shoving burritos into them all the time). Their prices are fair, and thus far, they seem to be very attentive 24 hours a day.

We are now loyal customers of Stan's and we will defend their purity, integrity, and general awesomeness throughout the forthcoming decades.

These folks fit me into their schedule on short notice to do an inspection of my new home, which gave me good bargaining power in my purchase when they discovered issues that would require the entire system to be replaced. When it came time to install that new system, Honest AC gave the best bid of the companies I talked to, and got the work done quickly and well. There was a minor issue with the installation the following day, but they sent someone out after-hours to check it out the same day and make sure everything was running smoothly again. I'm quite satisfied with their service, installation, and support.

I understand everyone's busy due to the cold spell... HOWEVER, I feel that this company was either dishonest in their ability to service my home or incompetent in scheduling their workforce. I made an appointment on Feb 17th when a frozen pipe burst and flooded my master bedroom. Daniel's kept sending text messages to confirm that they will be at my house on Feb 21st, so I did not try to schedule another plumber and did without water for 5 days. On Feb 21st they confirmed they would be there between 1-3pm, only after waiting all day, to  tell the could not make it. I ended up fixing the busted pipe myself. These people were USELESS to me. If they had been honest I could have continued to look for a plumber.

Replaced an a/c and heating unit this week. Glass and Forrest were prompt, professional, courteous and cleaned up nicely afterward. It's because or people like this that I've using Fox for over thirty years. I highly recommend!!!

Kudos to John Patron @ ABC Home & Commercial Services / Water Quality Dept!  He went the extra mile recently in helping me temporarily disconnect my water softener and filtration systems in order to move them to do some garage floor top coating.  After I called the ABC (EcoWater System) number and described my project they got in touch with John who called me in a matter of moments.  He walked me through, on the phone, how to depressurize both units in order to disconnect the plumbing from the wall.  He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I couldn't have done this project without his help.  I got the job done without a costly service call.  With this type of customer service I will continue using ABC Water Quality and highly recommend them!

I have used Lantz's Plumbing since I moved to Spicewood over four years ago.  A few years back, I had an opportunity to speak with Lantz about a service item I was concerned about.  He was very accommodating and resolved my issue quickly.  

Tim came over today to maintain my Grinder Pump and did a great job!   Tim was on time and called prior to getting to my home.  It helps to have such a pleasant and respectful service person like Tim.  

In addition, the fees are reasonable and the service extremely good.  All the important points to complete the package.

I came home from a bad day of work to find that my AC Unit outside was not working and the AC inside was just blowing hot air. I called down a list of AC Repair places around 4pm and NO ONE would come out, even though a lot of places said they were open til' 7pm. When I called Texas Air Conditioning Specialist the man that answered was SO nice and said they could absolutely come help! Nick came by within an hour and called before hand. He fixed the AC in like 30 minutes! He told me what was wrong, what he did to fix it, how to prevent other problems and gave me an estimate for future services. These guys were so nice, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for saving the day!

Wow I just about got Salted but I did not fall for it.   Most expensive electrical company around. $550.00 to change out two plugs and do a diagnostic test? They will charge you $89.00 for the trip won't give prices estimates over the phone,  When they arrive they try and sell you a yearly maintence contract and then the give you the most outrageous prices I have ever heard of.  I lost the $89.00 called customer service to complain. They don't care busy looking for other suckers.  Avoid this place unless you like wasting your money!  I got the total job done for $200.00 from another company.  They should be ashamed.

THE WORST COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Dealing with Christianson has been nothing but problems!! It all started last week when our AC wasn't working as efficiently as it once was. The repair man diagnosed it as a bad evaporator coil. They told us it wasn't in stock and they would have to order it. We asked the man about the time for the product to come in and he couldn't give us an answer. He told us we would need to keep the AC off until the part came in to avoid the unit freezing up. The lack of answers didn't sit well with me so I decided to call the main number. The lady in the parts department assured me they had a part IN STOCK and she scheduled for us to have it installed the very next day. We expressed our frustrations with her because the repair man who came out to diagnose it clearly just wanted to complete his day, get onto the next call and be done-- without properly taking the time to repair it when the part was ON HAND. Well, fast forward 24 hours and after we paid for a hotel room in town, because we have a young daughter and it go into the high 90's during the heat of the day, he came back and installed it. He was in and out in under 45 minutes. I thought that was ridiculously quick but, me not being the AC professional, I thought maybe he was just an expert and did it enough where it didn't take him much time---WRONG!!!! Two days later we notice our ceiling has a foot long water mark on it. My husband went into the attack (Where our HVAC system is located) and noticed ALL THE TRASH LEFT BEHIND FROM THE REPAIR MAN!!! He left old parts, boxes from the new parts, all the cardboard thrown about in our attic. I get it, it's an attic not a living room, but this is just the beginning of his lack of care or attention to detail--not to mention just plain RUDE unprofessional service!!!! Upon further inspection we noticed the drip pan under our HVAC system has about a half inch of water under it. We believe they once again didn't take the time or care to put together the water line when finished with replacing our evaporator coil. My husband attached the two lines but we called to have someone come back out as it SHOULDN'T BE OUR JOB TO FIX PROFESSIONALS LACK OF CARE. They said the soonest they can get us in is very late the next afternoon. After being rather frank with the operator I let her know that we should not have to deal with a leak coming through our ceiling not to mention cleaning up after their repairmen when we have paid and trusted them to do a job well done the FIRST time (a $700 job at that) Isn't that the reason we call professionals???? She agreed and said she would fit us in that evening...needless to say she went on to tell us we would have to pay ANOTHER SERVICE CALL FEE for someone to come back out to fix THEIR MISTAKE. I assured her that our AC never had this issue prior to them coming out and we won't be paying for anything related to the leak they caused. All in all, save yourself the headache and money and go with a company who is TRUE professionals and take pride in their work and value their job (ie: serving us their customer) It has been nothing but problems and headaches dealing with these rude and careless workers.

Radiant not only doesn't send their plumber when they say they will, keeping me tied to the house all day, but then they decide to wake me in the middle of the night to tell me this individual is on the way to my house.   Radiant's 'customer service' knows no bounds.  I wonder what treatment I'll receive after posting this updated review.  Perhaps more middle of the night creepy texts...

I am so happy to have found a reasonably priced, honest, local company I can always count on for my own and any other investment properties. Their guys are always professional, timely, and super friendly. I appreciate them trying to talk me through issues I could potentially fix myself, without charge, and then coming out when I still can't fix it.

Had this company come out to give me an estimate of replacing hvac unit. Young man went up in the attic and came back with lots of pictures.  Some were mine and not sure about the others. Told it was covered in mold. At least that's what his pictures showed. So anyway after a long time talking and back and forth with him on his phone to the office I was told they have a 5 star tier. 119,ooo.+ -530,ooo.+   I almost fell for this scam. I just couldn't wrap my mind around the cost no matter how I tried. I was told that ac units had increased considerably but REALLY?? Anyway I called and told them no thhanks, just WAY too expensive.  Anyway I received a phone call from Mark (I think that was his name) and he said that could drop it yo 15,000.!!?? We politely declined. We are having a new unit installed today at a much reasonable cost and not abit shady on their sales tactics. Watch out for this company. Read ALL YELP REVIEWS AND BBB!

Very expensive. Quoted me over $1400 to add a simple outlet in our house. They really tried to add all of these extra charges to our quote. After declining it, someone from customer service called me and asked if I would take a lower quote and someone would reach out to me again. Never heard back. Stay away!

On Time Elmers is a joke!  Did not follow up while I waited since 5 am for call back.  I called in afternoon and claimed they never got my chat message and wanted me to pay $129 instead of $59.  They found my chat and called me back to schedule for today.  I got a message that they can't make because I did not have a ladder which I did but why should I have to provide a ladder.  Spoke to GM and he claimed since AC is on roof they have to send commercial team even though they already knew the location when I set appointment.  They need to change the name to No Show Elmer's.  Entire process was a joke and the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with.  Do not call this company to try and help, they are worthless and just gave excuses and run around.  Waste of time.  I could have simply called someone else had they been upfront.
