Wow!  Brent went above and beyond the call of duty in fixing our shower drip and we couldn't be happier with the results. I used Jim at Republic Pipeworks to handle the gas line plumbing for my restaurant.

I can't say enough good things about Jim and his work. He is a Master Plumber in every sense. He was prompt, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair and his pride in his work in evident in the results. Jim also took the time to explain what he was planning prior to starting, answering all my questions to MY satisfaction every step of the way. Further, instead of plumbing everything simply as he saw as best, He took the time to present me with my options and advised me as to what he thought was the best course of action. Mark was my hero yesterday. I would give him a hundred stars if I could. We had a blockage in our sewer line and water was coming up from our toilet and spilling into our bathroom and surrounding rooms. I was in a full-fledge panic and started calling emergency plumbing services. No one was answering; some of the voicemails said they were busy for the next two weeks. Suddenly I remembered to call Mark, who I've used for a few issues previously. He answered, said he could be there in the afternoon, and showed up less than an hour later. He found the problem and fixed it, all for a very reasonable price. He then called a water removal service for me and got them to come quickly. To boot, he is kind, calm, reassuring and caring. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Codi and Chesley did a great job! We originally called them to install a new water heater. They were timely, efficient, and very helpful! While they were at our home, I asked them to take a look at our Pressure Release Valve. The water pressure came back high during our Home Inspection. They confirmed the pressure was very inconsistent. I asked for a quote to have it replaced. They provided the quote in a very timely fashion and guided me on how to have the utility lines marked in my yard since they would have to dig. The icing on the cake is that Codi kept in touch and was very understanding when the City was delayed marking our property. Overall, we hope we don't have to, but we will be using Austin Plumbing in the future should we need to!

Found them on Yelp for a new toilet installation. Fast and good quality service with reasonable price. Definitely will use them in the future again!

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

I recently had Plumber Near Me replace all of the parts inside the toilet tank because it was running. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They gave me options for what to replace, which was great. They also provided helpful tips to keep everything in good working order and even provided information on how to replace a small part in the future if needed.

My flooring company had recommended them after one of their plumbers reinstalled a commode after flooring had been put down and they did a great job then as well.

Initially there was a communication problem but Cody, the CEO, quickly straightened thins out.  From then onthey were attentive, on time, and did great work.  We'll definitely use them again!

NO - SHOW/NO - CALL, waited all day and not even a call to tell me not coming, called office many times and got the run around, STAY AWAY, use another business.  WARNING !!!

They were able to come soon. Replaced/installed light fixture. Installed new fan. Replaced light switch and stabilized kitchen faucet that came loose. Recommend.

Writing this after getting a spam call from them. I used them to work on a few things in my home last year and each time they pushed to do more work. Obviously their owner isn't happy with just being expensive and doing honest work. Instead they offer to do additional work, for example they offered to change or added LED based canned lights. The price?  Only $500 to do so for 4 canned lights to be replaced with LED lights and maybe even I could have an additional 2 installed if I had a place I needed (literally making up work).
I went online and found that the LED replacement lights for canned lights run about $15 each and I replaced them myself in about 2-3 minutes each. So $60 worth of equipment and 15 minutes of time and I did the work myself. It was trivial and they wanted $500 for this?
Find an honest shop that won't try to screw you, SALT is definitely not the place unless you want to pay exorbitant prices.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
