After having a one star experience with another plumber yesterday, I did some Yelp searching and found Brad B...and I am so glad I did!  Brad was responsive, straightforward and transparent with his pricing, did an excellent job replacing two shutoff valves and my kitchen faucet, and did all of this for half the price I was quoted yesterday.  Definitely a breath of fresh air, I'll be working with him again and I highly recommend his services.

Cody came out to take a look at our slab leak. He knew his stuff right off the bat! Very efficient, knowledgeable, punctual, very honest. I would no doubt highly recommend Proven Plumbing no doubt! Thank you Cody and Proven Plumbing!

I really appreciated Gilbert's passion about plumbing and his honest and direct communication style (he's a riot). Even though I didn't have any work performed on this visit, I won't hesitate to call hime in the future when I need a plumber.

Eddie has done 2 excellent jobs: one finding a rag in the main line, and the other replacing a toilet. Polite, efficient, effective.

Our amazing realtor recommended Capital City Plumbing to us and he assured us that these guys are the best! I have to agree because the whole experience was everything you could want it to be. Nick called ahead and came exactly on time, he was friendly and listened carefully to all our concerns, and he wasted no time to complete everything that needed attention. He initially came to remove two spray hoses and secure valves in two different bathrooms, but he also removed and discarded four old seats, checked to make sure a gas line was capped outside, and that there was an air gap loop properly placed for our dishwasher to drain. He wasn't bothered by any request and seemed to not be phased in the least by my toddlers thundering around while he was working.

What really impressed me was that he offered advice about a random issue with our front door that I never would have noticed on my own. He explained what was causing the door to catch and how it would progress and said it was an easy fix by a handyman. Nick also provided advice and assurance about a garbage disposal I was working on at our former home, which really put me at ease knowing I wasn't just tinkering around under there blindly. That was in itself very kind and really appreciated. It gives me such a peace of mind knowing that I can look to them for great service!

My disposal was making odd noises so I made a call to EZ flow plumbing! They were incredibly responsive to my request for a quote via Yelp. Terrance and Theo came out, were incredibly respectful (upon request, even went out to the car to grab some shoe booties to put in in the house) and found a couple things stuck in my disposal ‍best part is that they didn't charge me the $150 fix fee - just asked that I could consider them for work next time I need a plumber, which I will gladly do! Thank you Terrance and Theo!!

DIY issues!! I'm a fairly competent homeowner but this faucet repair had me tapping in for a pro. I received a quick response and appointment. Chris came out to assist and gave me credit for the day of work I had already put in so the price was much lower than originally estimated.I greatly appreciated the break and the additional tips/tricks to help me in future projects. We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. I had to call Jim one evening at a little before 7 pm because a pipe had broken and it was going to get below freezing that night AND we needed water.  Jim came right away was  very professional and obviously well versed in his knowledge.  He did an emergency repair in order for us to get the water turned back on.  
He came back a few days later to complete the repair, he applied the money I paid for the emergency call to the final repair (which was great).  Again, Jim was incredibly  professional and very personable.   I will call him again and I highly recommend him to any one who needs a plumber.

We recently had two complete heating and cooling systems installed in our 3,000 square foot home. Additionally, we are in the process of completing the project with weatherization which will include new blown-in insulation, sealing duct-work and caulking for windows and doors.

Our house was built 15 years ago, since that time, energy efficiency has more than doubled for heating and cooling systems.  Since we are entering the summer months, and our sluggish Rheem system was nearing the end of its service life, we decided to change-out our two 3-ton a/c units and furnace with two  new Carrier 2.5 ton a/c units and two Carrier 70,000 BTU gas furnaces. The order also included advanced touchscreen thermostats that featured automatic changeover from a/c to heat as well as vent control for our fresh air ventilation system. Besides a doubling of efficiency from  8 SEER to  16 SEER units, we went from needing a 35 amp breaker down to a 25 amp breaker which will  result in additional savings for electricity.

Due to the scope of our HVAC upgrades, we decided to go with a larger contractor  who was an authorized factory dealer and had the resources to deliver the products and most importantly, the expertise we needed to complete the project. After getting several bids, we settled on Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning. Beyond the depth of their team -- and their competitive bid -- we were impressed by their practice of sending two whole-house teams for two complete systems. This allowed us to have the job completed in one day rather than the two days that was being quoted by their competitors.  

The two teams included Sy (Team Leader) and Robert as well as Roy (Team Leader) and Chase. They had a high degree of Esprit de Corp and although each team worked on one system, the other team did not leave until all the work was completed for both systems. I am completely satisfied with the speed and efficiency of the teams. They removed all equipment from the cramped attic within the first 30 minutes! Everyone was exceptionally upbeat and they did all the little things ... Like asking permission to use the bathroom! It was a real joy to work with all the techs.

Similarly, we  were assisted by Whole-House Manager Kathie Hannahs as well as Owner Chris Strands in fine-tuning our order so that we received maximum value for our investment. Now that the equipment has been installed, another team from Stan's will start the weatherization soon....

So happy to have found Plumb Doctors! We came home after Thanksgiving travels to find our kitchen sink backed up and totally out of service. Plum Doctors scheduled us for the very next day. They showed up a little early as I was coming from work and started looking into the problem from the outside. So by the time I drove up, they were pretty sure what the problem was. Fixed quickly and very affordable. Graham snaked the pipe and found the problem pretty far down the line. He also showed me how to easily check the p trap under the sink without having to open it. A good life-hack! Because we have additional issues, they sent a quote within a few minutes which gave us lots of options. Thank you, Graham, for taking care of our emergency and offering suggestions for other areas in our home. We will definitely use them, again.

I have Plumb & Order after searching around for a while. Their quote is reasonable, and shown up as planned on the installation date. They did a decent installation, and my hot water runs normal again. Post installation, they did a follow up to address some little tiny issues that my water heater runs as efficiently as possible. Was at my house inspecting my water heater within an hour of when I called to see if i could get someone out.  We both agreed it was due to be replaced due to age of unit & cost of repair to just try and eek a few more months out of it.  Jeff ran to get a new unit from his shop & started installing it while i ran back to work.  Jeff did a great job installing the unit and gave me a more than fair price.  He even pointed me to a rebate I might be eligible for to reduce my out of pocket cost.  Very pleased with service & friendliness from Thunderbird, definitely calling them the next time we have any sort of plumbing issue.

I had a leak in my water main and called mark at 8am. He came by at noon and the problem was solved by 1:30. Great service, very fast response, and Mark is a nice guy too. I will be using him again and will recommend him to neighbors.

Fantastic company. They do great work at a more than fair price. They respond to messages quickly. They clean up their mess. They work quickly and instead of using epoxy to repair the tiles, the replace the whole tiles. Amazing! Olvin will take care of you. Do not let the tile stores try to talk you into letting them handle the install. Buy your stuff and call Fuentes! You will NOT regret it.
