Brad has always been the most honest, dependable and technically proficient master plumber for all the work in my house for the past 10-12 years. I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. He recently replaced a water heater (gas) for me on very short notice (called him on a Sunday and he was able to schedule me for the following Mon morning) and after he completed the work, he explained to me how to maintain it properly. He practices very safe social distancing measures and ensures you're comfortable with what he needs to do. He offered me options to save money and went over each of the replacements and adjustments he needed to make to ensure the finished work was up to or exceeded code. His company will always be my first, primary contact for any plumbing work on my property.

I needed a new natural gas line connection for a generator, and requested quotes from the best of Yelp.  I ended up working with Peter and Jacob at Proven Plumbing, and I'm very glad I did - they were great.  Fast quote, fair price, no pressure.  Scheduled the work quick and got it done earlier than expected. After seeing the job they did my neighbor ended up hiring them  as well.  Proven Plumbing will be our first call for any future work we need.  Highly recommended.

Gilbert is the best! Super communicative and gets the job done super fast. And if he's busy, he even has a personal list of other plumbers he recommends. Prices are reasonable and up front (doesn't require someone to come out to get a quote/give you some arbitrary ballpark number).

We had already prepped the site for him to fix our main water valve and he had it done in less than 20 minutes. We spent more time waiting for the water to be turned off and back on than he actually spent on the job.

Our bathtub faucet failed and we could not turn water off at tub. We did shut the water off at main near street so we were without water. Roto-Rooter sent a plumber same day and had it fixed in no time. The faucet needed a valve replacement. We were very grateful. Amazing service

Thank you to capital city during the ice storm I made and appointment and they came out on time and was super courteous and professional granted I was lucky and didn't have any major issues after all. These folks are amazing - I called them when another plumber recommended them for my particular situation and not only did they answer right off the bat they came within an hour or so - it was awesome! It had been raining for more than a week, my father was visiting and So I was preoccupied with that and the same day my father flew home, my mother in law passed away. My husband, had to fly out of town leaving me and my kids home alone.
I thought I heard water running in the walls of our downstairs bathroom, but my friend said it was probably just my son upstairs in the bathroom. The next day, we had a notice on our door that we were losing 105 gallons of water per minute!!
Thank GOD my husband showed me how to turn off the main water line to the house. My friend checked all around the house to see if water was flooding up but he didn't see any with the long grass from the rain.
I called 3 plumbers (it's a holiday weekend coming up) no one could come, they are all back logged. We had one who could try to make it Tuesday! Luckily, I was able to leave a message at A&T and then talk to Pierre, at their emergency line. He is also very busy but he was shocked we were losing that much water and made time to come out right away, just to make sure it was all safe.
He was there in 15 minutes. He checked the water, all around the house and diagnosed the issue within minutes! It was pretty bad, that we lost so much water for who knows how long, but he got it fixed and was on his way! I can't even imagine what would have happened if this had continued on and on while my husband was out of town. I am so grateful and will always call A&T from now on for any plumbing issues. A++++

I called with a plumbing issue and needed same day service, with two kids at home and a totally backed up house.  I left a vm explaining the urgency and requesting a callback.  Dave called back quickly, and although he couldn't do emergency service that day, he recommended a larger service that could.  I needed that timesaver and have to commend Dave for great service even for a non-customer.

My water heater was out so I called Abel and I got a quick response on the phone and they were able to come out the same day. We were missing the part we needed so Able ordered it and showed up 1st thing in the morning the next day. He fixed my water heater and when he was done he even looked at my shower diverter. Abel was extreme knowledge, the pricing was affordable and most important one of the friendliest guys you can meet. I dont ever  write reviews but Able earned it and I will recommend him to all my friends.

I just moved into my house and realized that while there is natural gas in my kitchen, my laundry room was only equipped with electric connections. Big problem since I own a gas dryer.  Enter Braulio to the rescue. He called me back soon after I left a message and we scheduled an appointment. He installed a new gas line from the main gas line down to the laundry room. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and got the project done for the price he had estimated before he started. He did a very clean and professional job and cleaned up after himself. He also connected and tested the appliances before finishing up. I'll definitely call Braulio again when I need a plumber!

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

I had an emergency and Jim was responsive and fair. I had to choose the earliest available plumber and so did not get to use his services but I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. Please contact him if you have plumbing needs, he will respond and give you fair pricing.

I dont recommend this company to anyone. They seems trying to trick your money when they can! My tenant said the AC would continue to run after the set temperature was reached. So I called this AC company to come to check. I don't know if it is because this AC knew I don't live there as a landlord, but they told me the AC was not broken and the damper was broken. They gave me a quote around 500 dollars to replace the damper! I asked my handyman and he said it was very rare to have the damper broker for a only 2 years new house. I did not move forward with this company because their quote was too high, but I wasted money to pay for their trip/diagnosis fee!  Later I called another AC company and they came over and just simply adjusted the damper and only charged me a basic trip fee!

Graham, Andrew, Ollie and crew are exceptionally professional.  They responded quickly to a slab leak and were able to make the repair the same day.  Graham explained the details as he moved through the repair process.  Highly recommend these gentlemen.

I was cleaning my bathroom one night and accidentally knocked a small bottle down the toilet. Tried to get it out myself with no luck. I messaged Plumb & Order around midnight and heard back from them in the morning. By the afternoon they'd come out and fixed it for me. Great folks and very responsive. Honestly just picked them at random because of their funny name and so glad I did.

This company is simply fantastic. I had gone through 4 plumbers since early February and had spent over $1,000 without a remedy for the lack of hot water in my Grohe shower system. I had shown all the other plumbers the Grohe product literature that had instructions on how it's done, but I was ignored. One plumbing company sent me a salesman instead of a plumber to push for a complete new system. Raymond came today and looked at the instructions and voila I have hot water again. He was also a very pleasant person and he saved me a bunch of
money since I don't need to replace the whole system.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

I thought something was fishy when I saw so many 5 star reviews, but I put my faith in yelp.  My water pressure was too high (80-100psi) so I called around and got 3 different bids to install a pressure reducing valve.  I didn't need anything done right away so I had the time to compare.  Nick's bid was just a little under the other guys, but he took the time to explain what he does, and the parts that he would be using.  Being a new homeowner, I want to know as much as possible about what might have been done in the past or future problems that might arise.  He is definately a people person and wants to make sure you are happy.  He said he wishes someone would leave a bad review for him so everyone would know that he isn't leaving his own reviews, but I don't see that happening anytime soon with the way he works.  Those in Austin looking to install a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) where one wasn't present should know that there is a $100 rebate through the City of Austin, take a look at their website.
