Best company hands down! From phone operators to workers out in the field. The most polite, professional and responsible. Can't say enough good about this company! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Full septic system installed. They cleaned up everything. On time and worked all day. Shout out to Carlos and Damien. Great workers.

Jerry does very good work. Arrived a bit later than originally scheduled, but had a good explanation for why. I appreciated very much that he took care to wear a mask, cleaned up after the work was done, was courteous, and provided such a reasonable price.

I very rarely give 5 stars. This is one time I wish I could give more. They arrived early, looked at everything and went straight to work. Fixed everything 10 times better than it ever was and best part is the price was unbelievably great. The best in town and the best I have seen with a contractor in a long time. I am use to working with contractors as I did accounting for a general contractor. I will use them again for sure.

I use Steeg for all our home plumbing needs due to repeated A+ service. This past week a water heater located on the 2nd floor sprung a leak and water was dripping down into the kitchen. I called the office and Jimmy Steeg talked me through shutting off the water supply; his team lead by Scooter replaced the appliance the next morning. We found that two other hot water heaters at the house were old, and I had those replaced the following week. Top quality work by the Steeg team. Thank you.

The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as  a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Dan has done several jobs for us, the latest being a dishwasher removal and new install.  We are beyond pleased. He is extremely fair in his prices,  does a great  job and he is very professional and courteous.  We're glad we found him and we highly recommend his company.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone,  this morning at a local hardware store.  He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project.  If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

We had a major backup on Christmas Eve....2 toilets, 2 showers, and kitchen sink.  YIKES!! Husband was able to mostly clear one toilet & shower to buy us some time but it was still not ok.  We called Roto-Rooter Christmas afternoon... they said someone would be at our house in an hour..... so abt 2 hrs later, a young fella showed up.  Nice guy but didn't seem too knowledgeable.... asked if we had an outside cleanout plug.... we didn't know and he didn't look too hard for it.  He then decided he would have to pull a toilet & go into the drain from inside the house.  At a cost of $435!!!! Fortunately he didn't have all the equipment he needed so he said he would be back the next morning at 11 am... No show/no word by 1 pm so husband called him.  Says he got sent to a diff job but that someone else would be at our house at 1 pm .... NOT!!!!!!!!!! I called the main office & was told they would put me on the top of the list and someone would be there before 2 pm and they would call when he was 30 min out.  Again NOTHING. So I called again and was told that someone was definitely on the way.  Daniel showed up shortly after 3 pm.  He was very knowledgeable, professional, and obviously knew what he was doing.  He found the outside cleanout right away and went to work with the clearing. That alone saved us nearly $200 over the guy that said he would have to go in from inside the house.  Daniel was finished with the job in less than 1 hour and we were very pleased - both with his service & the lesser price.

In summary, Roto-Rooter needs improvement in their dispatch & scheduling to better manage the customer's expectations.  A plumbing disaster is already not too much fun, and then to be strung along with promises of someone will be there in an hour when reality was from our so-called 11 am appointment, we didn't get the work done til nearly 4 pm.  With no communication from their office.  The first technician wasn't that great and would have cost us a lot more money.  We were pleased with the final result but it apparently comes down to which technician you get.

After calling numerous plumbing companies to repair an emergency leak to our main water pipe to our well, no one was available, not even the so called emergency 24/7 plumbing companies. Once we found Bill Fenwick plumbing they were here within an hour of the call and stayed until 10:00 PM to get the job done. Great example of professional quality service!

Showed up quoted me $1500, after one canceled appointment and estimate later the quote more than doubled. Scope of work vague and intentionally misleading.

The worst company I ever called. We will never call and get insulted again. Take your money and run for the hills.

A big shout out to Eagerton Plumbing for fixing a slab leak recently in my condo. They came in, detected where the leak was, didn't screw around and repaired it immediately. Pricing was super fair especially compared to other standard plumbing companies. If you have a slab leak, these are your guys!!! They will not disappoint.

Action Handyman was easy to get a hold of and quick to act.  Needed some help with a door that kept slamming shut, got it fixed so it will close nice and smooth.  They were very responsive and sent videos as we couldnt be on site for the work. Price was very reasonable!  Highly recommend.

I have two bathrooms in my home and both shower stems were leaking I called made an appointment and was called The Day of the appointment by Bryan who was here very fast after he called, he is very courteous and professional fix my problem and the rate was very reasonable I highly recommend these people. They are also used by my son and his neighbor in Orange Park.

Third time using Oakley and just as satisfied as the first two times. Good, honest company. I highly recommend them.

Discovered a leak on our refrigerator ice maker from the water feed line. I immediately attempted to shut off the kitchen water supply line located in the wall behind the refrigerator. Sadly, the shut off valve was locked in the on position and couldn't be shut off. We contacted David Gray Plumbing, explained the dilemma and they sent a plumber right away and explained there was a service charge of $69.00 which would be applied to the repair bill. Technician arrived and looked at the valve, stated it wasn't a problem and could repair it. He then asked permission to inspect all of our plumbing throughout the house which immediately sent up a red flag and we declined his request. He then started putting the estimate together and hit me with a repair price of $637.00! I asked several questions because it was just a manually operated valve that is either in the on or off position. I asked the price of the valve, he said he wasn't allowed to tell me that; I asked if the install was flat rate or hourly rated? He couldn't tell me that either but did state the repair would take 1.5 to 2 hours, by the time I finished quizzing him; it was crystal clear I was being gouged. We paid the service fee and cut our losses at that point. I made a few inquiries with neighbors, and I was referred to an independent plumber that came over the following day. He looked at the valve and went to his truck and returned with a complete replacement unit, including the decorative wall mount. He shut off the water supply, removed the defective valve as a unit and replaced it. He did this in 15 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes which allowed the adhesive to cure. Turned on the water to the house and inspected for leaks; repair was complete. Including parts and labor, I was charged $75.00; yeah, that's right. $75.00, I gladly paid the man and tipped him an additional $50.00 for being HONEST. If you choose to patronize David Gray plumbing, I'm sure they'll be thorough and do a very good job. However, be prepared for their premium prices and rates and once they walk through your door, you are dealing with two people. The plumber and the trained salesman looking to add on services you didn't request.
