This is an AWESOME company! After calling late the previous day the company squeezed us in the next morning to quickly solve our problem. Excellent customer service. Mike Jones was the service tech that came out. He provided us with fast, professional service. A very trustworthy tech. He explained everything thoroughly providing us with the confidence that is hard to find in a company these days. He was a very courteous and polite man. We were amazed how reasonable the charges were. Money well spent. We will NEVER use any company but Duck Duck Rooter and will recommend them to everyone! Super thrilled to find such a trustworthy, reasonable priced, caring and knowledgeable company still exists these days. .

Fast response on quote and excellent advice on finding the best water heater to replace our large, aging heater. After we finally received an undamaged unit from HD (3rd unit - looks like Rheem has packaging problems), Jerry and assistant came and installed. Very clean and professional installation and haul away with the most reasonable price. I would definitely call him again for future plumbing needs!

We had a small installation. They replied with a quote quickly, were on time and did an excellent job!

I rarely write reviews, but I definitely count on reviews for choosing someone if I need to (Steeg had great reviews) . We are somewhat new to the area and I haven't needed a plumber until my disposal and sink leaked all over the kitchen. I called Steeg plumbing early the following morning and they told me someone could possibly come out that afternoon or definitely the next morning. I wasn't going to be home in the afternoon and my husband was remote working upstairs. This awesome company came out that afternoon, fixed all the plumbing problems and even loved on my dog. My husband and I highly recommend Steeg Plumbing's work, professionalism and pricing.

Very Quick response on a Saturday!!
The gentleman who came out was very informative and professional. Told me about my options and the cost for all. Even though I as a homeowner decided not to use them at this time; they provided prompt professional service and I WOULD recommend them as plumbing professionals!

Daniel was awesome!
My friend referred me to him and I'm glad she did.
He was very friendly and was able to fit me in right away.
I always like to get a couple of estimates with any project I'm doing an he was very reasonable priced.
I didn't feel taken advantage of at all.

I ran into a wonderful employee of McKendree's, Shone, this morning at a local hardware store. He was so helpful! He helped me find a few pieces for my DIY project. If they are this helpful with non-customers, I bet they are even better with their clients! The next time I need a professional, I will be calling McKendree's!

I decided to go with Roto-Rooter because it is a well recognized company and it has been around for 80 years. The company's logo says built on trust, but my experience today with the plumber has completely crushed any form of trust I had with this company.
I contacted Roto-Rooter due to a ceiling leak in the unit below me so I arranged for both my tenant and the unit below to reserve a good chunk of their day for the plumber. The plumber showed up an hour late to the site - the time window was 8 AM - 12 PM and the gentleman came out past 1 PM and arrived unapologetically.
Once the plumber arrived, the tenant texted me saying the plumber has arrived, but he seemed very confused on what was going on, which was confusing for me because everything was discussed with the dispatcher when the appointment was made. I got in contact with the plumber within minutes and he answers with an attitude that could be felt through the phone.
He advises me he is not sure what the issue is with the shower and that he will need to open up the ceiling of the lower unit to find the source of the leak. I tell him I will need to speak with my insurance adjuster. He immediately responds, you have 6 minutes. I was very taken back by what he said, but I reassured him that it will take a few minutes. I called him back and said let's go ahead and proceed. He shoots back and says, Well, I need access to the unit downstairs, to which I tell him that they have been waiting for him. He then proceeded to accuse me of not paying so he demanded a credit card number. Last time I checked, you DO NOT charge for services that hasn't been completed yet! Especially if the fee(s) hasn't been agreed upon. Also, if having the credit card on file was protocol, the dispatcher should have requested it when I made the appointment. Ceiling/roof leaks must be common in Florida so I'm not sure where the internal disconnect was here.
I didn't feel comfortable providing my card so I called Roto-Rooter's office and spoke to Karen, the office manager. I told her what happened and she apologized and asked if I wanted someone else to come out today. I told her I would need to check with my tenant and the unit below because at that point they have been waiting for more than 7 hours. Luckily, they were both very understanding and said it will be fine for them to wait little longer. So, I contacted Karen on the cell number she provided, but no answer. I am very disappointed how a company with such a big/long history hires someone who is so unprofessional. This behavior is unacceptable and I really do hope they spend more time training the plumbers in CUSTOMER SERIVCE.

Had a great experience with Bruce from Fenwick. He was a true professional, stayed until the job was complete and did a great job. Highly recommend.

My experience with Rolland Reash precipitously declined with each visit. After paying premium prices for them to assess a leak on a Sunday, I was appreciative of their ability to fit me in. They indicated that there was no pipe leak...but in actuality there was.
They returned a second time to actually fix the issue that a leak detection service identified and then I had to call a third time as there appeared to be an ongoing leak according to the contractor.
I was ok with paying for their services the first time but the frustration began to build as I was charged for a service fee the second time to fix the same leak that they missed the first time. Why was I paying for their mistake? I was beyond frustrated by the third time when they wanted to charge for fuel, a new addition.
Charging a nearly $100 service fee for $20-30 parts that take 10 minutes to fix feels like price gauging. Not to mention that without my permission, they called a friend who is a contractor and gave my number and address to him. This is probably not the best way to obtain a loyal customer base.
Hopefully I won't need a plumber any time soon but if I do I guess I'll be looking for a different company.

We had an issue where the breaker kept tripping on the AC. I called on a Saturday thinking it was going to cost a lot. The person on the phones asked questions so that they could have what they needed when they arrived. Andrew was the electrician. He quickly solved the problem and was extremely polite. Andrew and David Gray Electrical made a new client today and for the future.

A big shout out to Eagerton Plumbing for fixing a slab leak recently in my condo. They came in, detected where the leak was, didn't screw around and repaired it immediately. Pricing was super fair especially compared to other standard plumbing companies. If you have a slab leak, these are your guys!!! They will not disappoint.

I called action plumbing yesterday because I had an outside water leak. I was expecting Mark to schedule a date a time next week but he sprung into ACTION and drove from Orlando to Daytona Beach to do the job. I was concerned about cutting a hole into my stucco but he reassured me he can do it all. And he took great care to replace the cracked and worn spigot with a better model. He patched up the stucco better than my last plumber's job on another spigot.
He also evenly spaced out and drilled the holes I needed to hang up my outdoor lighting...loving it! Thanks to Mark and his cute family. Many blessings!

FAST RESPONSE!! GREAT RATES!!
I had a different company come out to look at my wobbly toilet and the company tried to scam me and say it was not covered and tried to get me to pay cash to fix it.
I called Oakley Plumbing and Keith, the owner, who I did not know at the time was a 2-10 Warranty Technician as well, came out looked at it and knew it was able to be warrantied. He called my warranty company and was able to explain to the warranty company what was really wrong.
I then asked him to do other work for me in my new home and he was more than welcome to oblige and did the extra work for a more than reasonable extra fee.
Keith was great and I am glad when you call this company the ONLY person who you speak to and who does the work is the owner, Keith!
The company should change its name to Oakley Integrity Plumbing!!
USE THIS GUY!! Even if he is out of your area the small travel fee is worth it!!
