Best in Jacksonville FL

I manage a property management office in Jacksonville. Our team uses Jerry Nolan Plumbing for everything. He is the BEST plumber I have ever worked with and we work with a tremendous amount of vendors in the property management industry. He goes above and beyond in his service, he knows what he is doing and ALWAYS does it right. His prices are reasonable and I know when I call Jerry, I never have to worry- the work will get done quickly, he will spend the time to make sure it is done properly so that the customer saves money, and both our team and the customer are happy. I would never use anyone else for my plumbing needs both at home and in business. Jerry is the best!

A friend at my husband's work recommended them to us. John came out the very next day and looked at our project (changing the footprint of the kitchen). The work was scheduled for a few days later. The plumbers who came made good use of their time and got the whole job done in half a day- funny story- While they were working a crane came down the street and accidentally tore the electric and cable wire right out of our soffit. The plumber called his electrician friend and they worked on getting that fixed too. What a nice guy!

Thank you Watson Plumbing for installing my new Kohler Kitchen faucet. Dave, you are the BEST - no only with the installation part, but you took the time to have me take a picture of the model number tag so I can keep that for future reference since the product has a life time warranty. Thanks again and I appreciate you.

This is the best complete bathroom renovation company in town,  The staff was friendly, they cover every hallway thay walk on.  Job side was supper clean.no trush left behind .   6 day everything is done.      Atlantic coast plumbing.  Is the best guy in town

I spoke directly with Mr. Hoffman. He sent two guys to my house who were both knowledgeable and professional. They were fast and efficient. I couldn't ask for better service! Is there anything higher than 5 stars? Highly recommended!!!

James and Brad came out this morning to install our new dishwasher.  Unfortunately, since we bought the display model, there were parts/pieces missing.  Thankfully, they had them on the truck and they were able to adapt and improvise!  :)  James and Brad were both friendly and efficient; I was very impressed with their professionalism.   They are both an asset to the organization.  Give those gents a raise!

I'll give them zero stars if I could. The agent that came to my house to fix some thing out of my sink told me it was $50 and then about an hour later I saw a charge for American Express for $150. When I called the owner Russell to go over this he threatened to tell the entire church that I go to about this incident. This place is ridiculous and absurd. Needless to say, I filed a complaint with AMEX to get my money back.

Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the quality of work by this business. I found Gene Charlotte on Yelp and read several outstanding reviews. I called and spoke with him and was waiting for him to call me back so I could get on his calendar. He never called me back. I tried texting him, again no response. It was only after I texted a third time telling him to forget it that he responded, expressing his indignation that I would dare give him a negative Yelp review. His excuse was classic, he's been very busy. To busy to take less than a minute to text me to tell me that. Well, he's like too many local tradesmen that seemingly can't manage to show up or to return calls of potential customers. In my view, that puts him in the undependable and unresponsive category. But, by all means try him, maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

If I could give them a ZERO I would!!!  My home warranty sent this company out for a service call for a toilet that was not working and had been previously leaking.  When the gentlemen called to come out he said he could come at 11 I said how about 12 or later and he responded 11 or not at all.  He showed up closer to 12 and went in the bathroom.  Took a look and took pictures while I was telling him what had been happening with the toilet.  He flushed it several times so that water was leaking all over my floor.  I said the toilet probably needed to be replaced since it was so old.  Unbeknownst to him I do have some plumbing knowledge as I worked for 2 builders.  He told me it wasn't the toilet but a sewer leak and when I responded the water would be dirty and that I didn't agree and thought it was the was ring under the toilet he went outside.  I thought he was getting his tools and instead he drove off.  What a jerk.  On a great note the next plumber my home warrant company sent out was Oakley Plumbing and this guy  was amazing!!!!!  Not only did he fix the leak (which was the wax ring) he replaced the guts of the commode and left my bathroom cleaner than when he got there!

Charged my 81 year old father $600 to install a water heater that he had purchased. It is located in the kitchen corner under the cabinet. They put a hole in the wall through to the hallway and told him, It's an old house and that happens because the pipes are close to the wall. Sawed the cabinet so much to get the pipes where they wanted them that the kitchen cabinet fell apart and now has to be replaced. My father had to wedge a board in the front to hold the counter up. There is now an empty opening under the cabinet with a great view of the water heater. The kitchen sink beside the water heater would not work after the install. They told him it probably had a clogged line, and they left it. He called them later because the water was barely warm in the shower. He was told if it didn't get warm they could come back and check it for an additional service charge.

I am not hiring this company but they showed up to a new house build next to me, it is under construction and I believe there is no running water there yet, Instead of them knocking at my door and asking to use or buy some water I saw a guy walk into my backyard and start to either unroll my hose or turn on to see if that hose bib was working, I yelled out to tell them to get off the property but i did not follow up and go outside to ask them why, I tried to call the number on the truck and there is a generic message on voice mail, what kind of business has that, the 2 workers I saw looked  like work release prisoners, what kind of person does that as an employee, go onto a neighbors property and steal water, so hire these bozos if you want but my advice is check your jewelery box after they leave or have your camera catch some footage of them stealing, these guys have no reviews, except I saw one that is very fake, this review is just a reason not to hire these guys, I could have called JSO and they would have came out and took report and gave those clowns a warning, THEY BROKE THE LAW
