Pat's Plumbing was highly recommended by my neighbor and I was very impressed with their service.

I contacted them by phone and the owner answered while working on another job site.  He said if he finished early, he might be able to come out same day.  He called back and accommodated us that afternoon.

The problem was a couple of leaking faucets in our bathrooms.  Two plumbers arrived who politely explained the repairs and immediately went to work. After they finished, they left all areas clean, just the way they found them.

Previously, a plumber from a different company came out and said he needed to order parts and would charge for a second house call.  By contrast, Pat had all the necessary parts on hand and completed the job in less than an hour.

He charged a fair and reasonable fee and we will definitely use him again.

Called about a drainage problem. They came out same morning and fixed the problem within the hour. I'm
very impressed with this company. The guy who came out was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

My 90 year old father-in-law has used Dale's plumbing in the past so when we needed a plumber asap we didn't hesitate in contacting Dale's Plumbing.  

I called at 8am gave a brief description of the problem and was  told they would be at the house by about 1pm  the same day. The plumber arrived at 1pm.  He diagnosed the problem swiftly and had to snake the main sewer line through the roof (clogged toilets backing up into tub and shower).  Told me the what and why's of the problem and told me what to buy to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. Also fixed a leaking shower knob.  Total cost $100 which was less than I expected.  Price may be higher or lower for the same service for someone else and  probably depends on the severity and difficulty of the job. I know someone who had the same service through another company and it cost them $150.  

The plumber was very nice and polite and the job was done quickly.

I am saving Dale's contact info in my phone because we will absolutely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family.

I was somewhat new to gas, and was unaware that cutoff values were required for appliance installation. We had a dryer being delivered the following day, so a quick turnaround was a must.

I called nine plumbers in the Jacksonville area, seven of them said they didn't work on gas and one could fit me in after Christmas. Top of the line was able to fit me in that day. They did an excellent job, were personable and professional, and are very knowledgeable about gas plumbing.

TJ is the best plumber in Jax and I wouldn't have anyone else do plumbing work on my home.  I have used his services for 5 years now for a myriad of different items and he always does a top quality job for a reasonable price.  You can't go wrong by hiring TJ!!

We had several plumbing issues to fix both indoor and outdoor. Brian and his assistant were great! I would highly recommend this plumbing business.

Plumber came to unclog a bathtub but he wasn't able to as his snakehead FAILED and broke off inside the pipe. 5 weeks and 6 calls later I'm trying to find out if they're coming back with a retrieving tool to fish it out or what the deal is but the only thing I accomplished today was getting Jessica's wrath downloaded upon me for calling and asking about it.

What an outburst of unprofessionalism I got from her. I am a VERY UNHAPPY customer and I won't pretend otherwise.

Not only I got my head bit off, bathtub is still clogged and now there's a souvenir compliments of Christian Brothers stuck in my plumbing ‍.
If this is how you treat your customers. How do you treat your employees??

I rent so this is who our company sends.  If I could choose, it would not be these people.  They are unfriendly, will not explain anything to you and always leave a huge mess behind.  Very unprofessional.

Residential potential customer. They are not doing residential anymore. The hours of operation are M-F with Sat being an emerg. call-in time for Commercial only.

Hired them for a big plumbing project, terrible decision. They will nickel and dime for everything after giving a quote. And they took a month longer than expected. After everything finally got done, I still had to hire someone to come repair work they did. DEFINITELY DONT USE
