I couldn't be happier with their service, we had a small pipe break under a loose sink, I called them and within the hour they were in my house on a Saturday afternoon. It took him about 40 minutes to do a permanent fix and also helped my husband secure the sink to the wall. He was fast, polite and very professional. Definitely recommend their services. Hands down life savers!

Man named Courtney showed up-not Dale as I was told and he took a photo of my house without my permission and when I questioned why he did that he said he just does that to all the homes he goes to to show Dale he was there(??) I told him he did NOT have my permission to do that while on my property, but this did not seem to matter. He arrived for
his 9am appt. at 9:08am and by 10:10am he was done. I had my kitchen faucet & garbage disposal replaced (I provided the new replacements) and the price quoted me over the phone was charged. Over all very pleased and would recommend and use Dale's again. I wore a mask-Courtney did NOT.

I was somewhat new to gas, and was unaware that cutoff values were required for appliance installation. We had a dryer being delivered the following day, so a quick turnaround was a must.
I called nine plumbers in the Jacksonville area, seven of them said they didn't work on gas and one could fit me in after Christmas. Top of the line was able to fit me in that day. They did an excellent job, were personable and professional, and are very knowledgeable about gas plumbing.

TJ provided us with amazing service when we needed a new water filter installed in our home. Jacksonville is on the TOP #10 list for worst water in America; along with New York and others. TJ was still in training when he serviced us and he did a perfect job. Charged us for absolutely NOTHING but the parts and saved us $5000. He knows how to get the BEST products for the cheapest prices and make it work beautifully. He can handle ALL your plumbing needs. Including getting your entire house cleaner water for cooking, laundry, showering, and most importantly drinking water. I have saved THOUSANDS on bottled water and know my baby's are getting wonderful water out of EVERY single faucet in my home. What can you pay for that peace of mind? Seriously! Priceless.... Amazing man with fabulous integrity! He truly cares and will NOT rip you off in any way. If anything he is too giving and should charge higher prices for his excellence!

UPDATE: Some pipes broke under the house. My slumlord, Warren Merrill, and Kimball must have had an agreement to break the law together because Kimball re-plumbed the house without a permit and without an inspection. When I called them to ask for the permit number, the receptionist hung up on me, then Kimball read the review below and told my slumlord that they wouldn't work with me anymore.
This is the third time I've had problems with Kimball Plumbing. I rent my house, so, I can't fire them, but, I would if I could.
The most recent event went like this: one of the metal pipes to an outdoor spigot was not screwed into the house (even though Kimball had just replumbed the entire house, they never fixed this), so, I pulled on the hose and the entire pipe broke off under ground.
On 3/2/14 Kimball sent a service guy out to fix the pipe. He fixed it, then turned an irrigation line ON - a water line that I've never used in the 5 years I've lived here. Since the day of his service, the line has been leaking 2500 gallons of water per day, according to my JEA report. I called Kimball to come fix the problem, which I thought was still the broken pipe attached to the outdoor spigot. However, while the guys were here, I figured out that the irrigation line was what was causing the problem.
I called Kimball and asked them who was going to pay for the 23,000 gallons of water that leaked since their guy turned on the irrigation line. As usual, they denied that it was their problem. They said that it isn't their fault that the irrigation system has a leak. I told them that it didn't have a leak when the irrigation line was turned OFF as it was supposed to be. They wouldn't settle it with me, they said that my slumlord, Warren Merrill, owner of The No Name Bar in St. Augustine and Your Place in Jacksonville, would have to pay it, which he didn't.

Hired them for a big plumbing project, terrible decision. They will nickel and dime for everything after giving a quote. And they took a month longer than expected. After everything finally got done, I still had to hire someone to come repair work they did. DEFINITELY DONT USE
